I love this theater so much. The seats are great. Food is good. Movie experience is the best. This time though, we had some issues. We got the dine-in seats. Fork and knife I think it's called. We were in the back row. Both of our seats didn't recline. I pressed the button and it didn't move at all. It was broken. My husband's chair was broken too. Disappointed there. Then there was the ticket fiasco. My husband and I got there early. Thankfully we did. We grabbed our back row seats and were excited for the movie. Some poor came over to us and told us we were in their seats. We showed them our tickets. They showed us their tickets. They both had the same row and seats. What the heck? We were confused. So they went back down and talked to AMC employees. Got their tickets fixed. A little later, another group came over to us and told us we were in their seats. Same issue again. They had 3 people though. Those 3 people, had to go to AMC staff also. My husband and I noticed other people in the theater having issues with their seats as well. Lots of unhappy customers with triple booked seats. Yikes. All bad. So between the triple booked seats and our recliner chairs not working, it wasn't the best experience. Also, the audio in our movie kept going out randomly. We were watching Mortal Kombat and it was intense fight scenes, then the sound would stop. That happened twice. We should have complained. My normal favorite leather-recliner-seat-style theater (Buena Park Krikorian) is closed as of 02-2026. I decided to give the AMC DINE-IN Fullerton 20 a try on 02-08-2026 to watch Solo Mio. I like previews, wifey does not, so we got there in time to miss all of the previews. Stand in concession line. No complaints. Wait in line 10 minutes for the 1 person working concession? I remain unfazed; does not bug me at all. Nope, what AMC had to do to let me know I have been missing nothing all of the years I went to the Krikorian theaters is for me to finally arrive at the front of the line - and then to have someone that just bought their ticket walk to an adjacent and previously empty line, and have the 1 person working concession say, "Can I help the next VIP customer" (apparently there is some kind of a VIP line that trumps/bumps us mere peasants back in line). Elitism in a theater that shares a parking lot with a Costco feels a bit pretentious, but to each their own - I appreciated the loud and clear signal that AMC's are not my type of theater - I have good experiences at Krikorians and Regals. read more

We had a great experience at AMC Dine-In. We accidentally picked the wrong seats, and even though it was our mistake, the staff was incredibly understanding and helpful. They were happy to refund us not only for the tickets but also for the food, and they even helped us book new seats for a later showing. The customer service was above and beyond and made the whole situation stress-free. Really appreciated how accommodating and professional everyone was. We'll definitely be back! read more

There were limited showings for the Stranger Things finale and this AMC had some at the time. My girlfriend and I went at around 3:00 PM to see the show. There's a decent amount of parking but it was very full when we went. We had some dining vouchers that we used at the kiosk. The scanner took a bit of time to register one of the QR codes but we eventually got it after repeated tries. The kiosk also accepts credit card, including American Express. I liked that there were photos and different tabs for their food items. However, all of the entrees were sold out. One of the staff advised that they had a rush of orders from the previous showing, which resulted in no inventory for the entree menu. This was a bumper as we wanted to try the pizza! Once ordered, we needed to grab our candy from the nearby shelf. Then we headed to the pick-up counter for our movie nachos. We also ordered the boneless BBQ wings and fries with ranch; these were delivered directly to our seats and arrived before the showing started. Many of the items were pretty standard. My favorite was the BBQ boneless wings. The fries definitely got soggy quickly. When it came to the seating, I wished it could recline further back. The cup holders at our seats were still wet. I was not sure if it was wet from the staff cleaning or a spillage from the previous group. The only thing I liked was the seating came in pairs. The restrooms at this facility were a bit dirty. Service here was pretty good. I was looking for something on the shelf for quite some time; a staff member noticed and went to the back to grab the item for me. I went to this theater see Hokum earlier this evening. I drive quite a ways to come here for movies due to the dine in experience where I can enjoy a meal with my movie instead of just traditional movie snacks. I have enjoyed coming here for several years, but unfortunately, that has changed. Without warning, I prepared to order my food at the kiosk, and the dine in menu was gone. The employee told me they closed the kitchen, yet gave no reason as to why. I specifically came to this theater for the dine in experience. If I had known they had discontinued the dinner service, I would have gone to another theater. The higher ticket prices used to be worth it due to the dinner menu, yet the ticket price was still high even though they no longer offer that service. Worse yet, I bought my ticket on Fandango because it said dine in service was still offered, which is deceptive advertising. I won't be back. read more

