I purchased a ticket today and got a confirmation for a wrong movie. When I went to the help desk 40 minutes before the start time all they did was scribble a number and say 'call here.' While I thought their lack of help was BS I walked away and called the number. It was a dead line. I went back to the help desk to inform them the number didn't work and they couldn't care less. I've gone here for years and they clearly don't care at all about customers. F them, watch streaming services. read more

The merchandise for movies is great. I love the free little surprises, like pink-and-green-glitter popcorn, when watching Wicked For Good. We had the chairs that move like a rollercoaster. Hold on to your snacks! Also, the seat warmers work great! This time I went to see Mortal Kombat and picked up Grogu to take home with me. read more

Nah! I met my friends here on a Sunday to see the Michael Jackson movie. The concession area was pretty busy, and also pretty dirty. Popcorn all over the floor, sticky surfaces. Our popcorn didn't taste very fresh. Seats were roomy, reclined, had heaters (which weren't needed), and trays for food, no complaints there. It was warm and stuffy in the theater, put the AC on! Not very comfortable. I also got bit by a mosquito or something, about halfway through the movie my ankle started itching like crazy. When I got home I had three bites! My friends were also not impressed and we all said we won't be back. read more

I found another great movie theater! Century Stadium definitely got a glow up from the last time I visited a few years ago. The recliner seats still feel brand new and are very clean. They also have d-box seats for movies that have it available and it's quite an experience. You can adjust the intensity to your liking. For scary movies, I opt for the low setting because I scare easily, but I recommend trying it, it's pretty cool. Their snack selection is solid! They have a good variety of candy and drinks. The concessions are set up so you can grab what you need and checkout at the counter. AND they serve Pizza Hut pizza! It's hot and ready at the counter. We love the jalapeño pepperoni pizza, but they don't always have that prepped. If you ask them, they take about 5 minutes to make it for you. You can order ahead when you buy your tickets or through their app as well for convenience. Other amenities include an arcade area, which can be fun for kids. Their photo booth is $8 and it prints you two photo strips. They have discount tickets on Tuesdays, but even outside of that, I think this theater has competitive pricing. People wonder why the movies are going down, it might be part of the high prices for food, or the parking , the fact you can't bring in snacks but the worse part..... the absolute crazy part is getting an attitude by a cashier at 10 am because you want to use your member number to get points for the snacks you're about to buy. If you don't like your job or just not a morning person, ask to change your shift or find a new job . You can't be upset already at 10 am sitting at the register , like lady come on. Nobody has time for that and then you want to talk like i did something bad for saying no thank you and putting the candy away lol. Great customer service ma'am. read more

I didn't realize how spoiled I was with this theater until I've heard how other theaters have their setups. First off, reclining seats. It really is a must to be able to watch a movie comfortably, especially if you're expected to stay seated for at least 1.5 hours. How some people sit upright for longer than that without feeling uncomfortable is beyond me. But props to them. Second off, seat warmers! Dude! This wasn't even something I needed to have for a complete theater experience but it's still a thing. Now my rear end can have all the warmth it needs while it's clenching during horror movies. Third off, so much space! I don't need need to un-recline my chair when people are trying to scoot in front of me because there's so much space! I could do yoga in the middle of the movie without disturbing others! Wow! Fourth, barriers behind some of the rows! I don't have to worry about someone purposefully or accidentally kicking the back of my chair because there is a full on wall behind me. Wow! I can even use my phone without the light from my screen bothering the row behind me! Hypothetically of course because I never use my phone during the movie. Fifth off, staff! They're chill. Had no issues with them whatsoever. They even compensated one of our tickets when the AC was broken in one of the movies. Sixth off, accessibility! I asked for a subtitle device to try it out and it worked like 65% of the time! The other 35% it just straight up froze and it was annoying to angle at just the right point but I like that it's an option. Seventh off, the plaza the theater is situated in has a bunch of other restaurants to enjoy company with either before or after the movie. Totally recommend Cinemark. Especially if you have the Movie Club membership. You can order tickets online with no fee! Even though that should've been a thing in the first place. read more

Really nice theater. There's something really nostalgic going to a Cinemark than the other chain movie theaters. I feel like they keep it simple, it's really just about enjoying a movie without a whole lot of fuss. And this Orange location was just that. My friend and I came here to watch one of their classic movie nights recently, and it was just great. Getting the movie tickets ahead of time on Cinemark's website made it pretty easy. We only had to show the digital ticket and we were in. The theater seats are leather and automated, so you can adjust the seat to recline, or not. They also have seat warmers. What? Awesome. Staff operated as normal like any other theater, nothing too crazy. There's plenty of parking near the front, or you can park at the further lot down. But if you come here for later showings, you may have to circle around for parking. read more

