I placed a DoorDash order from this location last night and was very disappointed to hear from my…read moredelivery driver that the staff treated him rudely. He also mentioned that the order was handed to him in a ripped bag, which is not acceptable and reflects poorly on the customer experience. While I cannot know their intentions, the driver struggled to speak English fluently, and based on what he described, I am concerned that he may have been treated differently because of this. I believe this situation deserves attention and review by management. I hope management addresses these issues and focuses on improving employee professionalism, respect toward all customers and delivery drivers, and overall customer service moving forward.

Stayed in a room in the Tower, and probably would have preferred one in the Villas for an additional cost. The room was a corner unit and larger than I expected with a view of the vineyard. The amenities were decent with a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, desk area, loveseat and king bed. Would have been nice to have a robe. Nice balcony, and actually saw a hot air balloon land in the nearby parking lot! Pool area was decent with lots of lounge chairs and a few cabanas. They do have room service, plenty of parking, on-site spa (did not try), and a wine tasting room (did not try) near the restaurant ... separated from the hotel. The decor in the lobby area is a little dated, but neat and clean -- front desk staff were very friendly.

They had a barrel wine, which my daughter loved, then I had to ask "hey do you have a port". Yes they do, a delicious, exquisite, red port and a white port. I purchased one. Oh and the little shareable menu please try their homemade hummus. It was delicious. I will be coming back here for our anniversary to stay at one of the villa's. And don't forget to stop in the gift shop there were so many cute things in there.

The pharmacist has a nasty attitude and absolutely zero people skills. I was told my medication would be filled today and called to confirm. She scolded me for not knowing there was a shortage (even though I confirmed two days prior that they were be able to fill it). She spoke to me like I was absolutely deranged and crazy for expecting my medication to be filled on time. When I asked if I could get a partial refill, so I don't have to go without my medication (it's now the weekend and my doctor isn't in office to write a new prescription), she made me feel like an idiot for wasting her time when she could be counting the inventory. "I need time and I can't get started if you're still talking to me on this call". After 7 years of using this pharmacy, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

She never explained that the result would look completely different from the photo. I ended up with something nothing like what I asked for and still paid $150 for it. When I expressed my concerns, she said it was "pretty," but that doesn't change that it wasn't what I requested. She offered for me to come back, but after this experience, the trust isn't there. She also required me to pay through Venmo as a Friends payment even though this was a business service, which leaves customers without any protection. If this happens to you, you can report it directly to Venmo, and you can submit concerns about improper business practices through the IRS's public tip form.(IRS Form 3949-A -- Information Referral) Based on my experience, I wouldn't return.

They did not have real pumpkins, unfortunately, but they did have some porcelain ones that were nice. I picked one of those up that were hollow in the inside for candy. One thing that drove me nuts her was how slow the line at the register was. There was a good line at the single register and the young lady at the register was seriously taking her time. That was not what really bothered me however, what really got on my nerves that a couple of employees walked by and did not even offer to open the other register to help out, even when one of the customers was having an issue with a receipt and was making the process take even longer. In the end, I found something we could use and candy.

WALGREENS instead decided to send ALL OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS to the mail order pharmacy. According to law, there is no reason why they can't fill a couple of my prescriptions, IF IT WOULD BE MORE CONVENIENT FOR ME!!! I think it's because I decided to transfer some of them that they decided to be MEAN SPIRITED ABOUT THE WHOLE THING. That would be, Pharmacist MISTY, who was always, always so kind to us.
