The interior is split where you have the bar and a handful of tall tables with 6 seats a piece and then a few smaller tables with 4 seats. The other side separated by a lil wall has some gambling games and pool tables. That side also has the sound system and can get a little rowdy depending on the time of day. I have come here on a few occasions at different times of the day to get somewhat of a pulse. To me it seemed to be busy right around the 3 to 4pm time but not the rowdy group playing pool. Just older folk talking about the day or tall tales! Around 7pm you could either walk in to only 4 people being here or groups going at it on the pool tables. Back story...I'm Vietnamese but I have come to LOVE this Czech dish due to my husband's family making it one a year on Thanksgiving instead of the normal line up. The plate came within 5 minutes of ordering and it took about the same amount of time for me to devour it. The dumplings were delicious and the pork was some of the most tender, flavorful I have ever had. I think the gravy could have use a tad more salt (and I never add extra salt to anything) and I would've like the sauerkraut to be a bit more tart, but I understand that's a personal preference. The price was fair- I think maybe $11.99?, but I wouldn't have minded paying a little more to get a little more. Excited to come back next month when they have this special again!
