I will no longer will be coming to this AMC location. They are no longer dine-in and completely got rid of their hand crafted menu. When you purchase movie tickets it still shows you their old menu, but they have completely changed their food and menu back to reheated overpriced frozen food and they no longer deliver to your seat. Some of the chairs in both sides of the theater are broken and don't recline all the way even tho the seats directly next to them do. The pizza is by far the worst movie theater pizza I have ever tried. I've had cold Di Giorno pizza that tasted better. I used to love coming to this theater but I no longer can justify the prices or the drive over. The staff are still friendly and helpful and the screens and audio are still decent, but overall it's not worth coming back. read more

By far one of my favorite movie theaters! The chairs are comfortable, and recline. I feel some movie theatres push your neck slightly forward, causing discomfort/pain. I bought a pretzel and icee. The icee is free refills which is perfect if you're trying to beat summer weather. The Bavarian pretzel was the size of a steering wheel, it was salted to perfection, and very warm and fresh, and was served with 2 cheese dipping sauces. This was my first time at this location, and possibly my last. I'm an AMC Stubs A-List member and I do like the other locations, but this one is in desperate need of love. The Pros: the self-serve soda and ICEE machines are nice. You can butter your own popcorn. They also have mobile ordering and pick up if there's a big line and you don't want to wait. The staff was really nice too. Everyone I spoke with at the front and concessions were very friendly and helpful. Now the cons... The Cons: theater #4 is pretty rundown. BOTH of my seats didn't recline. The first one was my reserved seat, didn't recline, so I went back out to ask if there was another seat available. I went to that seat and it was broken too. lol The movie was starting at that point, so I just decided to make the most of it. I did mobile ordering because they told me they don't do "dine-in" anymore where they bring your order to your seat, but I still see it advertisted everywhere. Anyway, even though I did mobile ordering, my pretzel bites were still lukewarm, like it was sitting under the heater for a few minutes, not a fresh batch. The popcorn was stale too. I've been coming to this theater for years. My wife and I are AMC Stubs A-List members and we see a movie at least once a week. This has been our regular theaters for a long time, which is why it's disappointing to see it seemingly decline lately. When we first started coming here, it was a true dine-in theater, with servers who came directly to your seat to take your order. After COVID, that changed to ordering at the concession stand and having the food delivered to your seat, which was still a nice option. Earlier this year, the dine-in service was eliminated altogether, although the sign outside still identifies the theater as "Dine-In." The bigger concern for me, though, has been the condition of the theater lately. The last three times I've visited, the auditoriums have been uncomfortably warm. Aside from making it difficult to enjoy a movie, the warmer temperature unfortunately seems to contribute to an unpleasant smell inside the theater. Cleanliness has also become inconsistent. Tonight, when I arrived at my seat, there was popcorn all over the floor in front of it along with an empty BuzzBall container. I've noticed that the side of the theater that formerly had the dine-in service generally seems nicer and better maintained, while the other side has unfortunately not been nearly as clean during several of our recent visits. I'm not writing this to bash the theater. We've been loyal customers for years and have enjoyed a lot of movies here, so I genuinely hope management takes some of these issues seriously. I'd much rather see this theater return to the experience we remember than have to start looking for another theater to visit every week. Hopefully this is just a temporary rough patch, because we'd really like to keep coming here. read more

I love this theater so much. The seats are great. Food is good. Movie experience is the best. This time though, we had some issues. We got the dine-in seats. Fork and knife I think it's called. We were in the back row. Both of our seats didn't recline. I pressed the button and it didn't move at all. It was broken. My husband's chair was broken too. Disappointed there. Then there was the ticket fiasco. My husband and I got there early. Thankfully we did. We grabbed our back row seats and were excited for the movie. Some poor came over to us and told us we were in their seats. We showed them our tickets. They showed us their tickets. They both had the same row and seats. What the heck? We were confused. So they went back down and talked to AMC employees. Got their tickets fixed. A little later, another group came over to us and told us we were in their seats. Same issue again. They had 3 people though. Those 3 people, had to go to AMC staff also. My husband and I noticed other people in the theater having issues with their seats as well. Lots of unhappy customers with triple booked seats. Yikes. All bad. So between the triple booked seats and our recliner chairs not working, it wasn't the best experience. Also, the audio in our movie kept going out randomly. We were watching Mortal Kombat and it was intense fight scenes, then the sound would stop. That happened twice. We should have complained. This AMC is such a hit or a miss and I regularly attend this theatre! There's something about the popcorn here that time after time, it is always stale! I even wait for fresh popcorn and the texture is just slightly stale. Employees here are helpful. The theaters themselves can use some TLC. This is also generally a crowded theatre and often times, I find that theatre etiquette isn't honored here. Try La Mirada AMC instead! read more

