During our visit, we worked with Travis Miller, who was assigned as our sales and leasing specialist. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from the beginning. We did not feel welcomed, and throughout the interaction Travis rarely made eye contact, which made us feel uncomfortable and undervalued as customers. When we sought assistance in understanding our options or asked for guidance regarding affordability and qualification for incentives, Travis often responded with what felt like dismissive laughter rather than helpful explanations. Instead of feeling supported through an important financial decision, we left feeling disrespected and discouraged. He didn't display any concern for our situation, or any genuine interest in helping us find an affordable solution that met our needs. As a direct result of this experience, we chose to take our business to another dealership where the staff were more knowledgeable, attentive, and customer-focused. I would also like to bring to your attention a separate concern regarding Karen from the leasing department. I contacted her seeking a callback to discuss our options. In my voicemail I carefully provided my name and explained what information I was requesting. When Karen returned the call, she informed me that the individual she believed to be the lease holder did not know who I was and abruptly ended the conversation. More concerning, Karen then provided my private phone number to the person she mistakenly believed was associated with the lease. As a result, that individual contacted me at my workplace and confronted me about the situation. This occurred because of a clear misunderstanding and mishandling of my personal information. I was very troubled by this breach of professionalism and the unnecessary stress it created. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I took my 2011 Kia Sorento to Century III Kia for the first time for my state and emission inspection. I was told that I needed all new pads and rotors on my vehicle. This was fine. When they told me the car needed new pads and rotors, I informed them that I was also hearing a knocking noise coming from the front of my vehicle. I was informed that this was because of the pads and rotors needing replaced. The two weeks after my appointment, the knocking noise got worse to the point that I did not feel safe having me or my wife drive the vehicle as I worried it was a problem with the suspension. I had the vehicle towed to a different Kia dealership where they informed me that my outside tie rod was "completely worn out and showing excessive play" and that it should not have passed inspection. In addition to this, 3 lug nuts were missing from my tire. They were either not tightened properly or left off altogether. When trying to contact the service of department of Century III Kia following this incident to see if they would be able to correct their mistake, they have been unresponsive and not returned my calls. read more

Worst experience I have ever had with a Kia dealership! They had our car for 6 months to fix a sunroof. We went 3 times with completely unacceptable work after each check. We finally just took the car even though they worked on the car interior with dirty hands leaving marks all over. They didn't even replace the sunroof with the original part which is the reason to go to a dealership. Shortly later the sunroof doesn't even open properly and makes a loud noise as well as says it is not fully closed. We contacted them again trying to get them to fix the noise since they were who replaced it and are quoting 2800 dollars. HORRIBLE PHONE SERVICE,HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could leave zero stars I would. Called for an appointment to have my Kia inspected and an oil change. Had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for an appointment. Arrived for my 10:30am appointment and informed them that I was going to run to another store and would be back. I was told I would get a call when service was complete. I waited until 1:30 pm and still no call. I went back and found my vehicle still sitting in the lot untouched. When I asked about it I was told in was "the next in line to be seen by a technician ". When I asked why my vehicle wasn't already being serviced I was told that other vehicles that people were "waiting" were pushed ahead. SO WHY DID I NEED TO WAIT 21/2 WEEKS AND THEN HAVE OTHERS PUSHED AHEAD. This is ludicrous and a poor way to do business. The next day I called at 1p,3p,4p, and 6p trying to get an update and did not receive a call back. Wasn't even called to tell me what was going on with my car. Never coming here again. We had seen a preowned Sportage SX advertised online that we wanted to test drive. We called and made sure it was still available and they double checked and confirmed it was. Upon arrival we were greeted by Dana at the door. We informed him of the vehicle we were interested in and he said "that just sold" which I was highly skeptical it was even available to actually begin, just a bait technique to get people in the door, nonetheless we inquired about test driving a 2020 Sportage SX, since their weren't much changes from 18-20. The Sportage itself wasn't bad, they've come along way, even if it is comparable to a 07-12 Acura RDX as far as options go and size go. I asked about the recalls the prior gen Sportage had with the engine and wether