Century link is the worst internet service available. I have had numerous issues and now that I've canceled and I am trying to return my modem, I have went to two separate addresses in Bellevue to do so and neither were open and their phone numbers were out of service. I'm sure I will be charged even more for not returning it in time. If you're looking for a store, the ones in Bellevue are no longer open, but are still listed for some reason

The installation at my house versus neighbor.

I originally went to the Factoria T-Mobile thinking I just needed a watch battery replacement. They sent me to the Apple Store, and the Apple Store then sent me to T-Mobile Bellevue Square. By the time I got there, I was already annoyed and frustrated because something that seemed like it should have been simple had become so much more complicated than I ever wanted it to be. Enter **Tico**, who was absolutely terrific. He figured out a way to get me an entirely new watch for essentially the cost of what I would have paid for the battery replacement. Even though the store was busy, he stuck with me through the entire process, never rushed me, and was incredibly patient, nice, charming, and helpful. He took care of everything and genuinely made me feel supported before, during, and after the purchase. His manager, **Mike**, also jumped in at different points to help and make sure everything went smoothly. I was really impressed with both of them and with the level of customer service they provided. We are very happy with the new watch! I did run into one little issue during setup afterward, and I'm now communicating directly with Tico about it. Instead of being worried or frustrated, I'm completely confident it will get resolved because I know I'm in good hands. Tico and Mike are exactly what great customer service should look like. They took a frustrating situation and turned it into an experience that made me really happy to be a T-Mobile customer. Five stars and a huge thank you to both of them! cSad: I need to amend my review. Somehow my guys managed to add a line and switch my phone numbers around. My sister in law lost her phone number. My daughter's watch number went to my sister in law. It is a ROYAL MESS. I texted and called the store guys but no one got back to me. Since my sister needed her phone to communicate I had to call T mobile main and have spent TWO AND A HALF HOURS FIXING THIS. So they were so nice but somehow this all got messed up and they didn't get back to me so I am sadly having to change my review.

Great Apple Store with a few bumps during this visit…read more I've upgraded my phone at this location a few times over the years and have usually had a great experience. Today, my fiancé and I came in to trade in our phones for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and he also picked up an Apple Watch SE 3. The only thing I'll always wish Apple would change is making more fun colors available for the Pro Max models. The lower model had a beautiful pink option that I absolutely loved, and I really wish that color was available for the Pro Max too. But thankfully, that's what cute cases are for! This visit started off a little differently than my previous experiences. We had a hard time initially finding someone to help. My fiancé first asked a group of employees for assistance and was directed back to someone at the front of the store. Since we had already seen her when we first walked in but weren't greeted or asked if we needed help, the whole situation just felt a little confusing. Thankfully, Richard completely turned our experience around. He was very kind, patient, genuinely helpful, and made sure we were taken care of. I really appreciate him stepping in and making our visit a much better one! I also appreciate that Apple gives you the option to come back later and drop off your old phone if you want extra time to make sure your photos and data are fully backed up. It takes away the pressure of having to rush through the transfer process while still letting you leave with your new device. Overall, we're still very happy with our purchase. I usually come here when I already know what I'm looking for, whether it's an upgrade, trade-in, or a new device, rather than just browsing. I do hope the customer service experience becomes a little more consistent, but I'm super thankful Richard was there and provided exceptional service!

Do not get your phone repaired at the Bellevue Square Genius Bar. Go to Jet City Device Repair…read morenearby instead. I had my iPhone battery replaced here, and immediately afterward the primary phone-call microphone stopped working. Speakerphone still works, and this issue never existed before the repair. I contacted Apple 15 days later, but they refuse to take responsibility because they can't "prove" their repair caused it. Their solution: pay another $550. On top of that, I've wasted about 9 hours dealing with this place: 2 hours for the initial visit, roughly 5 hours for the battery replacement, and another 2 hours today, only to leave with nothing resolved. This Genius Bar has a lot of bad reviews, and now I understand exactly why.

I did not realize this location was one of their "Experience" stores. They stock free merch items exclusive for Experience Stores here. I picked up the mini football yesterday. I have been using this location for 3 or 4 different phones I replaced/upgraded in the past 5 years or so. The wait can be pretty long depending on the day/time. Service is usually decent. It really depends on which associate you get the day you go in. Parking is fairly convenient here. The store is very clean too. Their inventory had been pretty decent (at least when I visited, they had what I was looking for).

The service was professional and the associate who helped me gave me a professional/great service. It just the system they use to give you a price is messed up. I brought in a Dell Precision worth $3,800. But due to the pawn broker questions I was asked. Was only quoted $225. My question to all pawn shops like this one. What does it matter why I'm looking to sell my laptop? I could be trying to pay for a serious surgery for my best friend/pet who is otherwise dying. Or I could just be a drug addict needing my next fix. The worst part about my experience here is that, just like any other pawnshop, i was given the same drug addict/thief demeanor. And told that my legit products were worth nothing. Which I'm okay with, if my products are worthless to you and your business so be it. But don't try to advertise as paying top dollar for what electronics are worth whenever that's not the case. Your advertisement gives the false presumption that I wouldn't be treated like common pawn store trash for trying to resale my electronics. I can just an easily list them on platforms to get what they're worth. So thanks but you're just a pawn store that was an hour out of my way. If you're not already in the Bellevue or Bothell area. Don't bother making the trip. This business just found a location where tech is high and people got money. So they can buy cheap and resale high. Good luck.
