Owner Amon came through for me and my damaged PC tower. After a deep analzer dive into the machine, he accurately identified the SSD drive as damaged. We coordinated an upgrade replacement and installed it. Then he reinstalled a fresh Windows 7 for me with updates. Fortunately all my files were on a second drive! Note that CentroSync has recently moved to Gaithersburg and, as of this review, they are still settling in. Despite the initial disheveled look of the office, Amon himself turned out to be real decent, honest, friendly, and trustworthy businessman. Amon even worked through the weekend to see to it that I had my PC by the second Monday! My only issue was with duration and the timeframes of the promised completion dates. While much of the problem was due to the unusual nature of my PC's problem and the time it took get the replacement SSD and to reinstall Windows, I would have liked better time estimates at each phase of the effort. We had to reschedule meetings repeatedly. Please note that Amon has other duties and may take longer than expected to fix your problem. If you have a real time emergency you may want to shop elsewhere. If time is no object, I highly recommend Amon and CentroSync. He will do an excellent repair job for you! read more

Easy guys. Friendly and professional. My Macbook Pro stopped working. It just kept giving me a folder icon. After taking it to a few shops in the area, I was told I needed a new hard drive. I tried getting a new hard drive but computer still didn't work. They simply told me to take it to the apple store. That's when I decided to try one more shop and I found these guys. Very nice people. I left the computer with them, they told me they would get back to me in a couple of hours and diagnostics is free of charge. I got a call and I was told that the hard drive was fine, it needed a new connector. They ordered it and three weeks later, my Macbook was back to life.
