The theater was clean and well maintained. It was a bit confusing at first since there was no one at the entrance to scan our tickets, and we had to go to the concession stand instead. The staff there were friendly and helpful, directing us to the correct theater. This location didn't have recliner seats, at least not in the auditorium we were at. Overall, it was a nice experience.

    More commercials at 8:25 wtf

Movie at 8pm didn't start till 8:25, we sat through 25 minutes of commercials. We watched smile and it is rated R but there were small children. The sound was on so high we couldn't enjoy the movie, it was hurting my ears. We usually go to lighthouse cinema anyways, and we will never come to any of these theatres again. Popcorn was cold and greasy too. Edit: this is why theaters are losing and streaming is winning.

Seems like a newer theatre. Cinemark builds some good theaters. I went here just to check out the XD thestre. This location is shockingly small for the size of the building. I really do mean it only 5 screens here. 1 XD and 4 regular. They XD theatre was small for the screen size. I was expecting rows and rows of seats. The XD screen is only line 75 foot. The sound is 11.1 surround sound. Hopefully you watch a movie here they had a DTS-X audio track! It will sound very impressive. The projector is a single projection Barco. The color was very good and the dark areas displayed good contrast. Nothing got washed out in darker scenes. Definitely not the brightest I've seen. The only let down for me was the screen is not a 2:35 ratio. Many newer movies are being filmed is 2:35 making this screen out dated. So with you watch a movie here that's filmed in 2:35 you will see black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. The staff was all smiles and happy to share details on the design. They offer edies ice cream, milkshakes and even star bucks for purchase. As well as the normal popcorn, candy and soda.

Tons of people here on Jan 1st. Only one person in the box office selling tickets. Only 3 people working in the small concessions and they were slooow. Huge line. They don't sell alcohol here but their website says they do. Really Disappointed in that. Really cramped and uncomfortable seating. Weird parking lot. There are better options out there.

Small theatre. Movie starts at 9:50 p and the attendant was still cleaning the theatre at 0935pm. Not a lot of places to sit as you wait to be let in. We watched 40 min of commercials, it's ridiculous. There were probably only 3 movie previews. Seats are uncomfortable. Popcorn was stale.

This little movie theater in Marina is a real flash to the past, by that I mean: First they don't recliner seats which I feel is absolutely ridiculous, since watching a movie in a recliner my experience in not reclining seats actually decreases the my experience. Secondly, they only have like 5 screens and as a result don't always have the biggest selection of movies, but both of those points are really nit picky, in general they have good customer service and the concessions are small but still good. They do also offer military, senior, child, and matinee discounts. BTW, Dress for Winter.

Modern movie theater opened in 2015 with 5 screens including XD. I like that it is not crowded most of the time. The stadium seats are comfortable and there are lots of food choices. The people always seem nice and the location and parking is convenient and easy.

Located right in Del Monte Center, parking is easy, and it's surrounded by plenty of spots to grab a bite before or after the film. Then another guy came over and looked at my husband, like it was a pain that he wanted a bag. Someone behind my husband said ooh. I want to get a bag of popcorn, and the second guy said to the customer behind my husband, I'm sorry these bags are only that to go bags. My husband felt like he was bothering the workers and left without getting the butter on my popcorn, which I was extremely upset about. I didn't learn that. There was no extra butter in the popcorn until my husband brought it to me. I said believe me, if it had been me, I wouldn't be writing this yelp review because I would've told the guys that I wasn't leaving until I got butter on the popcorn. So the movies may be great at the theater, but be warned about lackadaisical service.

The kiosk to print online tickets was broken, which meant everyone had to wait in line at the concession stand just to get tickets. Then, since we had not visited in a while, we were not familiar with the layout anymore. Our movie was in Theater 1, but the numbering/signage was unclear. We saw Theater 2, but there was no visible number for Theater 1 nearby, leaving us second guessing whether we were in the right place. Once inside, the theater itself felt very worn down. The seats were so worn they looked dirty, and there were no food trays. I did like how far back the recliners went, but the farther you reclined, the more a barrier in front blocked the bottom portion of the screen. We also paid for the Dolby sound experience because my husband appreciates good audio quality, and he immediately noticed that not all of the surround speakers were being used, particularly the rear speakers. That noticeably took away from the movie experience. Overall, this theater feels neglected and run down. It is disappointing to see what was once a thriving theater decline so much. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

It was a nightmare and before I get into why let me first say I absolutely LOVED seeing the Odyssey in a normal theater. From the start with the Tech's Dome there were issues. We arrived 33 minutes early and already it seemed that there were 3/4 of the people the theater could fit in line. We waited for about 20 minutes in the summer heat to get in. They let us in before the movie started. Went to get seats first since they aren't assigned and they were the worst movie theater seats I've seen in years! Crammed like sardines. I fly often for work and am more comfortable riding coach on a plane. Then I went to get popcorn and water and the line was so long with just one register. By the time I got into the theater the movie was nearly 10 minutes in ... and they had a bunch of people still in line behind me. Now the worst of it... You can't see a damn thing in the Dome. Forget about sitting high up - that wasn't even the issue. It was that the movie was blurry and especially blurry if there was quick movement - and this is an action movie! I knew what was coming and how it was supposed to look since I had seen it a few weeks previously and I could barely make out what was happening. I felt bad for my friend I invited who hadn't yet seen the movie. He had the line of the night as we walked out: "Well.. it seemed like it was a dope movie"... You see a movie like this at the Dome and you'll get robbed of actually SEEING the movie. Just don't do it. Oh and when it was over they let the first credit of directed by Christopher Nolan come on screen then abruptly cut the music and announced on the PA system how to exit the theater
