Such a cute tiki themed bar. There is a nice little patio you can sit at. All that is missing is the beach. Came here for happy hour and was not disappointed. The cocktails were delicious and not too sweet. The bartender definitely knows what he is doing. He even made a surprise off menu concoction which was really good. We came on a Thursday and I was surprised how empty it was. There was only one other party. Bartender said that on the weekends the line goes around the block. Came to check out Revival for the first time this past Thursday with a friend. Arrived around 5:15 and only one other group was there. Very cute decor, laid out with intention. Each drink we ordered came in beautiful glasses and were tasty. Pricing outside of happy hour can add up quick. I was able to secure 2 drinks for $24 with tip during happy hour. I've been wanting to try Revival House for quite a while now, and it was pretty good! It was so cute inside and the drink menu had a decent variety. It was kind of confusing whether we had to go order at the bar or if someone was going to come take our order, but eventually someone came to us. I got the Exotic Bird and it was definitely my favorite drink out of the group. The seating was a bit of a challenge as we had to seat ourselves and we had a decently large group, so we had to wander around for a bit trying to find a spot, but we eventually did. This place is definitely a tropical vibe any time of year! We stopped in on a December Friday and it was so cute inside. so many areas to gather and gab, plenty of photo ops. The drinks are tiki-inspired and very tasty. Heavy handed on the ice though. However, it's a neat spot. Looked like age ranged from college to retired, so it's a spot for everyone. They do no serve food. The bathroom is also super cute for obligatory bathroom pics. They're also on the west exit of the blackstone parking garage making it easy to walk right in. read more

Stopped in on a weekday night (the night before New Year's) with a group and someone in our crew ordered the Dr. Funk. It was genuinely bad -- not just "not our taste," but poorly balanced and unpleasant enough that it wasn't drinkable. When we went back to the bar to politely ask if it could be swapped, the male bartender was condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional about it. That interaction alone left a bad impression. A female bartender later stepped in and immediately handled it professionally -- she swapped the drink without attitude and made the situation right. I'm genuinely appreciative of how she handled it. Revival has potential and I've enjoyed it before, but this visit was a mixed bag: poor drink execution and a bad customer interaction, followed by someone else stepping in and doing exactly what should have been done from the start. I hope Revival sees this and takes it as constructive feedback -- consistency in both drink quality and service matters. read more

