APPLE @ BELLEVUE Parking is available in any of their garages and parking structures, and it's completely free. It can get extremely busy especially on weekends. If you come on a weekday, it's not too bad and you should be able to find a spot fairly easily. On weekends, you will find parking, but it may take some time. There are multiple garages to choose from, but I'd recommend parking at either Macy's or Nordstrom for convenience. This was honestly one of the most uncoordinated Apple Store experiences I've ever had. I came in with a very old laptop that I've owned for several years and just wanted to do a simple trade-in for store credit. When I entered, a staff member with an iPad was coordinating customers and directing them to different areas. I was able to speak with him within about two minutes, there were only two people ahead of us. We were told to stand near the laptop section and that a representative would come help us shortly. We stood there for 5-10 minutes, and no one acknowledged us. No eye contact, no check-ins, nothing. It genuinely felt like no one was coming to help us at all. There were several other customers in the same situation, standing around the phone and charger areas, seemingly waiting after being directed there as well. Eventually, I flagged down a worker who told me they'd get someone to help me shortly. A manager who was helping another customer, interestingly came over to help me within a minute. The other customer he had been assisting was calling his name, and I even told him it was okay if he needed to help them first since he was assisting them. He responded by saying he was the manager and implied he could handle multiple people at once. His attitude came off a bit cocky, which was put off. At that point, I just wanted to finish the trade-in and leave. He did help me process it, and I received $165 in Apple Store credit, which was nice. Despite the credit, this was one of the most unorganized Apple Store experiences I've had. I even came on a weekday expecting it to be calmer, but it was still very packed. I'd recommend visiting a different Apple Store location if possible. If you do come here, try going on a weekday and avoid visiting during the holidays.

Waiting in line for my 1:30 appointment.

We came on needing new devices and help because one was dead. The service was incredible. Especially Angelica who was so patient with my husband helping him get his watch paired with a new phone. The techs tried to save that iPad but it was toast so we are fingers crossed cloud has most of what is needed to get the new iPad hubby got up and running. Thanks for a good experience. Finally!

This Apple Store in Bellevue Square is located upstairs near Nordstrom. There's no restroom inside the store, just shared ones in the mall. I visited to try out the newer iPhone cameras. The store is clean and the layout is easy to navigate. The staff were on point, and it's worth noting they are polite, quick to help, but not overly aggressive. It's what you expect from Apple. Great visit overall and a solid in-store experience. Efficient: Yes First-Time Friendliness: Yes Would I Return: Yes JY review

Busy store. We stopped by to pick up phones, but they didn't have any in stock. We did get a watch. On another day we picked up cell phone cases. The staff was very quick to offer help. The store is average size. They have new products on display on tables around the store. On both days we stopped by, and they were giving a tutorial on how to use their product. I found this handy. My parents are older, and this kind of hands-on tutorial would have been great. On a side note, if they don't have what you are looking for in stock you can order online.

The service was professional and the associate who helped me gave me a professional/great service. It just the system they use to give you a price is messed up. I brought in a Dell Precision worth $3,800. But due to the pawn broker questions I was asked. Was only quoted $225. My question to all pawn shops like this one. What does it matter why I'm looking to sell my laptop? I could be trying to pay for a serious surgery for my best friend/pet who is otherwise dying. Or I could just be a drug addict needing my next fix. The worst part about my experience here is that, just like any other pawnshop, i was given the same drug addict/thief demeanor. And told that my legit products were worth nothing. Which I'm okay with, if my products are worthless to you and your business so be it. But don't try to advertise as paying top dollar for what electronics are worth whenever that's not the case. Your advertisement gives the false presumption that I wouldn't be treated like common pawn store trash for trying to resale my electronics. I can just an easily list them on platforms to get what they're worth. So thanks but you're just a pawn store that was an hour out of my way. If you're not already in the Bellevue or Bothell area. Don't bother making the trip. This business just found a location where tech is high and people got money. So they can buy cheap and resale high. Good luck.

After replacement my girlfriend and I started noticing condensation both front and back camera lenses that eventually led to the phone randomly turning off. Tried troubleshooting but unable to turn phone on. Took it to another third party phone repair shop for diagnosis and was told whoever did the replacement left the inside messy and the screen connection was loose. The repair guy was able to bring the phone back to life during diagnosis but the screen was flickering. He recommended to take it back to where it was originally repaired. Drove back to Redmond and explained the situation. Employee said it will be about 2 hours to take a look and will call/text when ready. Okay cool. So we waited 2 hours and when we came back and he asked did you receive a text. I said it was already the 2 hour mark... The one hour device repair guy then explained the screen connection is corroded and proceeded to show a picture on his phone of the corrosion. He suggested we must've dropped it in water. So now I'm thinking, how can a connection be corroded internally if this phone is water resistant and the phone had these problems AFTER the repair? Even so, we NEVER exposed it directly to any source of liquid since the time of initial repair. Even if we did, shouldn't it NOT have this issue anyway? Also we NEVER received any document or signed anything acknowledging of any potential risks after repair. I asked the repair guy what are our options. He said he can order the screen replacement and have it done on Wednesday. I asked him if this was going to be charged. He said yes. I said no. He said call the number for "headquarters". I called and no one picked up. We left and on the drive home the number from "headquarters" calls us. I explained the situation again to "headquarters" guy and asked for what are our options. He said we'd have to pay $309. I said no. He said let me place you on hold and call the repair guy in Redmond. We waited on hold for a bit. He comes back and says the corrosion is from water damage. I'm thinking what is this guy trying to imply? We continued to have a back and forth until he relents and says I can do it for $209. I said no thanks. That is literally the cost of a replacement phone adding both repair costs. Honestly I was livid after this conversation. Not only was there zero accountability from their end, but they tried to shift blame on the customer for using their phone normally. TLDR: Please make sure you are aware the risks of getting anything repaired from this business. It might make more sense buying a replacement instead.
