The company lacks internal communication, multiple people have contacted me for the same paperwork and blamed me for being late when I already submitted it to another representative. It just felt really disorganized. On top of that, despite knowing I was moving the forced me to use my old address for the paper work, which resulted in my registration being messed up. What is the point on paying all the dealer fees if the paper work is going to be handled poorly? On top of that they put the wrong address for the loan and phone number! They try to lie and say that they gave the right number, when even the dealership contacted the wrong number when trying to reach me. There have been four cases where the wrong number has been contacted and simply they refuse to fix it. Extremely frustrating experience. I have bills to pay and they just ignore. By the end of the experience financial manager contacted me and acknowledged the confusion in the phone numbers and was able to update the number and my address! So it was that easy for the dealership to fix it and they just kept ignoring me. Then they ignore me when I tell them I never got my account in the mail (probably because they mailed it to the wrong house). Yet the financial manager lied, because when I set up my account it still had the wrong phone number and email! Theres a lot of things wrong with this place and all they do is lie here. If I could undo buying my car here because of the headaches and stress they given me I would. Horrible! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