IDK why this movie theater isn't as busy as others but I'm here for it. There is hella parking available, it's close to Lazy Dog and other restaurants nearby. The tickets are cheaper than rip off AMC, that's for sure, despite them having awesome reclining seats. My friends and I have been here at least three times in the last couple of months and it's been easy peasy every time going in and out. The food/snack selections are pretty basic but hey, I can't complain! read more

I've only been here twice and I do like it, But this theatre does have its cons. I'm actually a loyal member to regal theaters, so technically I don't have to come here to see movies since I can see them for free at regal since I'm paying for their membership. but I came here on a whim during a date night because I wanted to see a showing after a late dinner and this theatre was the only theatre that had an available showing and I was willing to pay because it was my birthday and I wanted to be out still. So I rushed it and I wanted to stop at the snack bar for an icee but they closed it. Honestly, that's a first for me. Every theater I've ever been to, always closes the concession stand 1hr after the last showing. But this theatre closed it down early! That was already a negative. However, the second time I came I was able to checkout at the concession stand and I love it! I feel like every theatre needs to follow their lead on the way they run the concession stand! The second time I came was during the first weekend of the new Toy Story movie! So it was packed. & if I were to get in line at the concession stand at any other theater, or even a drive in... that line would be LONG!!!! .... but Cinemark... NO LINES...it's a grab N Go N pay kinda station they have set up! So no one makes your icee, which I love because I hate it when employees get the cups messy & sticky! Another positive is the seats! Or technically the seats I specifically paid for, which were upgraded DBOX seats that move! All seats recline and have seat warmers, but the DBOX seats will vibrate and lift you up! It's really awesome & They're very comfy! I also love the attached tray with the cup holder inside. Negative about the DBOX seats is how high you have to walk up because my father is handicapped & we usually sit in the handicap seats so walking up that much stairs and then down was a little tough on his knee. They need DBOX seats on a lower level or the first row. It makes ZERO sense to put them farther in the back and the basic people in the front row. They should be in the back. & my last thoughts on this place is that it's expensive for tickets which is also a negative but it's down the street from me so that's a plus! lol I would cancel my regal and come here if they had a membership but they don't offer one. However, the last time I came here to watch Toy Story, the air conditioning didn't work in the theater. It was VERY HOT. I asked customer service if it breaks down often and they said yes it does during the summer, so that kinda changes my mind about wanting a membership if they did have one cause I've been going to regal for years and not ONCE has their air conditioning broken down on me... not ONCE! read more

Came here early Friday afternoon to watch the Conjuring which sucked in my opinion. Was treated by friendly staff.: The theater was pretty lonely but very clean compared to other Cinemark's. The only issue were the cashier at the concession stand very unfriendly. She seemed annoyed at me asking her to give me a minute to get my rewards on my app. Either way had a great time with my kids. I really enjoyed that they have a tray at your seat and it's heated! read more

I love this movie theater! The reclining chairs are the best! They are so comfortable and roomy. You just can't find better anywhere! I went to see Ballerina. It was good. Ballerina was a very long movie, and I was comfortable the entire time. The seats have heaters too. Plus they have the air conditioning blowing! Sweet! It's always clean. The snacks and food are decent. I love grabbing a personal sized pizza and enjoying that during my movie. This is my go to movie theater. 10/10 read more

This is one of my go to movie theaters. There's plenty of parking and there are restaurants in the same plaza if you want to grab something to eat before or after. The staff is really nice and you can buy a variety of food and drinks to snack on while watching a movie. They even have alcoholic drinks! The reclining heated seats are very comfortable and they do a great job keeping things clean. Would definitely recommend! read more

I haaaaaaaaate this theater. The one redeeming quality is their concessions, because of the self serve icees, and the great selection of candy and snacks. I'm just always so uncomfortable here because unlike every other theater I go to, the employees are super distracting when they walk up and down the stairs staring at you as if you're doing something wrong. I don't know if it's the way that they do it, but every time I see them, it doesn't look like someone working, it looks like someone that might want to hurt you. I really don't know why I get such a bad vibe here. I don't know how other theaters monitor the customers, but it's never noticeable to me anywhere else. read more

