We had a room with a king bed, and we really liked the layout of the room itself. It was modern and quite spacious. The kitchen was complete with a fridge, microwave, stovetop, cookware, and utensils. There was a small coffee maker that we didn't use. Luckily we brought bottled waters because the room didn't come with any. The bathroom was spacious with enough room for two people to get ready. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers in the shower, as well as one small bar of soap and one makeup wipe at the sink. Onsite there's a Starbucks (closes at 5pm), Jersey Mike's (closes at 9pm), and a pizza place (closes at 10pm). We got food from Jersey Mike's and brought it back to the room to enjoy while watching TV and relaxing. The beds were super comfy, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Early morning checkout was a breeze and the airport shuttle was already there loading up passengers. The ride was quick to our terminal! All in all we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Their listing on the Marriott site lied about having a pool…read more They provide a keycard to access the Hyatt Place pool, but it requires walking out the lobby, past the parking garage, then through thr parking lot, then into the hyatt place, then out the back. I don't really feel comfortable walking in wet swim trunks through that maze. Also the keycard they gave me didn't actually work. So had to walk back. Then a different front desk person said actually you have to go to the front desk at Hyatt Place and request a keycard from them. Whomever at corporate thought they should list this property as having a pool should be fired.

Most of the front desk staff are friendly and professional. I would have given a rating of 5 stars, but the internet connection in my room was terrible. I ended up using my cellular service. The staff has been aware of this problem for several months. When I mentioned it again this time, a staff person gave me a piece of paper with a different Hyatt internet connection. Why wasn't that given to me at check-in?

I love the staff they were all nice and helpful, our stay was great no issue. The room was clean, which is the most important thing for us. It was spacious for the 3 of us. And having a couch to lounge that is clean and free from stain says they maintain the place as ALL place should. Our stay comes with complimentary breakfast, was also well served all clean and always stock. Has oatmeal bacon eggs etc.. So far this place is the best place we ever stayed in California, i feel its so hard to find clean and well maintained hotels. The only issue we had was parking... it was limited so when we got back late from our galavanting we were instructed to park at the next behind the hotels building. Its cali less parking and all im not sure why we ran out of parking but so far that was our only issue. But would definitely would stay again if we are near the area. I thought maybe it would go away but it didn't . It got stronger as the night progressed . I woke up at 2 am with a headache and I could smell and taste the odor in my mouth . It was so awful . I couldn't go back to sleep . I messaged the front desk on the app with no response . I then walked down stairs to the front desk and Linh (front desk manager ) she did offer another room but I'm checking out in a hour because I have an early flight and explained that . She proceeded to offer a $20 food and beverage credit but I'll never stay at another Hilton . I'm so disappointed and I feel physically sick.

Even basic technology, such as the television, was not verified to be in working order before my arrival. * Restrictive and Inconvenient Policies: The hotel's policy forbidding food deliveries from reaching guest rooms is an archaic and unnecessarily restrictive measure that prioritizes administrative friction over guest comfort. As someone who operates businesses built on the foundation of elite, detail-oriented hospitality, I hold high standards for guest experience. We had electronic keys and had checked in, so we went directly to our room...or so we thought. Our phones would not work in the elevator, so we had to go to the front desk to get physical keys. The good news is we saw a shuttle we could purchase to the concert, saving Uber surge pricing on the way back. The real disappointment was the room. They say this hotel was recently renovated, but if that is true they didn't do a great job. It seemed like the room had been used heavily and not taken care of at all. The worst was the windows. They were so dirty it seemed like they hadn't been washed in a very long time. We always considered the Westin a premium hotel brand, but the rooms in this location didn't live up to the name. Overall it was a mediocre experience at what we thought would be a more premium one.

It is just steps away from plenty of dining options and a grocery store. We will definitely be back. Parking is over $50 and valet only, but they were on top of it amd we had zero issues.
