My rear bumper was hit by a truck and the truck company sent me here. Fernando was able to order the part and had me come in when it arrived, so I didn't have to leave it in the shop. My car had a small bumper problem. Was told it would be an easy fix. Some guys started working on it for about 30 minutes and was then told it was fixed. I paid and left a tip but made the mistake of believing them and trusting them. Left the shop and 1 minute into driving, my bumper started scraping again with no change to what I needed help with. Be careful with this place if you don't know them and is your first time they will scam you and ruin your car to try to get you to come back and pay more money! In the middle of a pandemic they are doing things like this to families is so sad! Went in to get one thing fixed my car came back with even more problems! My 2007 Toyota Sienna was making a mysterious new noise that turned out to be the suspension. I called Cerda's because the dealerships are so backed up even when I was 90 minutes early to my appointment Toyota still didn't have time for me. I called Cerda's and was able to bring the van in and have it repaired the same day; it drives like a new car now! A few weeks later the starter gave up and I had to have the van towed at night from Hollywood. Cerda's got on it immediately the next day- a holiday- and finished the job in a few hours. They found that my radiator had a leak so they replaced that, too. They texted photos of my radiator and called with updates and the costs so there were no surprises. I plan on keeping my van for a long time and I appreciate not being judged for driving such a ruin! The staff is friendly and professional and they speak both English and Spanish. read more

My battery died suddenly. I have a hybrid so the battery is hard to track down and difficult to install. AAA does not offer replacement. I called Cerda's and spoke to Fernando. They did not have the battery in stock but were able to get one within an hour. Fernando is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive. I should have known better when I saw Fernando was part owner, but I was desperate and really had no choice, my car started smoking white smoke took it to auto zone and there's diagnosis was I need a tune up ,recommended me not to drive it and take it to the 1st mamechanic I see and Cerdas Auto services was the nearest. The mechanic tells mme, yeahyou need a tune up. He did his job and charged me almost $400. Car was fine when I lleft, but5 minutes sstartsmoking again .Took it back the next morning and the mechanic tells me its your turbo , that's going to run you $15,000. Called the dealership where I bought the car they told me to take it to the dealer so I did. My car holds 4 qquartsof oil and my car had 7 quarts.. The dealer told me it had nothing to do with the turbo or tune up i got taken for a ride and Fernando part owner has always had it in for me he was the reason why I got taken for a ride don't let it happen to you read more

This place is amazing! I first came here for brakes and tires because my brakes were squeaky. They were really honest and told me my brakes still had 50% life on them, but I didn't have to change them yet; I did because the squeaky sound was annoying me. Point is they could have done the brakes without telling me that and could have taken advantage of overcharging me and they didn't! The second time I came in was because my engine sounded funny, mind you I know nothing about cars and they really helped.
