One time my lock rusted. They verified my identity before helping me replace the lock. The site is secure. Key code in and out. Cameras and fencing. Good commercial neighborhood, down the rode from the airport. We were customers for almost 5 years. The rates were reasonable (no crazy price increases- reasonable), and the unit was high quality (D6 below). In those 5 years, we never had an issue with rodents or critters (just some spider webs)! Seriously! We also had our camper here for a short time. They have expanded and have plenty of space. Look no further. High-quality and clean. Bathroom on site too. Do note that there is no trash on site (what you bring in, you bring out). Thank you, Florida Secure Storage! You honor your name.

No extra charge for working the weekend. When the move happened that packed for a day and then began our move on Saturday July 2 and worked until 9pm trying to get it done (they were down on man because of the holiday) but couldn't finish. I was prepared to wait until July 5 to finish but Ryan insisted he would be here Sunday morning to finish. He wrapped up at 3 pm after 3 long days of work. They actually beat the estimate when we got the final bill because they were down in staffing.

I arrived and Darcel received me as if we were best friends all our life. I explained to her my situation and she jumped into action and managed to get me the storage space I needed. Meeting Darcel was one of the positive experiences I had regarding customer service in a very long time. She handled all the paper work. The process was simple and quick. Cathy, the assistant was no different; just two great ladies. The cámaras on the property, the cleanliness, and the personnel are second to none. Remington Storage is a great storage site. I just moved to Florida from Boston where I only had a…read morecondo so I'm very familiar with storage units. A common practice is to raise your fees slightly every couple of months since they know very well it will be difficult for you to move...especially if you have a lot of furniture or boxes. It's a very slimy practice but there you go. (Of course, I realize things change and sometimes a slight raise is necessary, but...well, if you know, you know.) I have been with Remington for 5 months and found them to be very upright and honest and a great value...they tell you a fee and they stick with it. The place is always well cared for, clean and secure; I always feel comfortable whenever I go to the site. If you have a question, they always get right back to you with an answer. I highly recommend Remington Storage.

And I didn't have to wait any kind of cycle, they were there when they said they would be. I even receive emails and texts reminding me to take the trash out the night before pickup (this has happened to all of us, admit it) and notifications once they've arrived and serviced my house.