it affected the new gens and he denied any recalls on any gen. When we returned from the test drive, Dana asked what we would like to pay a month and he scoffed at our budget. We reiterated to him that is why we came to look at the preowned but he just proceeded to go over budgets and leases for about 20 mins and couldn't pick up on the social awkwardness of us not wanted to get something and only being their for a test drive. When we explained that we could get into a well optioned vehicle at a better price from another brand dealer, he was in disbelief. I must of said alright we need to go 8 times before we just started walking to our car, which he followed us, still continuing on. Yikes. Kia then proceeded to call us everyday for at least a week. Oh about that other brand well optioned SUV ($36k msrp) for $200 a month lease with a really good buy out at the end? Yeah we're currently in that and beyond happy. I had to write a bunch of letters and make several trips back to the dealership, but this situation has been resolved. Apparently when I had the issue the dealership had lost their service manager and the place was running on autopilot. A new service manager started work last week, and he was able to confirm that my original key fob was not dead. He restored it to a functional state and refunded my money for the fob which had been sold to me unnecessarily. All good. read more

Do not and I repeat do not come here! I just wasted 2.5 hours that I'll never get back. Booked an appointment about a month ago for the 105k factory maintenance package. $227.84 as per their website and when I called to make the appointment I called to confirm the price and all the things that would be included. I super checked and asked lots of questions on the phone because I knew my car needed maintenance it's also corona times and I was furloughed from my job (so I'm tight on money just like everyone else) The major thing was spark plugs, oil change, filter changes, etc. Came time for them to ask what I want done and not done, the service person was listing the price of everything. I said why are you listing the prices, all of this is suppose to be included in the factory maintenance package. The spark plugs alone they were quoting at $222 I pulled up their website let me repeat that again, THEIR website that included a list of of all the things included. They said that was outdated and they have a new package and showed me a brochure. I said okay but are going to honor it because this is what I booked and it's still on the website. Nope they wouldn't honor it and looked at me like I had ten heads. I was brought to talk to the service manager. I tried to nicely reason with them and they said that it is just the default package on the Kia site and that they still weren't honoring it. I was only getting more angry as time went on. By the way not just a default package on the Kia website, after I got home I looked at the other 2 Kia dealers websites near the Pittsburgh area and they were different packages/different prices. They said they would meet me halfway on the price. I said no thanks not paying more that what I was originally suppose to pay So I asked them what they had done thus far and to just stop and get my car ready to leave. Sorry I won't be cheated and lied too. Take it off your website or honor it. So 2.5 hours later I have an oil change. Yayyy (I say in an extremely sarcastic tone). They also told me that they fixed my left drivers side blinker for free. Well good thing it was free because it 100% was not fixed whatsoever. Also just to be clear I have been here 4-5 times previously and had small problems here or there but decided to stick it out because I rather come to a dealer but boy did I prove myself wrong. Never again. I am fuming mad. Anyone know a good mechanic for me in the Pittsburgh area? On the other hand, the salesman was pushy and super aggressive. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and once we signed the lease completely changed their tone. Not a trustworthy dealership. On my first visit they told me there was a $4,000 mark up on a Kia-Soul due to the Pandemic/Shortage etc. The salesman was extremely rude and high pressure. I decided to give them a second chance with a different salesman. I returned a week later. On my second visit they said the mark-up was $2,000 on the same Kia-Soul. I asked to talk to a manager and later leaned that the person who said he was a manger lied and was just another salesman. I caught these salesman in many lies and contradictions. I think the most notable is that they didn't even understand how the Kia-Soul operated as they gave me bogus answers to my questions... so much so that it was difficult not to laugh in their face. I did not want to play games. I wanted to buy a car for a fair price. I drove to the South Hills Kia dealership where I was treated with respect and fairness. I bought the same Kia-Soul at the South Hills Kia and there was ZERO mark up. Do yourself a favor and avoid Century 3 Kia. If the salesmen are that dishonest can you imagine what the service department must be like? If you don't like dishonest, rude and incompetent people do yourself a favor and avoid Century 3 Kia like they are Covid. Also, the staff allowed me to take the car home without plates. I returned the car and bought another Kia Soul for the same price that was advertised, and it was the higher