Even so, he still asked whether he could help me. Apparently, he had stopped by briefly to fix something in the office, so our timing was truly serendipitous. He welcomed me inside, despite the office being closed, answered all of my questions, and helped me resolve a quick contact lens issue. Dr. Copty was incredibly warm and welcoming and went out of his way to assist me on his day off. The interaction and overall customer experience completely blew me away. Before starting this treatment, my vision was so bad that I felt limited in a lot of things. I always had to wear glasses, and they often got in the way of the activities I love. I practice Jiu-Jitsu, ride my bike, go to the beach, and enjoy being active, but glasses made many of those things harder. Today, things are completely different. Thanks to Ortho-K lenses, both Devin and I can see clearly during the day without glasses. It may sound simple, but for us it has been life-changing.
