The only thing that I would make a comment on was that there was parking in the front of the building, but you would need to walk to the warehouse entrance on the right side to off-load and separate recyclables. I wish that there was a car off-loading zone, so you don't need to push a large plastic bin to your car and back for the weighing. Their rates for recycling was fair and up to county standard. I did double check the hours on their website on Saturdays and it's noted they close at 1:45 pm. Place was pretty easy to get to and the parking wasn't too bad. Once you turn into the parking lot, there is a sign telling where to park. When I was there, it was a bit busier, but these guys work very fast. I was able to go grab the sorting cans and gather my recycling. The staff there were very friendly and professional from the guys weighing your items to the cashier. I wasn't sure about certain items, but they explained how to sort certain ones and which ones can't be recycled. My trip there was the fastest for any recycling place I've ever been to. I did some searching and, after visiting this location, I was not let down. This recycling business is located in the heart of the industrial area of Chula Vista on Main Street. The location is simple to get to and the entrance is not complicated. The owners definitely run a tight ship operation and work so efficiently. I have yet to encounter a long wait time either since I have started to visit. The business pays out very friendly returns for glass, plastic and aluminum items. The customer service is impeccable and welcoming. Also, the set up in the parking lot is very organized. The area where the customers obtain the baskets and trash cans to start filling up their recyclables has an easy access, and there are plenty of barrels to go around. The parking lot is shared with other businesses in the vicinity, however, I guarantee that you will not be parking far away or complaining about the lot being crowded. For the most part, people seem to be in a rush and everyone was working so fast. The first thing you want to do is to get a close parking spot and reverse your car in. Find a trash bin to bring to your car and dump all your recyclables in the bin. Tips: -make sure your aluminum, glass and plastic are separated. It'll save time. -reverse park into the parking stalls -go grab an empty trash can -poor your recyclables into the bin -stand in line, they pour the items in your trash bin into a wire bin, then weigh it, give you a receipt and you redeem it at the window for cash -bring and wear disposable gloves because the trash bins and recyclables are sticky -don't wear your best clothes or shoes. Even the floors are sticky. *You must have your items in the trash bin when you're in line. Otherwise you'll be kicked of line and go to the back. This happened to me because they were out of trash bins. I had to wait for an empty one from someone else. There are other items on the list to recycle. I was able to get $38 with 3 full trash bags of cans, bottles and glass.