Be prepared there's no parking. Lots of construction and Costco customers take up all the movie theater spots. There was only 1person at the ticket counter, homeless person taking 20 minutes to pick his movie. No back up, no help. Tried to use the kiosk machines, they wouldn't read my card. So now I'm in full karen mode asked for the manager, naturally I'm stressed out. No sincerity. Acted like I was over reacting. & maybe I was a tad because of the stressful situation! Smallest screen I've ever seen. Also wth is with the pretzels, they are the size of an XL pizza. Couldn't order a personal sized pretzel. It wasn't great either. The AMC Dine-In is a huge theater with plenty of space and comfy reclining chairs. Each seat comes with a swivel table, which makes it easy to enjoy snacks or food during the movie. There's also a bar on-site, though we didn't order anything, so I can't comment on the selection. One downside: the leather seats didn't seem super clean. When we wiped ours down, it was dirtier than expected. I'd recommend either wearing clothing that covers your skin (unless you don't mind skin-on-gross-chair-feeling) or bringing some wipes to clean the seat before sitting. I can see this being disgusting if the person before you was sweating profusely or dirty. Ewww. A small blanket also makes it more comfortable and cozy. My only other complaint is that the recline doesn't go quite far enough, wish it leaned back just a little more for maximum comfort. Overall, it's a fun and spacious place to watch a movie, but the cleanliness and chair design could be improved. Parking tip: Don't park too close to Costco. I made that mistake and came back to find a cart right against my car leaving a little scratch behind. Apparently some people can walk miles inside Costco but not the last hundred feet to return a cart. read more

Now it's just the same crap that every other theatre sells. We used the Fandango app to get our tickets, for the 2:00 PM showing of 'Solomia'. Arrived early looking for theater 8, showed our electronic ticket to the attendant at the North front desk. The attendant at refreshments was friendly and efficient getting our order of popcorn, coffee, cream & sugar, and a water. Theater 8 was clean relatively empty when we arrived. Found our seats, electric foot rests and a nice viewing location. 35 minutes of promotional, advertising, and coming attractions, then the movie. The movie was a Dramady and well directed, acted, edited, and a great script. Angel studios are making movies fun again. read more

This AMC has a small popcorn and drink combo! I like coming here for that reason. Other AMCs in the area only have large combos. There are also kiosks to order from and multiple Coke freestyle machines. The dine-in theaters are nice since the seats are huge and you have a little table that swivels. Because of the pitch from row to row, you also rarely see the heads of the people below you. The theaters on the other side (the lower numbers) are nice and have reclining seats, but there isn't as much pitch. If it's a busy time, come early since it can be hard to find parking. read more

This theater has two separate buildings with screens of different sizes at both. It's a dine-in so you'll have swivel trays at each reclining chair. The ticket kiosks are only in front of the main building, but pay attention to your theater number, because you might need to walk to the building behind you for your movie. If you're in a rush, walking into the wrong building could cost you a few minutes, so best to get there at least by the time the movie is scheduled to start, that way you'll only miss some of the previews. The ticket kiosk does allow you to type in your email associated with a Stubs membership, so you can get your points. It also gives you a small discount for paying on site at the kiosk. If you order ahead on the app, you get the reservation processing fee waived, but not with the first free Stubs tier membership. There are different levels, and the first one is free. You earn points with them all, and the points never expire. You also get a free large popcorn during your birthday month. You get an added large drink with the higher two tiers. I earn points pretty quickly and have redeemed many $5 rewards in the past 6 months since I signed up. You can even earn your way to the next tier level from the free Insider one if you visit 8 times, or earn 5,000 points in one year. It's definitely worth it. They also only have kiosks at the concessions counter. It's easy to use, but it could take a while for those not familiar with technology. You pick your items on the screen and pay at the machine. It will print out your receipt with order number to pick up your cups and food at the window. At the smaller building, the woman's restroom is on the left side half way through the theater screen hall, and the men's is on the other side. The seats are very comfortable recliners, but not heated. I do prefer heated seats, as other AMC theaters will have, but the trays here are very handy. read more