Staff were super rude today. We went to see a movie at 11:20am today. When we showed our QR code at the front desk to check in, she told us where to go. When we said thank you, she just said "Yeah". You could tell she didn't want to be there at all. Also, when we were checking out at the concession stand, I mentioned scanning my member card after she scanned my gift card. Instead of politely saying you have to scan your member card first, she gave me major attitude. This movie theater has gone downhill so much unfortunately. Not to mention the dirty women's bathroom. All of the seats were up. When I moved my seat down, there were 3 pubic hairs on the seat. Absolutely disgusting!!!! read more

Nice clean movie theaters with power reclining seats. The shack bar offers alcohol as well as more traditional movie snacks and drinks. Went with my girlfriend and another member of her meetup group to see karate kid legends. Saturday morning showing and the theater was almost empty. Reserved seats and pre-order options from the snack bar makes it convenient to get to the theater just a few minutes before the movie starts. The only downside is that the previews and advertisements take about half an hour. So our 10:20 am showing didn't actually start until 10:45 or 10:50. We had a similar experience seeing mission impossible final reckoning the week before. read more

Nice layout except some workers are weird as one with a pedo stash saw me and my boyfriend walking up to him at the register to pay for a soda and he proceeded to stare at us and not say anything, so another employee next to him had to take us and as soon as he took us that other dude proceeded to take my sister and her boyfriend at his register immediately. Went here to get Naked Gun opening night giveaway poster. I had to book tickets at other theaters and called other theaters before finding it here, and even then, they still had it stored away instead of readily distributed by the door. Long story long: Got there really late (around 11:45 pm, things came up and I have mobility issues) for the 11:10 pm show, so the doors were locked and the employees were already cleaning in the kitchen area. Luckily 2 guys were exiting and I told them that I have a ticket for the last show and they held the door for me. Robert, who is seemingly the manager, saw me walking in and greeted me politely, so I asked him about the poster. He didn't think they had it even though I already called and confirmed that they do. So he went to the storage area, lo and behold, it was still a full box of posters which made me wonder, maybe no one was given this poster.... And maybe the other theaters weren't aware they had it. Then I asked if I can still watch the movie even though I'm really late, and he and pointed me to the right auditorium. I'm so glad I went here tonight! Thanks Robert for helping me retrieve this memorabilia, I love spoof and parody movies so I wouldn't wanna miss out on this obscure poster. Never coming to this theatre again..last minute plans to see a movie. This was my first and last! They have a policy that they do not allow big bags into their theater. I had a bag pack with me..not like some huge bag you wear to school and pack books and stuff inside. I'm a mom and carry a big bag for all of my kids stuff. I offered to open the bag so they could search it but they still would not sell me a ticket. I ended up putting my bag in my car since we made it all the way out to watch a movie. Love love this location recently ived been coming here as I use to go to another theater but they closed it down after decades of being opened. So I was looking for another location to watch movies and found this theater that I forget I had gone to a while back lol. As going into the driveway I can see how big is parking lot. Which I love that and everything looks so nice and there's other businesses there too like outdoor dining. I got my tickets online in the app for quicker entrance (don't like to wait to buy tickets,really. lol.) As I go in they greet me and scan my code then let me know where is my auditorium number for my movie. Then straight to the food/snack area which I love how you can get your snacks and drinks on your own instead of waiting to get them. They also have merchandise which I got some cups then pay all together. Use the app for discounts on items or snacks etc. Then right to the screen room. Went to see the "Devil wears Prada" (which let me say this sequel was not good at all, I was very disappointed from the first movie. Won't get into because it will be pages of it. ) then sat in the luxury loungers that have heat warmers.Which I thought that is pretty cool and I love that (It's just like my car that has that settings too ).Plus the most important thing is feeling comfortable/cozy and that seats working fully. With like a wall divider that when you recline you don't get to see the other people behind nor they see you.Now recently I came here to watch "Mortal Kombat" which I love this types of movie action/fantasy. I remember seeing the original movie and I wanted to do a comparison. Which let me say it was pretty cool to see it with all the special effects versus the original one.But if I have to chose it will be original movies from back then. Now I choose "Screen X" which I didn't know what that meant exactly but I got to find out for sure. When the movie started the screen was on all walls. Meaning the center then the sides of the walls. I felt like I was inside the movie and it was really cool experience to see the whole room light up or go dark depending on the scenes of the movie. Now when I chose tickets for my previous movie they were standard seats. So they have different features to choose from and have a good experience. Like Cinemark XD (haven't tried that ), D-Box immersive motion( try this a while back when "Jurassic Park" came out. You really feel the motion as the movie is playing. They have 3 D with various kinds to choose from with different pricing. Of course I will be trying out the rest of the criteria for the upcoming movies like "Mandalorian & Grogu" and "Masters of the Universe". Love the experience of watching movies with food,snacks,candy and beverage. It's like for a quick second your transported into the movie and just enjoying the present moment. Relaxed and distress from all the noise outside in this world. Highly recommend it here for anyone who loves watching movies and wants to have a good/excellent experience. read more