value car. I did not buy a car myself, but assisted my son with his purchase. He spent several hours over two days dealing with a sales person who added zero value to the process. My wife and I accompanied our son the dealership on the evening of the second day to assist in finance and presumably sign the papers. Nothing was prepared. We sat at the salesman's desk for long periods of time while he searched out answers to basic questions about dealer ship fees, insurance, financing and warranty. He hadn't a clue to any of it. In the end he was either misleading or could not answer any one of my questions. Their was a problem with our insurance which lead to a third trip to the dealership the next day. After three visits we had managed to secure a deal for full price with a $800 dealer fee, 25% down, 72 month financing at an inflated interest rate and a full 30 day dealership warranty. When my wife and son s declined the over priced extended warranty (21% of the vehicle cost), the condescending salesman responded "why not, what's the problem?". i am very disappointed to see the dealership treat their customers so poorly . I am very happy for my son as he loves his car, but very sad for the way he was treated by the staff at this dealership. One of the review responses here from the owner stated "I would like to apologize for the way you felt you were treated". I surely hope that my review does not solicit such a response. If i could give zero stars i would. I bought my Kia seltos last February, and when i walked into the dealership (with my boyfriend) and instead of being greeted, the salesman (if you want to call him one) ignored me and shook my boyfriends hand. He then didn't answer any questions we had and said they had no cars to show up. We were getting ready to go to Chevy down the street when a manager came over and ended up assisting us, thus, i now have my car i am sitting in writing this review in. I love my car itself, but the dealership. RUN FOR THE HILLS! Fast forward to today, i call and asked the operator if she could assist me with getting my title number. She told me no, they put those files away and it would be quicker to go to the state..... she clearly has not called the state before because it is in fact no quick at all. (Sounds lazy to me). I called again because i could barely hear her and she immediately got an attitude with me and said i would need to provide my license plate. As i was getting ready to pull over and get the info for her (i was driving) she hung up on me (after i asked for a manager). So me being me, i called again. This time it was a different lady. She was also rude and am assuming maybe a manager? I don't really care. She didn't introduce herself, she just immediately said i need my license number. I told her that's fine, but why was i hung up on. She went into complete defense mode and said no one hung up on me (highly unlikely but ok). I asked ok when are you guys open until? She must not have liked that, and gave me a run around about times. Then without hesitation said no one can look up the title number for me in the dealership. (Again highly unlikely but okay, Karen). So i said i will call back before closing time. 3 minutes later i pulled over, called back and provided my license plate to them and BOOM they found my title number. This could have been avoided from the first call if the First Lady/operator would have been nice and didn't have a complete attitude and wasn't so lazy. LAZY LAZY LAZY. No one wants to do their job anymore, no one wants to be nice, no one wants to be helpful but they alll want paid. This is a multi section review. Had I placed a review off our first purchase four years ago it would be one star. More recent costs have changed the rating to a much higher one. Salesman overall I would rate low. Our first visit in 2016 we showed up about 1;30 pm. The salesman only showed us one vehicle and it was used and just brought in, therefore it was filthy and had high miles, but less than a year old. We were desperate for a new vehicle then and guess we just didn't push the issue of other options. However, the salesman, who played on his phone the entire time, had no clue about anything. He sat at same table as us while we waited UNTIL 730PM. He never spoke a word or offered a drink. An older salesman offered to bring the kids a snack and drink. Two other people came and went in the finance office before they decided to help us. They hit our credit with 21 different finance companies. The vehicle was a 2016 Sedona. I was very happy with our vehicle all four years we owned it. The warranty ran out, since we were not original owners the warranty was not a full warranty. Low and behold one day I have a coolant leakage. I took it right in at the serve mans request. Chad was and has been the best service guy. The service department all these years has been great. We always return because they are so great vs any other mechanic shop. However, just after warranty we had engine problems, starting with the coolant leak. I was not able to take my van home because it was not drivable in a safe manner. It's also times in covid they were short handed and we understood that. We had a rental come pick me up and told them to take their time. However, I called constantly asking about my van ha ha. It's cost $8000 to,repair the engine. We paid for it and took it home. Little things came up here and