We visited Revival House because a friend picked it to celebrate their birthday, and I was really excited since this place had been on my list for a while. The space is super cute and bigger than I expected. I love that the windows open up and give it an indoor/outdoor vibe, and the tropical décor makes it feel fun and cozy at the same time. There's plenty of seating, and they can fit both small and big groups. We were a party of about eight and were still able to find a good spot together. Something I really liked is that they let you bring food from other places since they don't serve any, which is perfect if you want to hang out for a while. Their drink menu is huge, and the presentation is honestly amazing. When we first got there it was slow, but it definitely got busier as the night went on. We did struggle a bit when it was time to check out because all the servers were running around, so just be ready for that on a busy night. Overall, we had a great time. We were excited to try this vibey new bar in Blackstone but it was about what we expected. Drinks seemed fun and to theme but they're all a little expensive for what you get. Definitely a place to start your night and stay for one drink. The ambiance is what makes it better as their decor is super cute- definitely Instagram worthy. So this place is a whole vibe. It has inside and outside seating. And a great spot to chill at to enjoy the Omaha evening. Tarra was our server and she answered all of our questions on the drink menu and educated us on the establishment. What we did learn is they have only been opened for a few months. And when we visited, they did not have food yet. Thankfully, we had already eaten and were just having a nightcap. My bestie and I stopped by Revival House after seeing it on TikTok, and it was very cute and photogenic. The bathroom is gorgeous, and we took a number of selfies and fit pics with the beautiful cheetah wallpaper. The tropical theme of the bar made it feel like we were transported outside of Omaha, which was fun! Our bartender was helpful but we did not love the drinks. It's bring your own food, so if you want to have a bite to eat prior or grab something to bring along, i recommend doing so. Keep in mind the space to put food down is limited, it's more for drinks. Tropical vibes in the heart of Blackstone! I checked out the new tiki-style bar in the Blackstone District and was seriously impressed. The ambiance is amazing--think vibrant, island-inspired decor that instantly makes you feel like you're on vacation. The drink menu was creative and well-crafted, with a wide variety of liquors to choose from (not just rum, which was a pleasant surprise). How did I not realize Blackstone has a cool new tiki bar?! A group of us decided to come here for some celebratory drinks this past Saturday evening and it was a really good time! We probably arrived around 10am and it was definitely popping! There's a good amount of seating both inside and on their patio and it was all fairly packed! There was no line to get in when we first arrived, but by the time we were leaving, a long line had formed outside so going earlier in the evening is probably your best bet to get in! Because it was so busy, we were barely able to find any seating especially also because um we were a group of 7. We did eventually find some seating but expect to have to stand for a bit. The drinks themselves were fun and delicious! I got the Saturn which was very tasty and tried the mule as well which had that essential ginger bite. I didn't try it but one person in our group got a mocktail and really liked it, so I think there's something for everyone here! What a fun place to visit. It's right next to the Kimpton Cottonwood hotel. Great location. Only about a five minute walk from the other bars down in the prime Blackstone area. It is a pretty big place so great for groups. It's hard to find places in Blackstone that is comfortable for groups bigger then 4 or 5 but seems like Revival has space and is very open. Which I like because I get overwhelmed at places where I have to stand shoulder to shoulder. If you like to sit and have a cocktail with friends this is a great place. Drinks were good. I only had one and it was pretty strong but super delicious. They also have a mocktail list. I love that places are doing that more often. Our server was great! The prices are very similar to all the other cocktail bars in the area. That's always nice so you know what to expect when ordering. This new spot in Blackstone is visually a trip to Miami. It's funky, bright, textured, and ethereal in design. The tiki-inspired seating is fun, but they are not currently well set up for large groups, which we were. Service is not overly attentive, but checked in every once in a while. The menu features a few unique options, but I think the lack of any small bites is quite a setback! Fun to pregame with friends, but for social gatherings that last a bit longer, it would be great to have even a few simple options. Personally, it felt a bit pretentious, trying to be the cool kid on the block. I expected a bit more after the hype I had to come visit! I'll definitely give it another shot since it is such a unique environment and fun to bring friends to, but I think Flagship locations such as Ghost Donkey draw me in a bit more with a more focused menu and vibe. This is the newly opened outpost of Revival House, a concept from Omaha HQ'd Flagship Restaurant Group, located in Blackstone district at 37th and Farnham. On the date of our visit, they had been opened about a week, and the newness shined bright. Both in in terms of the space/furnishings/fixtures, but also the skill and knowledge of the wait and bar staff. Clearly, Flagship is attempting to make some bank by tapping in to the current Tiki revival. Perhaps wisely they seem to have chosen a path that is "tiki adjacent" keeping them a bit out of the way of Omaha Tiki powerhouse, Laka Lono. The RH menu leans tiki, but the cocktails on offer are a mix of base spirits, and not the collection of rum based/forward drinks that one might expect from a tiki bar. Had several drinks, the Jungle Bird and the alleged house special "Revival Punch" (which is really just the Jamaican Daiquiri from the Appleton rum website with some Allspice Dram added). Both were passable, but for the premium cocktail price I would have expected better quality spirits and more precisely prepared cocktails. Waitstaff were enthusiastic and friendly, but when pressed with general questions about their cocktails, most really couldn't answer them. I'm sure being open for a week contributes, but this is a restaurant group with half a dozen sizeable units - they should know how to train and support opening staff. Asked the bartender what rums they had, and if there was a rum list. He didn't know the rums (which were the basic 10 that most liquor distributors foist upon bars) but should have. The inventory of spirits is pretty limited, and focuses on, like the rum, those spirits that just move, but aren't going to be particularly outstanding. In the end, lots of money spent on buildout, lackluster investment in their liquor inventory, cocktails that (for the spirit quality used) just don't quite measure up to the price, super nice staff who really want to do the right thing but have obviously not been given the tools they should have. Nice patio which will be a great place to soak up some late afternoon sun with friends or your pooch. If I'm looking for solid cocktails representative of what tiki truly is - I'm heading to Laka Lono. If I want a place with a funky interior, interesting vibe, but isn't going to win any awards with their pricey cocktails, then Revival House it is. read more

Drinks are strong yet tasty! The setup is extremely aesthetic with tons of natural light inside and window walls that open up to make it open air. Plus outside has patio seating with fire pits for late nights or to take in the sun. Pricing is extremely reasonable for the area and strength of drinks especially with happy hours til 6:30pm! Servers are so kind and attentive, drinks come quick, and even admin is walking around. The check came with a postcard as a little souvenir as well :) So glad to have gotten to try out and will be back!! read more
