The biggest issues were professionalism and care of the unit. On one visit, the technician made statements implying I was the source of the bed bugs that I "brought them in." Regardless of cause, that kind of blame felt inappropriate and unhelpful, especially when the problem appears broader than one unit. On the most recent visits, my apartment was left in worse condition than before the room was left heavily disturbed, there was noticeable residue left behind, and afterward I observed damage that was not present prior to service window covering, curtain damage and new scratches scuffs on my wood floors and furniture. This was a stressful experience, and I expected better care and communication especially after repeated visits. Because of the repeated issues, the condition my unit was left in, and the way the situation was handled, I would not recommend this company.

We set up an initial inspection that included education on termites and how to eradicate them. Sean even did an attic inspection and exterior perimeter measurement, which other companies wouldn't do without an upfront inspection fee. Sean will give you his honest opinion based on what he discovers during the inspection and is not pushy nor does he hide any costs, which were the best based on my research.
