The tech I received was not clear on price and was very rough filing my nails. I expressed she was hurting me. She continued to cut and burn me with both the drill and hand file. At the end I ended up paying $50 bucks for this. She couldn't show me the price because I don't believe there's a set price. Plus it's all in cash. They have a atm in the shop, which you pay a fee to use both through your bank and the machine. So.. unfortunately, I won't be returning. Too much of a rip off and they are taking advantage of not having set prices , not communicating, adding extra fees and not taking anything but CASH! Save your money, fingers and toes!

Waiting 10-20 minutes past my appointment time isn't even my biggest issue. What bothers me most is how rushed the appointments feel. My tech was moving so quickly that he nicked my toe pretty badly, and I was actually in pain. My toe kept bleeding throughout the service, and what was really alarming was that he used the polish brush to wipe away my blood multiple times. That's a huge hygiene issue. I was a nail tech for 15 years, and brushes cannot be disinfected once they've been contaminated. That alone is a major red flag. On top of that, the salon is really dirty. There are always toenail clippings and old gel pieces all over the floor, which is unacceptable for any salon. Sweeping should be mandatory and standard. I've given this place plenty of chances because I genuinely loved coming here, but it seems like it just keeps getting worse, and it's not worth the health risk anymore. To make matters worse, my polish doesn't even look good. I chose a solid color, but you can clearly see brush strokes, and it's obvious the top coat was missed in several spots.

They do not clean/sanitize the tools between clients or use clean tools from an enclave on each client. Their nail filing and polish application is not clean. My nails were left jagged and polish around my nail beds and on my fingers. They did wipe my nails with cotton and I believe alcohol. The cotton stuck to my nails because my nails were jagged. The pictures were taken after I filed my nails when I got home, so you are unable to see the jaggedness. Pedicure was done by a different person and seems fine. But again, did not use clean tools. Paid using Zelle and was asked to put "pizza" or "dinner". A bit questionable . I do not recommend, nor will I return. Pictures of mani in different lighting.
