Tried a new restaurant in the Roseville area for lunch with the hubby. I'm not sure if at all times it's a "seat yourself" type of place but it was when we were there. We chose a high top table with lovely seats with backs (yay!). You do have to use the QR code to order drinks and/or food. The Centro team checks on you every now and then and there is a sign you can change at your table that alerts the team that you're in need of something. Lots of TVs around as well and even a little section of toys, etc for kids to temporarily play with. We ordered the chips + trio to share. The queso is the bomb! Guac was great too. I also ordered the lunch taco platter and the hubby ordered the Centro Crunch with a dip lunch order. The Carne Asada taco was delish. While I wasn't that enthusiastic about the Carnitas en Adobo. :( Will look forward to trying new items when I come back!

I was going to a movie at rosedale and a friend recommended this place for a small bite beforehand. Didnt make reservations, just walked in and got seated quickly and it was a friday night. Fun lighting, whole place had a party type of vibe. Server came over and gave us waters, but you actually do all the ordering from a qr code at the table. It was quick and easy to use. Ordered a few food items, and didnt take long to come out. Loved the tajin wings and tacos were pretty good. Overall good experience and would go again when in the area.

I've been to the Highland Park location plenty of times, but this was my first visit to Roseville and I was shocked at how busy it was! The Highland Park spot is fairly chill, so I wasn't exactly expecting it to be hopping, but the experience was still great. I love the QR code ordering and how you can keep ordering food if you want. I got chips & salsa plus one carnitas taco. The price for one taco was a bit steep at $5-$6, but the amount of meat on it made it totally worth it and it was really good! The restaurant itself has such a cool vibe, bright, colorful, and definitely the place to be for an afternoon happy hour. I love how laid back and casual the environment is.

Happened to be driving by and decided to check them out. After explaining to the hubs that this was a Mexican (not Italian) restaurant, he was on board. The night we stopped in it was gorgeous outside, so we took advantage and sat on the patio. The patio is pretty big, but does face towards 36. I tried a cherry maragrita and the verde enchiladas. Both were great. Hubs had tacos with rice and beans and also seemed to enoy it. Our host was great. The service here is via QR code, but if you need assistance, there is a card you can turn over expressing that need. Would love to come back and try some of the appetizers and other cocktails.

Chips and dips were great! The only thing was about 1/2 or the chips were broken/very small sizes. The guac and queso were soooo delish. The portion sizes I would say are great. With the taco combo, it states it comes with rice and beans (which it does), but it also comes with a lot of extra stuff on top (lettuce, pico, cheese, sour cream), which would have been nice to know, definitely a perk if you like to add that to your tacos, but I feel like it should be listed. I also didn't love the rice or beans. I am gluten free, and there were tons of options which was also great! They also have very attentive staff.

Beautiful and spacious interior with a good sized patio. Sat outside with a group of eight and a few kids. We were able to get a table on a Saturday afternoon no problem! We had the choice of table service or ordering from a QR code. Drinks and food came out quickly. I had the mezcal margarita and the Wahaka Flocka. The marg was great! Though overpriced in my opinion for being a tap cocktail. The Wahaka was also delicious though a bit sweet. The birria crunch is amazing - it was so full, I couldn't even finish it. The tajin wings were the winner though!! Looking forward to returning!

I'm very impressed with centro. Good drinks, apps and entrees. The queso was delicious and tortilla chips were nicely fried. I had the burger which was super yummy with American cheese, I will definitely get that again, however the bun is nothing to write home about. Over all good job centro!!!!

After hearing rave reviews for a while, we finally decided to give this place a try. The ordering process is pretty casual--you can either place your order at the counter when you walk in or scan a QR code at the table to order digitally. I went with the shrimp taco, Cool Ranch Doritos wings, and yucca fries. The shrimp in the taco was flavorful, but unfortunately, the shell was hard and already falling apart when it arrived, making it tough to enjoy. The wings were just okay--not much of that Cool Ranch Doritos flavor came through, and they were a bit overcooked for my taste. The standout for me was definitely the yucca fries--crispy, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. Service was minimal. We were given one small cup of water and never offered a refill. Since there aren't servers consistently checking in after the food is dropped off, it felt a bit lacking on the hospitality front. Overall, while I've been to other spots that offer better quality for a lower price, I'd consider coming back if I'm nearby and craving those yucca fries--they were worth the visit.

The drinks and food was good but you order on your phone so you can't order just drinks and apps then food. You have to fully check out. I expected a sit down restaurant with a server. If I adjusted my expectations it would be great. The pina colada was perfect! Guac was very good and the birria Crunchwrap was good.

Spacious location with a huge bar area, and various tables to accommodate different size groups. Like their other locations, they have QR codes on the tables where you can pull up the menus. However, at this one you can also order with a server if preferred. Some of the new things I tried during this visit were: -pineapple tajin = okay; definitely something that can be made at home. - NA Margarita= good, but I wish had been a bit more sour taste (like the alcoholic version). -tres Leche cake= delicious and had a slight spice to it (like perhaps cinnamon). The chips, guacamole, queso, and crunch wrap were all good.

The restaurant is cute and colorful! We went on a Saturday afternoon and there was plenty of parking in the back. I know at the other location in NE you order at the counter and they drop the food off at your table. When we walked in we weren't sure what the format was as there was no one at the counter but someone came from the bar area to assist us. We were waited on at the table. Our waiter was nice. The staff generally seemed to stay busy. I ordered a rice bowl (no beans, added chicken tinga) & cool ranch wings for the table. The rice bowl was fine, full of rice. The chicken was missing seasoning all together so that was disappointing. The wings were crispy which I liked but had no salt or anything. I guess I assumed that cool ranch was like the cool ranch Doritos seasoning (like the red and blue seasoning dusting you can see on the chips) The chicken had zero flavor. Was also supposed to come with a side of guajillo aioli and as you can see in the photos that was also missing. I've had tacos from other Centro locations and those were good, so I'd probably come back and stick to that. Note: they are a cashless establishment.