This location has the best chicken tenders ever! The price of the kids meals is also really worth if you compare how much you get and the price to another fast food restaurant. I've been to other amc dine in locations but their chicken tenders are different and awfully salty and gives me food coma after making it difficult to finish the movie. The seats here were pretty comfy in that they fully reclined but there was a little bit of wear and tear on my seat! Nevertheless, I enjoyed the film and found the picture and sound to be very good. I also like the stadium seating formatting. I accidentally went to the wrong entrance as I wasn't paying attention to which theater I was in but the staff was quick to help me find my way. The theater itself was clean and despite the lobby being small, it seemed they had some good offerings with food and beverages. It smelled nice in there. First time I have been to one of these movie theaters where you can watch a movie n comfort and eat dinner. Ordering my meal was easy with those giant iPad looking things. There are many choices from pizza, sandwiches and burgers to name a few. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and my friend ordered the chicken wrap. Meals come with fries or tater tots and the option to make them loaded for like $3 more. My chicken sandwich meal was around $14 not too bad since it also included fries. In my opinion the drinks were super pricey. I got an Icee for $9 when I could get one at 7-11 for like 1.99 Once seated and watching the movie our food arrived. I have to say my crispy chicken sandwich was huge and tasty it totally reminded me of Chick-fil-A in flavor. I enjoyed my meal BUT I realize I'm not a fan of eating in the dark I don't like that I can't see my food that was weird. Overall seats were comfy, food was good and workers were friendly chatting my friends and I up. My issue and reason for 3 stars is.... I felt the theater was dirty seemed like all glass doors were smudgy, doors where filthy, out side the theatre the trash cans were loaded and overflowing and I don't think I hv been to a dirtier looking movie theatre. Clorox wipes and a magic eraser will go along way here. read more

This theater is good in that all of the auditoriums have reclining seats, no matter if they're the regular red reclining seats that go all the way back, the dine-in reclining seats with the moving tabletop, or the AMC signature recliner seats that go back halfway. However, a lot of their seats are now a little outdated with ripped leather or stains. Doesn't feel like they're cleaned regularly either. We've also been seated in recliners that no longer work. The dine-in food isn't bad - they have a lot of options ranging from burgers, flatbreads, hot dogs, pretzels, tater tots, popcorn, etc. We feel it's better than regular movie theater quality. We go here due to its proximity from our house compared to other AMC theaters, but we feel like 80% of the movies we watch here, there are people around us who lack social decency and talk throughout the movie or teenagers constantly messing around with each other or running in and out of the auditorium. There are no workers coming in to check in or regulate the lack of movie etiquette. read more

They need to turn on the AC. It was 96° yesterday, and I'm tired of leaving the theater soaking in sweat. Not only is this uncomfortable for the moviegoer, it is a public health hazard. No one wants to sit in a wet seat, and they especially don't want to sit in one that the previous occupant excessively perspirated in. That's just gross. Furthermore, we do not need three ads reminding us what movie theater we're in. We know we're at AMC and that you "Make Movies Bettah." We also know what Coca-Cola is, so we don't need an overlong ad for that either. And considering you already sell Coke products exclusively, there is absolutely no need for another obnoxious ad. AMC is making huge mistakes in selecting and avoiding which Hindi Movies to play at the theaters. Previously they were showing at least 1 new Bollywood Hindi movie every week but now they show may be once a month only! That too during non-prime-times, and very limited shows at further limited theaters. Now they have replaced Bollywood with other non popular language/culture movies. Many people have already unsubscribed from their A-list as a result. I used to love AMC Theaters but seems like all good things come to end at some point and it's time to move on... read more