I've been going to this theater for a while. Last week, I unfortunately ended up having to watch a movie at a different theatre. Hmm - not going to say the name, but let's just say it has 3 letters. Going to that theater reminded me why I like going to Century Stadium. I love Century Stadium's comfy reclining seats. Did I mention, it's also heated... if you want. And everyone knows, as soon as the movie starts, the theater gets cold, so I definitely appreciate having the heated seat option. And the best part is that there is a lot of space between the aisles, so you don't even notice the people in front and back of you. Say "good-bye" to the back of your seats being kicked or heads boppin' around blocking your view. read more

Went to an 8pm screening in theater 22 and saw a giant RAT climb the wall, scurry along the handrail and leap into an aisle. We were the only ones in the theater besides the rat. We left and the staff refunded us but didn't seem too shocked about the rat. What really creeps me out is we were the last people to enter the theater which means the rat was in there all along, coming up from the trash can area over the wall and into the rows of the theater. I really love seeing movies in theaters where they were meant to be seen. I want to see theaters succeed, but in order to keep people coming back, they've got to manage their pest issue.. Please address the rat problem before it becomes any larger. A few years ago, Fullerton AMC on Orangethrope had an issue with rats living IN the seats. It was so bad that people had recorded rats popping up between the seats and it was on the news. They had several closures before it was "taken care of." Look, I get it. It's a rat's world and we are living in it. They were here before us and they will be here long after us. But businesses need to take preventative measures to keep them from running inside their establishments. No one wants to go into a dark movie theater and see rats running around. Update: I did call the theater and spoke with a manger who seemed pretty mortified. She said she was calling pest control as soon as we hung up. I only want them to know about it so they can manage the issue. I hope to be back once it's under control. read more

I was able to comfort comfortably recline and I can tell you I've been to so many different theaters and this one is by far the most comfortable. I was discriminated against last night. I have a legitimate service animal trained for PTSD and they refused to acknowledge her. They did not Ask the appropriate legal questions, look it up, view her credentials or my ada card. After refusing to listen to me or look at her cards which states our legal rights protected by federal law, they threatened to call the cops. In order to avoid an episode ( since being around police are Triggers, guns, etc.), I left with my family. We had been going to that theatre for decades ( my dog too for about 10+ years). I will be taking legal action. How they treated me is unacceptable. read more

Old school theater- in need of a remodel. Went for the kids $1.75 movies, and we do often come later since the previews are so long and my toddler eats her snacks before the movie begins. But I had to pull strings to get us in around 20 min after the showing started. And they don't do assigned seats for the kids movies- which seems odd since Regal does it. Makes sense to me. Kids packs are also $2 more than Regal and the cup they give is sooo small. Overall, love the seats, but prob will stick to Regal. read more

Was clean and (appeared) fully staffed. They had various of showtimes, starting from 9:30am. For snacks they have a decent amount and they sale chips! One thing that stood out to me was that they didn't have different posters up from current movies they were showing. Love that seats have heat warmers and a table! Can't forget seats recline. Only thing is if you go for an anime movie they don't really give the freebies out like other theaters do. They also don't have any special cutouts for photo ops either. (maybe they just don't participate in it, but I've been to theaters where they change it often for certain movie(s) even have merchandise at times.) I love this place. I've been coming here since I was a little kid. Maybe that makes me a little biased, but to this day I have a great time there. Seats are premium and even have the option to cuddle up with your significant other because there's a few where arm bars go up. Membership is so worth it had mine for 4 years. read more

I recently visited an AMC to catch a limited-release film that was only showing there. Yes, AMC has made some upgrades: a fancier bar and more concession stand options. But the steep ticket prices and lack of comfortable seating really made me appreciate what I have at Cinemark. Cinemark offers affordable ticket prices, super comfy reclining seats, and a consistently great experience. Sure, they don't have a flashy bar, but they still offer alcohol--and if you're vegetarian like me, Lazy Dog is right next door with great food options. I've never had a bad experience here and now realize I could never trade Cinemark for another theater. Loyal for life! read more
