I had the Gel X Overlay Extensions. After 40 years of Acrylic tips with an overlay (on and off), I tried something new. Kateryna did a fantastic job and I really love my nails. Unfortunately, our experience at check-in completely overshadowed what should have been a wonderful stay. After we had already checked in and paid the required incidental deposit, we were unexpectedly told to pay an additional deposit. When I questioned this, the Front Desk Supervisor, Michael, told us that if we did not pay immediately, our reservation would be canceled, despite the fact that our stay had already been paid for. What was even more disappointing was the way we were treated. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, we were met with a rude and dismissive attitude, with repeated references to "hotel policy" rather than any genuine effort to help. This happened on my husband's birthday, and it completely ruined the beginning of our celebration. The property deserves five stars, but the customer service we received at the front desk was unacceptable. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, because no guest should be treated this way.

They do have room service, plenty of parking, on-site spa (did not try), and a wine tasting room (did not try) near the restaurant ... separated from the hotel. The decor in the lobby area is a little dated, but neat and clean -- front desk staff were very friendly.

She also required me to pay through Venmo as a Friends payment even though this was a business service, which leaves customers without any protection. If this happens to you, you can report it directly to Venmo, and you can submit concerns about improper business practices through the IRS's public tip form.(IRS Form 3949-A -- Information Referral) Based on my experience, I wouldn't return.

That was not what really bothered me however, what really got on my nerves that a couple of employees walked by and did not even offer to open the other register to help out, even when one of the customers was having an issue with a receipt and was making the process take even longer. It was quite busy with plenty of foot traffic close to midnight on a weekday. There were at least four team members on the sales floor and registers. The pharmacy also had a line of a few patients and the drive thru was active as well. The cleanliness of the store was just ok considering the location and time I visited. I am happy to finally have made the visit to this specific location to see the whole operational workflow.