My husband and I used to really enjoy AMC's Dine-In theatre in Fullerton. They've changed how they do the dine-in feature. It's not by kiosks and then they bring it to you if it's not soda, popcorn or candy. Those you pick up yourself. We ran into a couple of snags using a gift card on the kiosk. The employees were fairly kind. A couple were a bit unprofessional in how they talked to each other in front of the customers, but nothing offensive. The seats were not cleaned well and I fear the swinging table and counter beside it were even worse. Popcorn is always on point. Big bite platter was disappointing. The feel is very different now. I used to frequent this AMC Fullerton theater location more often when I was in elementary school and in high school since I grew up in Fullerton. I don't get to come here as often as before, except when I am visiting family in the area. But overall, I have had positive experiences here throughout the years, and even redeemed my free large popcorn and large soda one year for my birthday as an AMC Stubs Member :) ! Earlier this evening, my parents and I watched the first of 2 special screenings of the original 1985 "Back to the Future" movie :D ! This was on the non - Dine In side of the theater. But even so, the reclining seats for our movie were really comfy :) ! The second special screening will be on Wed (10/25) evening :) ! I was a toddler when this movie came out in the theaters so many years ago. So I only watched it for very first time on VHS as a kid growing up in the 1980s. My family and I have never had any unfavorable experiences all of these years. For us, we have never had any issues getting in and out for movies we wanted to watch, from the days when we had to purchase paper tickets right at the ticket window, to the present when we purchase digital tickets through the AMC app :) . All of the employees who we have come across before at the ticket window, at concessions, and throughout the theater have been pretty respectful and friendly :) ! We just have never ordered cocktails, wine or any other alcoholic drinks from the MacGuffins bar. So I can't give any feedback about the service at the bar. The only suggestion I have for improvement would be if this AMC could at least turn on lights at the end of the movie so that movie-goers who might have trouble seeing could at least see where they are going. At other AMCs I have been to, they have at least turned on dim lights (other than the faint lights that light up the aisles) so that everyone can truly see where they are walking. We noticed that this time when we came to watch "Back to the Future" for their evening showing, and also last year when we came to watch "Top Gun: Maverick" for a matinee showing, they didn't turn on the lights at the end of the movie. Although I had no trouble seeing and walking, it was hard for my parents to see where they were walking. The staff at this location never cease to amaze me! In the beginning of our movie there was a (non serious emergency) that took place and caused alarms to go off. The staff calmly and quickly got all of the customers safely out of the building. They explaining to us what was going on, had everyone line up for vouchers and also refunded everyone for the inconvenience. We were still able to watch the movie after firefighters came in to stop the alarms and check the building. Our movie was startedfrom the beginning, the other customers who were a bit further in their movies were able to watch it 10 minutes prior to when the alarms went off & they also refilled my kids pack popcorn. So good job to all the staff who handled everything last night, you all did an amazing job! Thank you for the professionalism! read more

As a regular customer of this theater, I would say this place has continuously upgraded, which I deeply appreciate their time and effort. They surprise me throughout the years pleasantly and that is one of the reasons that I would not go to another theater. They recently brought in KIOSK machines, which serves the guests efficiently and quickly and when you pick up your order, the staff greets you with a bright smile and makes sure if you have the correct items. Their various choices of food and beverages are another attractiveness. Mostly, inside and outside of the theater is clean and the recliners are comfortable as you can stretch your legs throughout the movie. Watching a movie in Fullerton, Orange County, California... My friend, Niki is a member of the AMC Theater's loyalty program: AMC Stubs. There are many benefits such as no fees when reserving tickets online, free upgrades for popcorn and drinks, three free movies a week, etc. We went to see "No Hard Feelings", starring Jennifer Lawrence - in Fullerton - because this theater has reclining seats and it has free shared parking with Costco next door. The theater wasn't crowded for the 1:30pm show and was relatively clean. Niki reminded me to bring a jacket because the air conditioning works well. Thank you, Niki! I especially enjoyed the movie because the gal who was cleaning up the theater was able to speak intelligently about the movie. We were able to analyze "No Hard Feelings" and come to an agreeable conclusion - since the ending of the movie had an interesting, thought-provoking twist! LOL! read more

Came to the AMC in Fullerton. Auditorium 11 on Monday April 7th, 2025 at 3pm. I wanted to order food. I tried to get their attention since I was having issues with the self check out they have set up here. Not one of them looked up as I said, excuse me a few times. Then nice young man sitting at the door to check people in heard me and was nice to come and help. I'm an A-List Stubs member and this is the first AMC where I had terrible service.