I ordered my ticket online, and what's great about their rewards program is that Tuesday and Wednesday tickets are half off for adults! Saved a good chunk of money and we also picked our seats on the website. Getting into the theater was quick, and we ordered a cheese pizza with a fountain drink. They have the Coke Freestyle machines, so it's nice being able to customize the flavor. However there weren't any lids for the cups, we even checked both sides of the building. Luckily we didn't spill our drink, but I feel like there still should have been lids available. In the auditorium, the seats are comfortable and recline! Complete with cup holders for your drink. AMC Fullerton has mixed reviews and I can tell you why. I've come to this theater multiple times, as I am an AMC Stubs member. The theater itself is split into 2 separate theaters. If you're walking to the theater from the parking lot, the right side contains the Dine-In feature and also features newer released/popular movies, while the left side has movies that have been out for a while. The left side doesn't have the dine-in feature so just be aware, and the seats on that side are leveled to the floor, meaning they're not tiered and there are no stairs to access seating like at traditional theaters. This can create neck pain as you're forced to look up at the screen as opposed to look straight at the screen. It bothers me so much, that I purposely only try to watch newer movies here. The right side of the theater is nicer, with tiered seating (like at traditional theaters) and the dine in option. The dine in option let's you order food to your seat if you'd like, but I really enjoy it because of the TV tray and the amount of space that you get. I've been to both sides' multiple times, and I have seen multiple instances where the seats are broken. I personally haven't experienced it, but I've sat next to other people who have had a broken seat (which is no doubt terrible). The right side theater also offers alcoholic beverages if you were interested in that. Overall, I've had the popcorn and it was good and not stale. I may be lucky, but all the times I've been here, I've had a great time. I would still come back! read more

There were limited showings for the Stranger Things finale and this AMC had some at the time. My girlfriend and I went at around 3:00 PM to see the show. There's a decent amount of parking but it was very full when we went. We had some dining vouchers that we used at the kiosk. The scanner took a bit of time to register one of the QR codes but we eventually got it after repeated tries. The kiosk also accepts credit card, including American Express. I liked that there were photos and different tabs for their food items. However, all of the entrees were sold out. One of the staff advised that they had a rush of orders from the previous showing, which resulted in no inventory for the entree menu. This was a bumper as we wanted to try the pizza! Once ordered, we needed to grab our candy from the nearby shelf. Then we headed to the pick-up counter for our movie nachos. We also ordered the boneless BBQ wings and fries with ranch; these were delivered directly to our seats and arrived before the showing started. Many of the items were pretty standard. My favorite was the BBQ boneless wings. The fries definitely got soggy quickly. When it came to the seating, I wished it could recline further back. The cup holders at our seats were still wet. I was not sure if it was wet from the staff cleaning or a spillage from the previous group. The only thing I liked was the seating came in pairs. The restrooms at this facility were a bit dirty. Service here was pretty good. I was looking for something on the shelf for quite some time; a staff member noticed and went to the back to grab the item for me. So Father's Day at noon. We went for a movie in cinema 14 . The auditorium was clean food. The recliner seats comfortable. We did not attempt the dine in option. Or utilize the bar but both are available staff are nice . The theater is a complex with some auditoriums in what looks to be an original building then a large addition with 2 wings and ticket booth between the two. Parking is challenging due to construction in the center and proximity to Costco. read more

I attended a matinee for the 20% discount. Laser projection is impressive, except that there is no true black which could be an issue for someone with poor eyesight (who depends on contrast). Seats recline with room for people to pass, but it sounds squeaky. The women's bathroom sometimes smells like popcorn. They serve liquor in the afternoon and will sell tickets to a film that is already showing because the first half hour or hour is taken up by preview trailers. read more

