Linda, Amanda, Pearl, and most important, Andrew (Drew) Butterfield failed to handle any major issue with courtesy, respect, or knowledge. AVOID HOUSEMATCH AT ALL COST!!! I know Pure Property Mgmt. technically owns them now, but they're still operating the 'House Match' way and it's both negligent, and a massive drain on your finances and time. Note: see drew's comment underneath. Yes Drew, we stopped paying because you were negligent and you/your staff refused to even acknowledge our emails until we stopped paying. It's called withholding rent due to unlivable conditions your bastard. We knew coming in that there would be fixes, and we we've been happy with how the response has been with any issues.
