This spot was recommended to me by a Friend. I really enjoyed this bar. They even make good French 75's which is one of my favorite drinks. The only issue I had was one of the servers ran into me with a ice bucket. He did apologize but got weird when I asked him for a shot as an apology lol I definitely will go back. I had a really good time. They play good music. I love how they have a variety of music something everyone could groove to definitely recommend for a night out with friends or a solo outing. Fun little dive bar in downtown! They had a DJ when I went and there was a little group of people dancing to early 2000's pop. The seating is limited but they have some on the side of the bar. I really liked how they have a rotating set of specialty cocktails. The one I tried was decent! The bartenders were chill and the vibe is very casual. There's a pool table too! read more

This place gets poppin on a Saturday night! I have been twice now and really enjoy their seasonal cocktails. The guy checking IDs last night was super friendly and welcoming, told us how this was the last weekend for their current cocktail menu and that they were donating proceeds from one cocktail to a women's org for domestic violence awareness month. Super cool! We went for darts, and their cute little "dart alley" is sort of tucked away around the corner. Great stop for drinks before a show at the Orpheum or for a night out! The Green Room has amazing specials for any type of alcohol you like and they mix it up every once in a while so it stays fresh. Depending on the time, it can get a little packed which makes the service a bit slow, but it's always worth it. Any bar with board games/darts/pool is also worth it in my opinion! read more

Really chill vibe here, which was beguiling on arrival. It looks retro, throwback, 70s funk meets NY speakeasy. We didn't know what to expect, but this exceeded it. The cocktails were all pretty good and well-crafted, especially the mezcal-based one with thyme oil. Service was that middle distance where they mainly leave you alone but they're very helpful, friendly, and personal when they do engage. Music was fantastic. Exactly the right volume, with beats that made you feel alive and happy at an almost subconscious level. I'd be interested in stopping back in for some off the menu cocktails and see how those go. The bar is a larger open space with bar in the middle. The decor vibe is a relaxed upper scale; nice low chairs with tables, high tops, bar seating, a pool table, and patio. We were quickly waited on at the bar and given options on a Friday night at 8pm. We grabbed the last patio table and by the time we got settled, the bar had filled inside. Stopped in here for a quick drink after dinner after hearing about it from some friends. This place is known for their absinthe with I think 8 or 9 different options. My partner had always wanted to try absinthe so what better place. The bartender helped him choose an absinthe and he really enjoyed it. I didn't dislike it but really would only want a sip or two and then be over the flavor. They have some other signature cocktails as well. I tried Ma Bagge which was very unique with a slightly fizzy orange creamsicle-like flavor. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet and was truly not like any cocktail I've tried at other places. We will definitely be back but I'll probably stick to my normal gin and tonic in the future. I did notice they have a ton of different options for their liquor, including my favorite gin, grey whale, that most bars don't have. There's lots of different seating options as well with even a couch and games. Loved the atmosphere at the Green Room but the noise level was loud for 10:45 PM IMO. They had a dj playing music, which was good for the most part, but it was very loud. You have to shout to be heard across the table. For that reason, our group stayed for one round of drinks and decided to move on somewhere a little more casual, as that was the vibe we were looking for. I imagine a little bit later on this place would be more fun. They had a nice variety of very creative cocktails. Not the cheapest, but not outrageous either. One thing they did was put a lot of very small pellet ice in the drinks, which was unique. It's kind of like that easily crushable ice you get at the fountain pop machine at a gas station. I made the mistake of using my debit card and now have to dispute the transaction because the owner either hasn't been given my messages or is ignoring them. I was charged twice, I went back twice, spoke to 2 different bar tenders and no response or rectification. I went here shortly after they opened and I really liked this place. At the time I went, they were advertising something like high-class drinks at dive bar prices, which was definitely not the case. A smaller old fashioned was like $11, which wasn't necessarily dive bar prices. I see that since then, they updated their slogan to 'Classy cocktails. Humble prices.' Which definitely makes a lot more sense. The old fashioned was pretty good. I asked the head bartender to take me on an adventure. He asks you a few questions and created a completely custom cocktail that you've never had before. My drink was herbal and super delicious. The inside is pretty cool with laid-back seating and a couple dart boards. I would go back just for the 'Create your own adventure' experience. read more

Absolutely love this bar & it's location close to the Orpheum Theater! It's easy walking distance to have a pre-drink before the show or a nightcap afterwards. Even though it's only been open a week, the wait staff know exactly what they're doing! Since they're still working on a drink menu, I asked for something based on my likes & the execution was perfect! Props to the Mixologist! He had everyone happy at our table, so much so we all ordered a 2nd round. There's a lot to be seen at this bar, with their Retro décor, a hint of Green everywhere & big picture windows to watch the busy traffic go by. You can go there with a group of friends and get a table or sit with your significant other as I did at the bar which was a great experience. Quickly and easily becoming my favorite bar in Omaha! The prices are what you would expect for the downtown market and this caliber of establishment. They have large doors that open to the outside but are screened, so you can enjoy a breeze inside without pests. There is ample seating with booth/table type seating as well as comfy bar stools and dreamy emerald couches. The staff was extremely knowledgeable of their menu and were happy to provide great customer service and recommendations. My favorite drink is the Dignified Delight - a riff on a French 75. I cannot tell is this place is kind of pretentious or if perhaps my friends and I are all just uncultured because every time we come here we all spend $14 on a drink that we can barely get down The menu is very fancy... like cbd infused ice cube kind of fancy. We usually end up trading drinks between ourselves till we find the one we dislike the least lol. I do love coming here to play darts and they've also got pool and an outdoor seating area. I wish I was fancy enough to enjoy the drinks, they clearly take a lot of craft, but they're just not for me. I need to stick to my vodka cranberries. If you aren't into very fancy cocktails, you could probably skip this spot. This bar has a great setting for meeting up with friends. There is plenty of seating and the darts and billiards are fun for a group to enjoy.
