Jet City repaired a broken phone screen on an iPhone 14 Pro for me earlier in December, 2025. Upon first glance, everything appeared to be working. However, I quickly realized the functionality, screen resolution, and screen brightness controls all had been diminished since the repair. The blacks were more of a dark grey, my photos appeared to have a lower quality resolution, the brightness at its lowest setting is still very bright, the brightness at its highest setting is lower than before, there is often a delay when clicking, and my phone no longer recognizes when I take it off my ear, which doesn't allow me to hang up. Following the repair, management reached out. I replied with the above issues and they requested I return to the store for a fix. I made another significant trip back to the store to fix the issue. After the staff looked at it, they acknowledged my concerns and replied they could not fix it. They offered to place the broken screen back on and refund or put the unbroken screen back at full price. Ultimately, I was pretty disappointed I had to return to the shop simply to get the same answer. Despite paying full price, my repair is half-quality. I suspect the quality of their screens is far below OEM. With that said, the staff was very friendly and understanding. I would definitely try another option before going back to Jet City. read more

Came in for my phone to be repaired again under their warranty because ever since they repaired it there were problems. First, I had called them the day of when I got back home. There were already problems with the screen but I couldn't come in since I don't even live in this state and I was leaving the next morning. It's a long drive so it didn't make sense to go back when the phone was still functional at the time. I finally got a chance to come in after about two months later while the phone has just been deteriorating slowly since their repair with literally no cause. I haven't dropped it, cracked it, nothing. Eventually the screen just started lifting and not allowing me to use the upper half of the screen. I went in so they could fix this issue since nothing caused it other than their repair being the catalyst- and they claimed to have a lifetime warranty. They gave bullshit excuses as to why they couldn't repair it under warranty. They claimed it was new damage and they knew this because the screen was lifting and there were scratches as well as the screen having a dark spot. Firstly- the scratches have been there before this repair. This was due to the initial drop where I unfortunately had to replace my old case so I didn't have one on. On top of that, they also caused even more scratches to my phone while repairing it the first time which I honestly did not care about at the time because I just wanted my phone to be usable. The black spot and lifting just slowly happened overtime with regular usage of my phone because they couldn't fix it correctly the first time. We all have our entire lives on our phones- emails, passwords, verifications, our phone numbers. Everything. So I'm not going to complain about aesthetic issues when I'm just glad to have my phone working. They're taking advantage of this fact and that Apple charges you a ridiculous amount of money, so you go to them to fix your phone but it inevitably breaks because they can't do their job honestly and correctly. They'll just have you pay even more to fix what they caused. I've had a case on my phone this ENTIRE time since the repair- I literally bought one right before it was fixed so this wouldn't happen again. I would really like to be enlightened, in what universe do scratches go through a phone case? Don't come here to repair your phone or any device for that matter. They'll just do a half-assed job that makes your phone unusable in a few months, then tell you they can't repair it under warranty even though they caused the issues, but they CAN give you a "discounted repair" for just the parts. Except that parts don't cost that much because if they did Apple wouldn't be selling their phones at the price they do- they'd be selling them for thousands more. I will let all my friends and family I have up here know to never come here because I'd hate to have them go through what I did. read more

Don't come to this place unless (1) you want to get a defect components (in my case, I got defect iPhone screen replacement) and (2) fake lifetime warranty. I came there to replace my iPhone screen. They replaced with the new screen (looks new, but not sure if it's a defect one) to my iPhone. I notice some problems: 1. The screen is not popping up whenever my phone gets notification. 2. The replacement screen is recognized as unknown part in my phone (attached the screenshot). I can clearly see that the screen they installed in my phone is not standard for iPhone. When I returned to the store, they didn't want to replace a different screen nor refund my money back. While on the day they replaced the new screen from them, they clearly told me that the screen has lifetime warranty. Again, don't come to this store; find other stores to fix your phone. I checked out several places on Yelp for a cracked screen repair and decided on Jet City because of their high ratings--and they absolutely lived up to them. I spoke with Tristan on the phone, and he said they could get me in and out before closing at 7. True to his word, they did exactly that. They replaced my cracked screen with an OEM part and swapped out the battery with a third-party one since they were out of stock of the OEM part. What really stood out was that Tristan was upfront about it--he could've just installed it without saying a word, but his honesty says a lot about him and Jet City's integrity. Again, best and most professional establishment I have utilized. I last came to the team to have my wife's iPhone battery replaced. This time, I had to get a 2012 MacBook Pro battery replaced. As this request was super urgent, I contacted Jet City Device Repair to get a quote. I reached out to others nearby as well and once again, JCD had the best price compared to the competitors. I got my cracked iPhone screen replaced here because it was $100 cheaper than in Apple store. The new screen started glitching in 3 months, they had me come in and pay for replacing (even though they said they cover warranty for repairs), the new replacement screen started glitching in 3 more months and they had me pay AGAIN for replacement. So in total I paid them $750 instead of $350 at the apple store. I'm dumb. They look at the perfectly clear screen under a microscope and give you a lame reason like too many scratches which caused the glitch, so the warranty they provide doesn't cover it, like what? read more

By far the most professional and fast repair company I have used. Extremely good customer service. I am recommending this company for anyone/everyone. The specifics: My Android phone stopped charging. For a few days it would hover at the current charge level if always plugged in, but even that stopped happening and my phone completely died. Jet City (and I) felt replacing the battery was the correct first step. They ordered one (mine is an older phone so they didn't have the correct battery onsite.) When it came in, they replaced the battery quickly. Alas, that didn't seem to be the problem. (Jet City and I knew this might be the case from earlier.) I went back and we diagnosed it as a problem with the charging port, but they also did a thorough test with various cables, and found I could charge using a USB3-to-USB3 cable, which I bought and was all good. I went back at my convenience later to get the charging port fixed. I understood all steps along the way and agreed with all the assessments as well. Awesome folks! read more

So grateful for this location! I was out for a walk this morning with our pup and my son and as we were walking through a narrow part of our trail our dog got flustered by a pack of small dogs and I tripped over a boulder while steering her away. Fortunately no major injuries beyond badly scraped hands and my elbow but my Apple Watch Series 5 screen which was pristine before my fall suddenly was completely scratched. When I got home, I got sick looking at my watch so jumped onto Apple to see repair costs... and was depressed to see with the steep expense it makes more sense to buy a new watch. I contacted two places on yelp and within five minutes Jet City had replied with an estimate of 50% of Apple's price (assuming no damage below the screen, I was fortunate that it was the case). Our daughter's iPhone SE screen was also coming loose and we opted to get that fixed as well for a price that was lower than we expected. My husband mentioned the staff was very friendly. Two hours later after a text, my watch looks pre-fall. If only my elbow and hands would heal as quickly. I just took an iPhone 5 that I use to control my old Sonos S5, it had a swollen battery, they fixed it no problem and I am back listening to music. I also took my old iPhone 8 that I use as a clock which also had a swollen battery and pushed the screen out, they fixed it, no problem.
