I would advise looking elsewhere and if your a buyers agent press to not use them, especially in a buyers market as we are in.

I notified the broker of Excellence Real Estate broker Mike Oyoque and Christina Corea, the owner of Excellence Real Estate via email, that I was being harassed by their employee and provided proof of the harassment. Mike responded "we don't have anything to do with this. (See attached email) as a result of no corrective actions, I have contacted the housing authority. According to the Los Angeles County Consumer and Business affairs Housing and Tenant Protection: Tenants who live in rental units located in unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County and subject to the County's Rent Stabilization and Tenant Protections Ordinance (RSTPO) qualify for relocation assistance. Currently their office has been contacted by the Los Angeles County Consumer and Business Affairs department. Arthur didn't serve the notice properly and the house was never registered with the LA County, the documents were not completed correctly.