there and we just waited to bring it back in, Once we did bring it in Chad laughed at me and said trade it in. Lol so we did. Chad kept the van to look it over and said he would have a salesman call us. Cue in a salesman... We did have a salesman call us, although it seemed he didn't listen well, but it's ok. It's the busy time of year and we did this over the phone without coming in. He called again and told us he had a vehicle and asked if we should come in or further discuss over phone. We decided to go in. He showed us the Sorento. It was a 2020 with a third row and dried up carrots and crackers to boot. They allowed us to go for a test drive, so we took it around a few blocks and then to a parking lot to full inspect it. It wasn't a new vehicle because there was food all over it and it was dirty inside. We found out it had been used as a loaner and saw it had approx 3300 miles on it. That was acceptable to us as long as they cleaned it. It was dark and cold and raining and that's the excuse I'm using as to why it wasn't cleaned much at all. The salesman was going to order mats for it since they were missing, they never were ordered but once I called to find out where they were, the salesman got them within a few days. Chad in service, during the summer he had our van, always kept in contact. He and his team did a great job working with us on the repairs. He even spoke to my car insurance for me about some of the repairs and a rental. I appreciated everything Chad did. If we were not happy with service and only went by sales from 2016, we would not have purchased another vehicle. I'm happy with our 2020 Sorento and happy with Century 3 Kia. I do believe sales makes a difference and hopefully no one needs much from service after their purchase, but had it not been for service and how well we were treated over the years this review would be 1 star. I had an appointment to replace my belt. I was told it should be about an hour. Then I was asked when I wanted my car back. Well, obviously if I had an appointment for 9am, and the job should take about an hour, I would want my car back around 10 or so. Why they asked this question was an enigma in itself. I wanted it back ASAP! 3 and a half hours later they are still not done. Nearly 5 hours to fix a belt is unacceptable. They don't accept or assume any responsibility. Long story short-what's the purpose of having an appointment if I could have just brought my car in anytime since they work on it anytime??? This is the MOST DISHONEST dealership I have ever dealt with. I traveled two hours after talking to there internet salesman. The price on the Kia Niro LXS was 27,535 with a 1,000 rebate. I went over this with internet sales. I get there and these crooks are going above sticker price by 3,000. I even called the internet salesman while there and he said this is the first he had ever heard of this. They saw I was driving a Kia and have bought Kias before and as I sat in my car to leave the manager comes out. He said would you agree to pay 500 over sticker and we keep the rebate but he would have to get owner approval first. I went back in and they wanted to run my credit. I said are you selling me the car for 500 above sticker? His response I will have to see what sort of kick back I get from finance companies. I said well that tells me I won't be getting a good interest rate from you because you want to make more money. I then left. HORRIBLE DON'T JUST STAY AWAY, RUN AWAY. Oh and they will try to convince you other Kia dealerships are doing this! NO NO NO NO NO OTHER KIA DEALER I CALLED WAS DOING THIS. I CALLED AT LEAST 10 OTHER KIA DEALERS. I went in on July 27 and was approached by Ray Schwartz, a very loud and unprofessional salesman. He showed me a 2016 Kia Sorento,I informed him I was pre approved from Capital One, but he still ran my credit through 5 other finance companies, guess who I was approved with Capital One! So my credit now was hit 5 times!! Which I told him from the get go Capital One because I has a previous loan with them. the Kia had a dent on the back passenger door and he stated he could have it fixed by Tuesday the following week, he was going to have it inspected , detailed and 4 new tires. I called on Tuesday was told that the body work was not done and it would be another week! I spoke with Josh a general manager, rude and un professional! Not one time did anyone reach out to me until it was ready on August 9! When I went to pick it up the salesman was not there and I was given the cold shoulder, not even a thank you. Had my car FIXED by a mechanic who used to work for a dealership but was tired of cleaning up the messes that the other "mechanics" made and opened his own business. I received great service here! My starter died one night after I got home from a long drive. The next day I had my car towed to Century 3 Kia. Within 4 days, they had replaced the starter and checked my whole vehicle for any problems. The communication was great on their end and they kept me in the loop the whole time! This was my first time stopping out at this dealership, but certainly won't be the last. They treated me like an absolute PRINCESS!!! It's been a few years since I went car shopping so wasn't sure exactly what to expect. Stopped out at a few store before them and either the other stores didn't have any cars, pushy sales people and the last one I went to not one person even