I called and spoke to Fred, who gave me some really valuable information on how to proceed with the insurance company. I'm glad I followed his advice, because he was spot on! They submitted the estimate, got the approval from the insurance to complete the work. I dropped it off the next day and they gave me an estimated completion date, and they finished 3 days early! I looked the car over very closely, and I could not tell the repaired part of the car from the rest of the car. This car is a 2024 and has 25K miles on it, so they had to match the "new build" specs. Not to mention there's a lifetime warranty on the work! Fred is a no nonsense kind of guy that tells it like it is. In this day and age, it's a refreshing approach! I can only give 5 stars on this app, but they warrant a couple additional stars for doing a great job, communicating well and being a honest and trustworthy business. Then I took my car there for another insurance job and they gave me a hard time due to it not being a larger repair. They eventually did it but they were very frustrating to deal with through the entire ordeal. Finally I thought I'd give them one more chance since they're so close to my house. I had another insurance job but I also had a few things I wanted to do out of pocket. They agreed to do the work and even told me to go ahead and have the parts shipped to their business. Once the part was on a truck about to arrive they suddenly refused to do the work. I had a written quote and agreement from one of the owners and they refused to keep their word. At the last minute I had to pay extra money to have the parts shipped to my house and find another body shop that would do the work. Go anywhere else but this place. They have poor customer service and they have poor workmanship.