Great happy hour deals, kind server, good vibes! Came here on a Monday at 4:30 and it wasn't busy at all. Took a second for someone to greet me but someone eventually came by. I asked if I could use my computer there and they said yes and that they have free wifi! It was honestly a great place to get some work done with good vibes. I ordered through a QR code but my server asked if I wanted him to come check on me, I said not to worry and that I would flag him down if I needed to. It does make you tip and pay before you place your order so keep that in mind! The service was great in my opinion so I didn't mind leaving a tip! Plus the happy hour deals are amazing so the meal was quite cheap. Some things that could have been better - more sauce on the dirty yuca fries, tacos on the happy hour menu, and the sauce for the oysters wasn't my favorite. But $2 oysters is a pretty amazing deal. I'd definitely come back for a chill time and $2 oysters and $5 beer.

Delicious food. So-so service. Seemed expensive. Couldn't quite figure out the QR code for ordering or the specials.

We had a great time at Centro Roseville for lunch. Food was great, music was great, and our server Mo was great. Would definitely recommend.

The server was friendly but he was super busy because it seemed like he was the only server who was also taking care of to-go orders. The food was ready relatively fast. I was disappointed in the taste of it because a few pieces of the chicken were a little dry and some of them weren't the type of crunchy you would expect of Korean fried chicken. It is located in a small strip plaza and you just walk in to be seated. They are extremely busy with people seated to eat and to-go orders. When I arrived, someone was cleaning tables, taking payment, and delivering food to tables. This was all being done by the same person. He directed me to a table, gave me a menu, and brought me a glass of water with a straw. He was moving about the restaurant taking orders, cashing people out, cleaning tables, and delivering food the entire time I was there. He came to get my order after about ten minutes. I ordered the Seoul sampler with the soy garlic sauce on the chicken. I thoroughly enjoyed this meal. The chicken was cooked and seasoned to perfection. It was crunchy and flavorful. There was a lot of food too. I ended up taking some back to my hotel and eating it later. It was hard not going back to this restaurant during my stay, but I wanted to try different places. It took about fifteen minutes for my food to arrive at the table and bulgogi fries came out first on a separate plate. This sampler is a good representation of several of their menu items. I recommend getting it if you are new to this restaurant. I paid $46 after adding a tip.

I started with the tequila and mezcal Old Fashioned, and it was fantastic. It was well-balanced, beautifully presented, and garnished perfectly. The food was equally impressive. The wings were delicious--crispy, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. My only small note would be that the celery was a little limp. The Caesar salad has officially been added to my regular rotation. The jammy egg was cooked perfectly with a rich, yolky center that was still easy to slice. The Parmesan crisps were thoughtfully sized, adding great texture without being so large they scraped the roof of your mouth. The salad was evenly dressed, making every bite flavorful. Overall, excellent food, outstanding cocktails, and warm, attentive service. I'll definitely be back.

The restaurant itself is really beautiful and it's also very big. I guessed 200 seats plus patio. The space is very elegant, and clearly a lot of attention went into the design. I would describe it as kind of modern steakhouse vibe. Dark wood, faux fur and leather finishes, etc. Elegant. We were seated at a booth by the bar with a big window view of the patio and parking lot. We were immediately slightly offput because the marble ledge separating the booth from the window was dirty - grease and little food crumbs. Not the best first impression. The booth and table were both clean though. Our waitress, Ash, did provide good service but I would say honestly she was a bit too attentive if that makes sense, and she was also too chatty for us. There were several times when she lingered at our table to tell us something we didn't inquire about or to just talk about something. It was a bit annoying honestly. But the service itself was good. We were also visited by a manager during our visit. We each got a mocktail (it was lunch) but they have an impressive drink menu. I got the Red Rose which was really tasty, and my husband got the pineapple drink, which he also said was good. -We ordered the chimichuri shrimp appetizer, which was pretty banging. Four really large shrimp, each on its own piece of bruschetta, doused in chimichuri sauce. Even for me, with a low spice tolerance, it was just the right amount of spice and it was really really good. -We also got a round of oysters. The oysters themselves were fresh - no complaints there. When they were delivered to our table, the person did not tell us which variety was which (pretty standard when serving oysters at any restaurant). Because we eat oysters a lot and one of the varieties was sweet petite, it was fairly easy to tell which was which. But in my opinion, there should have been information given when the oysters were served. The other big issue was the shucking. Some of the oysters hadn't been fully separated from the shell, and we both found ourselves picking bits of shell from our mouths. We actually had a little discussion about the $6 price tag. I felt it was reasonable, my husband felt it was high. But for $6 apiece, the oysters need to be shucked properly and these were not. Ash also made a point to tell us all kinds of information we didn't ask for about their happy hour, which includes $3 oysters. That would be a steal if they learn how to shuck them. -I got the half french dip sandwich, and I was really glad I just ordered the half because what I was served was totally a whole sandwich in my book. The accompanying fries were delicious, crispy, deep golden brown and hot. The au jus served with the sandwich was slightly on the salty side but not terrible. And I do realize it's au jus. In all it was a pretty decent sandwich. -Hubby got the sea bass sandwich, which was also pretty tasty. I'll be honest and say that I think the entree sea bass would have been better. The fish was so good that I don't honestly think you needed the bun. But it was really good and fresh and delicious. We skipped dessert. In all, a pretty solid dining experience and the food was very good. But it was the minor things mentioned that bothered us, so 3 stars with room for improvement upon our return.