greeted me!!!! At Century 3 I was immediately greeted by Troy and he introduced me to the Manager Josh and honestly it was just a really comfortable buying experience. Troy answered all of my questions which I had a lot of them, hahahaha but he was honestly really knowledgeable when it came to not only Kia's but other brands as well that I was comparing them too. Our 2021 kia shortage has been in the service department for the 3rd time in 3 months for the same issues. The service manager Chad is very short with me and his famous line is " my hands are tied" the owner Paul says he will call you back but doesn't. They have not been helpful at all in attempting to get us a loaner vehicle and blame that on Hertz. Our vehicle that we are paying a monthly car payment on has been in their shop more than we have had it for the last 3 months 2+ weeks at a time. If you buy a vehicle from here and it needs service expect to be treated like absolute garbage! Would absolutely not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Century 3 Kia- go across the street to Century 3 Chevrolet! read more

This place is ridiculous. Long story short, they cannot be trusted with your money (or with anything else, for that matter). I went to buy a car from them on a Saturday an urgent basis, and was assured that the car would most likely be there by Monday (Tuesday at the latest). They had a specific car for me -- they had me sign paperwork for a car with a specific VIN. And then, on Monday I learned that not only would the car not be there, the car was "lost in transit" somewhere and that they had (without so much as consulting me) switched me without my permission to another car (albeit of the same model and trim) from elsewhere. Now they say they can "guarantee" the car on Tuesday. I don't buy it. This is, at best, a breach of trust (and a breach of contract at worst). Why was I never consulted about this? Why was I only told about this after the fact? After speaking with the salesperson from whom I'd bought the car as well as her manager, I found out that they were simply content to point out that I'd signed the papers to buy the car -- no effort to try to make things right, no effort to do anything to understand why I had no trust in them anymore. I have since filed a formal complaint against them with Kia USA. Thanks to Century III Kia's buffoonery, I will never be buying a car from Kia again -- and I will urge friends and family to take a similar course of action. read more

This review is for the service department. I have a Kia Soul that I purchased in Wexford, but CIII Kia is closer to home. My mirror was clipped by a semi (just a scrape,) and I needed to get an estimate for having the paint fixed. I had a couple of recalls to take care of, plus I wanted to have my central locking system checked out, because it had recently started not always locking. I dropped it off during the evening, letting them have the entire day to take care of the recalls and giving me estimates for the other two things. By 2:30 PM, I had still not heard from them (my husband would have to bring me back to pick it up after work,) so I called. This place is an absolute disorganized mess. Apparently, there was only one person who could talk to me about my car (Jodi,) and she was unavailable. So I had to wait. Once I finally heard from her, she gave me a $600+ estimate to REPLACE AND PAINT the entire mirror. I asked why it would need to be replaced to just fix a scrape, and she was very confused. She had no idea what I had even asked to be estimated! So I waited again while she looked into that. The locking system problem needed a part that had to be ordered, so I waited a week or so for it to come in. When the service advisor called me back, I missed the call. I called and was told that I needed to speak to this specific person since "she knows about the part you need." I left her a VM and then didn't hear from her for two days, so I called again. She told me that she "wasn't getting her voice messages for some reason." You know how that problem could be avoided? By not allowing a single point of failure in having ONE person who can help me! So now I sit here in the lounge, waiting for the part to be installed (it has been 2 hours, BTW,) when a service advisor comes in and asks me where my second key fob is. Of course my husband has it on his keychain like he always does. Well apparently, this fix requires the fobs to be reprogrammed. I said that I wished someone had told me that before I brought it in, and she said "me too." So now I have to make ANOTHER TRIP (which had really not require another appointment or more than 20 minutes of my time) to make the other fob work. Since this is the only nearby dealership, I'm not likely to buy another Kia. This place has wasted too much of my time. read more