The AMC Dine-In is a huge theater with plenty of space and comfy reclining chairs. Each seat comes with a swivel table, which makes it easy to enjoy snacks or food during the movie. There's also a bar on-site, though we didn't order anything, so I can't comment on the selection. One downside: the leather seats didn't seem super clean. When we wiped ours down, it was dirtier than expected. I'd recommend either wearing clothing that covers your skin (unless you don't mind skin-on-gross-chair-feeling) or bringing some wipes to clean the seat before sitting. I can see this being disgusting if the person before you was sweating profusely or dirty. Ewww. A small blanket also makes it more comfortable and cozy. My only other complaint is that the recline doesn't go quite far enough, wish it leaned back just a little more for maximum comfort. Overall, it's a fun and spacious place to watch a movie, but the cleanliness and chair design could be improved. Parking tip: Don't park too close to Costco. I made that mistake and came back to find a cart right against my car leaving a little scratch behind. Apparently some people can walk miles inside Costco but not the last hundred feet to return a cart. read more

We've been to this AMC multiple times and it is good. They have plenty of parking, but it can be difficult on the weekends with Costco right next to them. They have a full bar with plenty of options. Their seat recline pretty good and the are in a good shape. I like that the recline is the old school with buttons vs gravity. read more

I used to love this theater, but unfortunately it has gone downhill. Ever since construction began on the apartments being built right next to the shopping center, parking has become a nightmare. Between the construction and Costco shoppers parking there despite the clearly posted signs, it's almost impossible to find a spot. I'm also disappointed that they removed the dine-in service, which was one of the best parts of coming here. The biggest issue, though, is the overall movie-going experience. The audiences have become incredibly disruptive. People constantly talk throughout the movie, use their phones, and seem to have no consideration for everyone else. During one visit, a woman came in with three other adults and around nine children. They were getting up and down throughout the entire movie while she passed out sandwiches and loudly called the kids to different seats. It completely ruined the experience. 20min into the movie me and like 8 other people left. My most recent visit this past weekend was even worse. The auditorium was so hot and stuffy that I couldn't even make it through the movie. It honestly felt like the air conditioning wasn't working. I ended up leaving early and asking for a refund. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite theaters, but between the parking issues, the loss of the dine-in experience, the disruptive crowds, and now the lack of a comfortable viewing environment, I don't see myself coming back anytime soon. read more

There was only 1person at the ticket counter, homeless person taking 20 minutes to pick his movie. No back up, no help. Tried to use the kiosk machines, they wouldn't read my card. So now I'm in full karen mode asked for the manager, naturally I'm stressed out. No sincerity. Acted like I was over reacting. & maybe I was a tad because of the stressful situation! Smallest screen I've ever seen. Also wth is with the pretzels, they are the size of an XL pizza. Couldn't order a personal sized pretzel. It wasn't great either. Went for the first time yesterday to see Obsession, WHYYY was auditorium 7 soo musty and hot! I don't think they can afford ac right now. I was straight up sweatingggg and dripping sweat walking out of the theater. This really ruined my freaking experience. Sound system was also horrible! There was a lot of yelling in the movie & certain suspenseful sounds & it was so loud in a way that just hurts your ears. I always stick with Regal theaters but came here because their show time worked for me but I'll never be back! This theater has two separate buildings with screens of different sizes at both. It's a dine-in so you'll have swivel trays at each reclining chair. The ticket kiosks are only in front of the main building, but pay attention to your theater number, because you might need to walk to the building behind you for your movie. If you're in a rush, walking into the wrong building could cost you a few minutes, so best to get there at least by the time the movie is scheduled to start, that way you'll only miss some of the previews. The ticket kiosk does allow you to type in your email associated with a Stubs membership, so you can get your points. It also gives you a small discount for paying on site at the kiosk. If you order ahead on the app, you get the reservation processing fee waived, but not with the first free Stubs tier membership. There are different levels, and the first one is free. You earn points with them all, and the points never expire. You also get a free large popcorn during your birthday month. You get an added large drink with the higher two tiers. I earn points pretty quickly and have redeemed many $5 rewards in the past 6 months since I signed up. You can even earn your way to the next tier level from the free Insider one if you visit 8 times, or earn 5,000 points in one year. It's definitely worth it. They also only have kiosks at the concessions counter. It's easy to use, but it could take a while for those not familiar with technology. You pick your items on the screen and pay at the machine. It will print out your receipt with order number to pick up your cups and food at the window. At the smaller building, the woman's restroom is on the left side half way through the theater screen hall, and the men's is on the other side. The seats are very comfortable recliners, but not heated. I do prefer heated seats, as other AMC theaters will have, but the trays here are very handy. read more

