Truly some of the best cocktails I've ever had, and some of the best mixologist experience as well. This is the kind of place where you try to get a seat at the bar and just ask the bartender to make you something good. My colleague and I went here a few times while out on a contract gig, and as long as you went during off-peak hours, the place was pleasantly quiet and you could watch the bartenders practice their craft. We had wonderful chats with them, and were exposed to new cocktails (after asking for a drink that used the sphere ice the bartender was so carefully making, I was exposed to his twist on a rum old fashioned which was incredible).
