Updated experience…read more.. I came here a few years ago and had a better experience! The nail tech who did my nails today didn't know how to shape and paint toe nails. I wouldn't recommend if you're someone who cares about the shape of your nails! She did a sloppy job of painting them with regular polish and kept wanting me to do gel on my toe nails. I refused because I don't do gel polish on my toes, but if you can't paint with regular polish then are you even a good nail tech? If you want something quick and don't care about those things and okay with a regular $25 regular pedicure, then this is your place to go!

When handing over $5 to one of the older ladies, she immediately made a rude face and started speaking in her native language LOUD so her coworkers could hear her. When she was speaking, we saw 4 of the ladies heads turn to look toward us. We knew she was talking about us in a bad way. Super unfortunate and unprofessional. Please educate your staff on the meaning of a tip: "a small amount of money given voluntarily to a service provider in addition to the regular price, usually as a gesture of appreciation for good service" According to the definition, I shouldn't even have to give you $1... be THANKFUL.

When she finally started, it felt like she couldn't have been more disinterested. She was curt, distracted, and seemed annoyed the whole time. It was like I was bothering her rather than a valued customer. My nails were uneven, the polish was messy, and I had to ask for corrections twice, which she did with an impatient sigh. The cuticle trimming was worse--I've done better myself. For what I paid, I expected better. A simple set of acrylics should last at least a couple of weeks, but I broke a nail within 48 hours. Overall, I left frustrated and disappointed. Support small businesses, but this one needs to improve a lot before I recommend it or return. If you want quality and a bit of pampering, go somewhere else.

When we arrived, I noticed they only accept cash. Wanting to be prepared, I politely asked the woman doing the pedicure about the cost so I'd know whether I needed to step out to the bank. Her response caught me off guard; it was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. She also repeatedly tried to upsell additional services such as toe extensions and callus removal. My granddaughter is a child, so those services weren't needed, and I declined more than once. Later, my granddaughter shared that the same woman had been yelling at another customer as well. I understand that everyone can have an off day--we're human. But rudeness and aggressive upselling take away from what should be a calm, respectful environment. What should be a two-hour trip turns into an exhausting five-hour ordeal. Instead of hiring more employees, they leave customers waiting endlessly and ask them to come back another day (inconsiderate to people's busy schedules). I work too hard for my money to spend it on poor service, long wait times, and unnecessary stress. Nail salons should be a place to unwind, relax, and feel pampered--but that has never been the case here. I've been coming to this salon for over three years, putting up with their terrible service. Almost every visit, I witness another frustrated customer dealing with the same issues. They are ungrateful for their patrons, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. And honestly, it's my own fault for continuing to enable it. I've referred so many people here, yet today's treatment was beyond disappointing--even though it wasn't surprising. I usually keep my nails simple just to avoid their drama, but today, I wanted something special for Valentine's Day, and even that was too much to ask. The only people who have ever been consistently kind and thorough are Tee and the youngest sister--they are the exception, not the rule.