We used the Fandango app to get our tickets, for the 2:00 PM showing of 'Solomia'. Arrived early looking for theater 8, showed our electronic ticket to the attendant at the North front desk. The attendant at refreshments was friendly and efficient getting our order of popcorn, coffee, cream & sugar, and a water. Theater 8 was clean relatively empty when we arrived. Found our seats, electric foot rests and a nice viewing location. 35 minutes of promotional, advertising, and coming attractions, then the movie. The movie was a Dramady and well directed, acted, edited, and a great script. Angel studios are making movies fun again. read more

This AMC has a small popcorn and drink combo! I like coming here for that reason. Other AMCs in the area only have large combos. There are also kiosks to order from and multiple Coke freestyle machines. The dine-in theaters are nice since the seats are huge and you have a little table that swivels. Because of the pitch from row to row, you also rarely see the heads of the people below you. The theaters on the other side (the lower numbers) are nice and have reclining seats, but there isn't as much pitch. If it's a busy time, come early since it can be hard to find parking. read more

Really disappointing experience. I watched Spider-Man in Auditorium 5, and by the end of the movie I had multiple bug bites. It was extremely uncomfortable and not something anyone should have to deal with at a movie theater. The seating area clearly needs to be inspected and thoroughly cleaned. This location has the best chicken tenders ever! The price of the kids meals is also really worth if you compare how much you get and the price to another fast food restaurant. I've been to other amc dine in locations but their chicken tenders are different and awfully salty and gives me food coma after making it difficult to finish the movie. Apparently there is a policy that a non rated movie must be treated as a rated R movie that I was not aware of, so I had to follow the guidelines to said policy. The issue I have is with the way the manager Alyssa handled the situation I was hoping as a parent i could have my daughter watch the movie with an 18 year old and it was not an option, Alyssa showed no empathy and was not accommodating at all not even an apology or a free popcorn anything besides "this is policy". I felt like my concerns were not even heard, she clearly needs a training on how to speak to customers showing empathy. I will never go back to AMC again. The krikorian would never treat people that way I will drive further to regal from now on. read more

My normal favorite leather-recliner-seat-style theater (Buena Park Krikorian) is closed as of 02-2026. I decided to give the AMC DINE-IN Fullerton 20 a try on 02-08-2026 to watch Solo Mio. I like previews, wifey does not, so we got there in time to miss all of the previews. Stand in concession line. No complaints. Wait in line 10 minutes for the 1 person working concession? I remain unfazed; does not bug me at all. Nope, what AMC had to do to let me know I have been missing nothing all of the years I went to the Krikorian theaters is for me to finally arrive at the front of the line - and then to have someone that just bought their ticket walk to an adjacent and previously empty line, and have the 1 person working concession say, "Can I help the next VIP customer" (apparently there is some kind of a VIP line that trumps/bumps us mere peasants back in line). Elitism in a theater that shares a parking lot with a Costco feels a bit pretentious, but to each their own - I appreciated the loud and clear signal that AMC's are not my type of theater - I have good experiences at Krikorians and Regals. read more

I went to this theater see Hokum earlier this evening. I drive quite a ways to come here for movies due to the dine in experience where I can enjoy a meal with my movie instead of just traditional movie snacks. I have enjoyed coming here for several years, but unfortunately, that has changed. Without warning, I prepared to order my food at the kiosk, and the dine in menu was gone. The employee told me they closed the kitchen, yet gave no reason as to why. I specifically came to this theater for the dine in experience. If I had known they had discontinued the dinner service, I would have gone to another theater. The higher ticket prices used to be worth it due to the dinner menu, yet the ticket price was still high even though they no longer offer that service. Worse yet, I bought my ticket on Fandango because it said dine in service was still offered, which is deceptive advertising. I won't be back. read more
