    I needed a survey so I looked up company's, didn't get quick enough response from first company…read morethat started with an I so I call IE/SE and got quick response from Rachel (great gal to talk with) gave her needed info got quick response and date for survey-Matt the young man surveyor was waiting on my Wife and I, showed him what I thought were correct monuments (which were) and he started to find all other monuments like a mountain goat because of terrain (marked all for easy find ) shook his hand -waited just a couple of days for finally billing and documentation map I give them a 10 ,very professional/on time/care about their Clients - I would and will give their company a high rating and of course their phone number to anyone that ask who did I hire for the Suvey , Thank you Rachel and Matt ( the mountain goat ) Sincerely Mike

John visited our property and said it was a simple project that would take around three to four months. The initial experience was good, and John walked us through the expectations of the County, and helped us facilitate a noise survey and septic certification. After we did this, it all went downhill. Allegedly, the county had reservations about our proposed business, but then John started just not communicating for weeks on end. We kept getting told that he was "working on it", but the communication got less and less frequent. We got another "working on it" in May 2024, and nothing since. Here we are closing on two years and John still hasn't told us where we stand. Riverside County isn't blameless in this either, but we trusted John to get the job done and we are very disappointed.

    Jennifer is hands down the worst of many realtors over worked with over the years…read more Worst part is she valued our home easily $100k under value then bragged it sold before it even hit the MLS. Yeah, thats because it was under valued like I thought. Outright scammed for for a listing. My wife has a real estate license so for us to hire someone else is a big deal. Realtors charge between 2-3% typically and thats a ton of money on houses that sell for nearly 2 million. Before hiring JW she ensured me multiple times that she knew the area very well and had a rolodex full of people for anything that might come up during escrow. I explained that was the most important for us to have people to call since we don't live in the area and don't know anyone in fallbrook. This was all lies, she didn't have even 1 reference. When asked for a window washer, she didn't know one. When asked for a cleaning lady, hers is to busy to come help us. Then had to nerve to just say "call marry maids" and acted as if that was a referral. When asked for a landscaper, hers doesn't go to fallbrook. Not one person to help! Moving is stressful and most need help finding a good plumber or other help to keep ot smooth. Most of all, your time should be spent looking for a new home or prepping to move, not interviewing contractors and gathering bids. She also never made a video for our home that was listed at $1,888,000. Our home has views for days, so beautiful. Yet her photographer didn't take even 1 pic of the views. She made me take cell phone pics and she added those to the listing. She also arrives to showing dressed like a bumb who just rolled out of bed. She was the last person to show up almost every time anyone had to meet her at the house. She assured us at the beginning she was going to "blast this add everywhere on social media". Not one post, not one ad just a bunch of lies... They also photo shopped things and made the house look worse then reality, not better. Where they vitually staged the living room the floor looked like it was all worn out like some hard wood floors get but in reality there was nothing wrong with the floor. Have a big dog? She was told several times we have big mean dogs and not to open the garage or come on the property unless we clear it. 100% of the times she arrived she just opened our gate and drove in. Also opened the garage about 5 min after I just told her not to and that the dogs bite. Its like she didn't believe the 122lb american bulldog raised on a farm and trained to go after anything it sees would bite, he has before and its his job... Why 2 stars? Because it did sell so I'll give that but at a huge loss to us and expense paying her what we could have done for free. CALL ANOTHER OFFICE OR DON'T DEAL WITH A WOMAN WITH THE INITIALS JW. Overall just feel scammed and ripped off for almost $40k. Look at the photo and tell me thats not the worst vitual staging you ever saw... furniture doesn't even match the decor and the floor doesnt look like that in real life.

Her business partner JESUS ESPINOZA *DRE #02090975 got back to my us a day later then he said he would be calling to let us know if we got it or not. When he did call back he was late and RUDE. Stating we were way out bid and they would be going with another offer. A few weeks later JESUS ESPINOZA called us back and said they were cancelling with the buyer they had and we were next in line. If we wanted it it was ours. We at this point we found out we were outbid by only 10,000. We told him we were still in and our original offer was still valid. They were going to go sign it and get back to us. That was Saturday. The next time we heard from him he called to say they had closed the deal with the original buyer. A week later Myra Hilo called me from two different phone numbers and told me she was with Zillow. Then remembered she got my number from the open house and asked me if I was still looking for a house. I asked her why she thinks after they way they treated me I would work with her? She didn't know I had ever even put an offer on the house and blamed it all on JESUS ESPINOZA her business partner. If you want to deal with agents who have no idea what is going on, Who will never get back to you when they say they will and will use you by all means use Berkshire Hathaway Home services California Realty. If you want a realtor who knows what they are doing or will treat you with any respect, go anywhere else.

    This business has spammed my email for so long that it's ridiculous to even try and remember. I feel if this business can't get an email list correct why would I trust them with the purchase of a home. Trash marketing practices to say the least! With their experience doing flips, they were able to offer insight about fixes we can do and how that would approve our homes value. That was very helpful for us! Once we decided put in offers, they were on top of it! We were able to put in offers quickly and we were well informed the entire time. We were able to get our 4th offer accepted, in this crazy market! Throughout the escrow process, they were really easy to reach and always willing to explain everything. They went out of their way to take care of problems that came up along the way. They were especially helpful in coordinating extra inspections when needed and they were alway available to explain things that we didn't quite understand. Overall, we are VERY happy that we were able to work with Andrew and Annette! They were so sweet and easy to talk to. They answered every question so thoroughly,and we had A LOT of questions!
