Once the floor was ready to go in, Rob the flooring manager came out to go over how things would work and to make sure that the product got delivered. On the day of installation I met Brian, who was the installer. After removing the carpet Brian realized that there were some issues with the wood floor underneath. Rob came out again and the two of them came up with a plan. Once Rob left, Brian was on it! He was not only incredibly nice, he was professional, efficient, and fast. He cared so much about making sure the job was not only done right, but was done in a way that would make me happy. In this day and age, good help is hard to find and keep, but it looks like they have found a way to do it. Who would have ever though the price of rock would differ so greatly, but they did. What amazed us most was that the larger and furthest businesses from the city were the most expensive. After "shopping around", we found the best price for Iowa Rainbow to be at Brentwood Material. Being novices at buying rock they showed us how to figure out the amount we'd need to fill in a 2 1/2' x 13' area. After moving 3/4 of a ton of rock, I can tell you it is a gym workout.
