I love this place due to the king size bed .Also the front desk was very friendly she gave me good places to go explore . I really enjoyed my stay here. Also very convenient price and most of all close to the airport. I will totally recommend this place for my traveler's . she also did me the favor and called me a taxi for my flight. I will be back soon.

Check in is always easy and they don't have a bar but you can walk 10 minutes next door to Marriott. A few restaurants including a Starbucks and Jersey Mikes in the lobby as well as o believe a pizza joint. Rooms are comfortable and clean, the only negative is you can hear everything in the hallway and I was woken up a few times for slamming doors and such. Otherwise my go to place to stay !

We had a room with a king bed, and we really liked the layout of the room itself. It was modern and quite spacious. The kitchen was complete with a fridge, microwave, stovetop, cookware, and utensils. There was a small coffee maker that we didn't use. Luckily we brought bottled waters because the room didn't come with any. The bathroom was spacious with enough room for two people to get ready. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers in the shower, as well as one small bar of soap and one makeup wipe at the sink. Onsite there's a Starbucks (closes at 5pm), Jersey Mike's (closes at 9pm), and a pizza place (closes at 10pm). We got food from Jersey Mike's and brought it back to the room to enjoy while watching TV and relaxing. The beds were super comfy, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Early morning checkout was a breeze and the airport shuttle was already there loading up passengers. The ride was quick to our terminal! All in all we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Most of the front desk staff are friendly and professional. I would have given a rating of 5 stars, but the internet connection in my room was terrible. I ended up using my cellular service. The staff has been aware of this problem for several months. When I mentioned it again this time, a staff person gave me a piece of paper with a different Hyatt internet connection. Why wasn't that given to me at check-in?

I love the staff they were all nice and helpful, our stay was great no issue. The room was clean, which is the most important thing for us. It was spacious for the 3 of us. And having a couch to lounge that is clean and free from stain says they maintain the place as ALL place should. Our stay comes with complimentary breakfast, was also well served all clean and always stock. Has oatmeal bacon eggs etc.. So far this place is the best place we ever stayed in California, i feel its so hard to find clean and well maintained hotels. The only issue we had was parking... it was limited so when we got back late from our galavanting we were instructed to park at the next behind the hotels building. Its cali less parking and all im not sure why we ran out of parking but so far that was our only issue. But would definitely would stay again if we are near the area. Also near the freeway easy access.

Review: Save Your Time and Money -- Avoid H Hotel Los Angeles, Curio Collection…read more My recent stay several months ago for a 1st timer too at the H Hotel Los Angeles, Curio Collection was profoundly disappointing. Given the price point and the brand's positioning, I expected a standard of hospitality that was entirely absent. Instead, I encountered a series of failures that turned what should have been a seamless stay into an exercise in frustration. The following issues made for an unacceptable experience: * Incompetent Front Desk Operations: Check-in took over 30 minutes despite having a pre-booked room. Furthermore, the lack of a professional greeting upon arrival set an immediate tone of indifference. When attempting to contact the front desk regarding room issues, wait times were excessive, suggesting a lack of operational urgency. * Poor Maintenance and Hygiene: The elevator was plagued by a foul odor that was truly nauseating. Additionally, the in-room amenities were substandard; I encountered pre-used water bottles, which is a major hygiene concern. Even basic technology, such as the television, was not verified to be in working order before my arrival. * Restrictive and Inconvenient Policies: The hotel's policy forbidding food deliveries from reaching guest rooms is an archaic and unnecessarily restrictive measure that prioritizes administrative friction over guest comfort. As someone who operates businesses built on the foundation of elite, detail-oriented hospitality, I hold high standards for guest experience. My staff and I prioritize warmth, efficiency, and genuine care from the moment a guest arrives until the moment they depart. The service at H Hotel, by contrast, was neglectful and entirely unresponsive to the needs of its guests. This establishment fails to deliver the "hospitality" it charges for. There are numerous other hotels in the area that offer significantly better service, cleaner facilities, and a more respectful approach to guest convenience. I strongly advise prospective guests to seek alternative accommodations where your patronage will actually be valued. I expect management to address these failures, as the current level of service is simply not sustainable. Do not waste your time here.

It does take some time for the shuttle to show up at the airport, so don't be in a hurry. When taking the shuttle back, the driver was talking on the radio to another shuttle driver who was incredibly upset and saying he was going to quit as he had no help that night. It seemed very unprofessional for us to hear the entire conversation. The hotel lobby is beautiful and welcoming. We had electronic keys and had checked in, so we went directly to our room...or so we thought. Our phones would not work in the elevator, so we had to go to the front desk to get physical keys. The good news is we saw a shuttle we could purchase to the concert, saving Uber surge pricing on the way back. The real disappointment was the room. They say this hotel was recently renovated, but if that is true they didn't do a great job. It seemed like the room had been used heavily and not taken care of at all. The worst was the windows. They were so dirty it seemed like they hadn't been washed in a very long time. We always considered the Westin a premium hotel brand, but the rooms in this location didn't live up to the name. Overall it was a mediocre experience at what we thought would be a more premium one.

One time, there was a miscommunication during booking that was easily fixable. Despite my family's loyalty to not just the brand but this location, the callous night manager was aggressively mean. During the darkest time of my family's life, Marriott chose to add to our hardships rather than provide a quiet respite from it all. Marriott won't suffer consequences.