Listen! If I wasn't in such a desperate need to snag a new vehicle to transport children, etc I would of NEVER come back here. Time management isn't a thing at this dealership. I was given the run around 3 times. Salesman Ray is quick to pitch you a deal but when it comes to actively communicating, he's awful. I made 3 different trips just for him to ask for something different he hadn't mentioned every time. Gave me a car, drove it for over a week and then called me a week later on his cellphone at 11:00 PM to tell me that the bank was no longer going to approve my loan. Meanwhile I paid for insurance on the car, have my trade in ready, sat for hours. Don't play with me. I came to Century to have some quick repairs done on my car before I drove out of town for a few days. As it turned out my car needed more repairs than I had originally anticipated. The dealer informed me that I would need to leave my car overnight. I spoke with their sales manager and told him that I needed to leave the next day on a business trip out of town. He informed me that he thought it was in my best interest to have all the repairs done and to leave the car overnight. However, he lent me a loaner vehicle for my business trip which was 3 days long and 100s of miles. All of this for a repair that costed me less than $500. I was really impressed with the dealership's care and consideration. I truly did not expect them to lend me a vehicle on such a small repair bill but was certainly happy that they did. If you are looking for a car or just a place to be treated fairly to get your car repaired I would highly recommend these guys. read more

Unprofessional does not begin to describe these folks. Requested pricing online and asked simply for AWD and navigation. It is now FIVE HOURS later and still no quote... It is 2018. In 2000 I bought a car online and it took 25 minutes. Just baffling. read more

Worst service department EVER!!!!! They have had my van off and on for 2 months and I'm still having issues. And good luck getting anyone to return phone calls. Their follow through with the customer is HORRIBLE! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! Unless you like excuse after excuse. And dont deal with Derek! Please avoid at all costs! Gaslighting, lying, incompetence, scamming, and ZERO conscience about any of it. Situation: Hard-working college kid saves up $10k to buy a needed car. Buys 2015 Kia Forte with **only 50,000 miles*** presented by Century III Kia as a good car (covered by 30 day/ 1000 mile powertrain warranty and a couple of months of manufacturer's 5 year/ 60,000 mile). Offered their extended warranty-- which would lock him into driving all the way there for any service... subject to whatever scamming or incompetence there, without a choice. (See below, and plenty of other reviewers for why this funnel back to their service dept is questionable.) He knew that any used car might need some maintenance or repair, but that **at 50,000 miles** straight from a Kia dealer this should absolutely not be massive things like engine or transmission, unless something unusual is being hidden. Only 850 miles after driving off the lot (but more than 30 days), major issues. Repeatedly dying in the middle of driving, creating many very dangerous situations (including on the Fort Pitt Bridge- glad to be alive), loud sounds, etc. THREE other people experienced this in driving the car, all of them good, experienced long-time drivers, one a professional auto mechanic who said take it to the dealer. Consider the total runaround experience, taking what was said by the service dept and sales side together: Service: Ran engine diagnostic. Said there's nothing wrong with the car, but maybe spark plugs needed to be replaced. Over $400 later and just 20 min. after leaving service, problems started up, unchanged. Car quit right as it pulled back up to Kia. Service technician was asked to ride in car with driver ( a driver with almost 40 years of successful driving experience), and saw it die. Took back to shop. Came back saying they'd run "150 tests" and there's absolutely nothing wrong with the car! Just take that dangerous ride back out on the road! The problem, they said, is that he was driving with 2 feet! Technician claimed he'd actually seen it! Ah, yes, *ALL FOUR EXPERIENCED DRIVERS who've had it die on them mid-drive simply drive with two feet?* So there you have the incompetence, dishonesty and gaslighting of the service department. Took it back to the trusted mechanic, btw: IT NEEDS A NEW ENGINE. At less than 52K miles (supposedly). Sales: 850 miles after the sale, they feel no responsibility whatsoever. Should have purchased the extra warranty, they said... YOU KNOW, WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. The one that SAYS THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR AND SENT IT BACK ON THE ROAD TWICE. So... even with that warranty, we'd still have a dangerous, unrepaired car. No win. But shame on us for not buying that useless piece of paper? Will they buy their car back, just 850 miles after driving it off of their lot? No way! "Not now that we know there's something wrong with it." (But... their service department says there's nothing wrong with it.) They advised attempting to pawn it off on another Kia dealer. "An $8,500 car? We don't even like to sell cars like that..." they said, as if it was some old bucket of bolts, rather than a KIA (the dealership's own brand) at 50k miles. Said they WOULD take it as a junk trade in and be happy to sell us a different car there, though, claiming they're "just trying to help us out," they "don't even make any commission on it." Wow, don't even make money. Just doing it out the the goodness of their heart. Yeah. So, there ya go, young man, after you sell it to a junk dealer, you probably just spent over $8k of your hard-earned money for 800 miles of driving pleasure-- over $10 a mile!--and had some near-death experiences courtesy of the soulless crooks at Century III Kia.
