When i was looking at reviews before renting my vehicle through Enterprise in Santa Fe, I was…read moreinitially reluctant because there were people complaining of a bad experience with the manager at the time. I can thankfully report however that my experience with the staff at the 3961 Cerrillos Rd location was absolutely first class! My experience didn't start out all that great. I was a little confused to start because I had booked my car on the Enterprise website at Santa Fe Regional Airport, and when I arrived into town I was dropped off there to pick up the car. Well, Enterprise doesn't HAVE a facility at the airport. Thankfully they do have a shuttle to get from the Airport to their facility about 20 minutes away in downtown Santa Fe. This of course isn't the fault of the local office - this is something Enterprise Corporate should fix in their system. Once I actually arrived at the rental facility however, my experience was fantastic. Both Darryl and Richard were friendly, workable, and willing to help me out in every way they could, including offering to give me a ride back to my hotel the day I dropped the car back off. If I was managing this location, Darryl and Richard are the kind of employees that I would want representing me. I certainly wouldn't hesitate renting there again, and hope to when I return sometime in 2026.

It was very hot, so we drove up to near the ski area and the temps went from 93 to 66, very close. Lots of restaurants snd shopping around, so close to everything. Park is gravel on concrete. We had shade trees and some parts are really shady. Hosts are very nice and great tour guides. We didn't use the baths but laundry good, $2 load. They have a dog walk up front and a giant dog park about .3 mile from front. It's a walk, but nice. Wifi is pretty much non-existent. Tried to pick up local channels thru air since no cable, but couldn't get any locals. Had to stream Cowboys/Buccs game via ATT but still blurry. Probably a good thing. If you are in Santa Fe to sightsee, this is a great place. Go to MeowWolf. Eat at La Choza. Get Bryan's Auto Detail to come clean your RV.

Reservations, check in, parking assistance, grounds keeping, maintenance - EVERYTHING !! I have never seen a harder working team of people, raking, mowing, watering, and going the extra mile to just be good humans!! All that said is this place perfect?, No. - but is there truly a perfect in-city RV campground? No there is not. The main problem for me is the noise from Cerritos Blvd. Nothing can stop this as young New Mexico drivers seem to be "praised" and "adored" for removing their mufflers from their cars and racing away from every stop light. All this leads to my initial point. This campground was likely plotted in the 1950's when this part of Sante Fe was ranches way outside of the metro and road noise was never an issue... The vintage-ness exudes from this place and provides it with its charm - It brings back memories of road trips in the backwards facing seat way in the back of the Country Squire Station Wagon and Olds Vista cruiser wagon - Even visits to summer camp in the 1960/70's. This campground is actually a tiny piece of Americana that will be lost in a few months, never to be again. Beautiful tress to be eliminated and vintage adobe buildings to be razed. If my information is correct, this is the last summer, and this site will fall to the hands of developers to build another ugly mini mall or faceless and devoid of personality condo buildings. A sad farewell to the place and to all the people who have kept this place all these years - PLEASE DO STAY HERE until it all ends. I am unsure of the dates.

If you want to be stolen from and harassed in the middle of your wedding this is the place to be!…read moreExtremely disrespectful how the bar manager handled some things. In the middle of our wedding, he told my coordinator that if we did not move our Photo Booth that he was going to have to get his Volkswagen van out of the venue which to do so that would involve us having to move tables, chairs, decorations and my guests out of his way. He was being very rude about it because we set up our Photo Booth in front of his van and then he said we owed him $100 to use his van as a prop, because we told him there no way we could move his van without disturbing my entire wedding. We were never once told this and if this was an issue, he should've moved the van out of the venue prior to our wedding being set up and STARTED! It was very rude. And then well in the middle of my wedding, my guess were being told they needed to move their cars. My aunt and uncle are very disabled and they were told they had to go park down the road at big five because they were parked in someone's parking spot, but it clearly was a disabled parking. Right before me and my husbands first dance I was told that I needed to move my vehicle, apparently it was parked in "the owners spot" I have been parked there since the night before and hadn't been told anything. There was NO SIGN that said owners parking.. and to wait till literally the MIDDLE OF MY WEDDING to ask me to move it is crazy. All of this could have been told to me prior to the wedding, it didn't even start till 3pm in the afternoon. At any point prior, I could've been told to move my vehicle, but I am a guest at the hotel so I don't know what the problem is. And Tob could've moved his van anytime he wished, but he waited. The next morning @8am my husband and family woke up to clean venue and pack up decor. We then realized $400 of my decor was stolen. This has left me distraught. I have repeatedly ask to see there cameras, and no one will respond to me. I let them know that if my property could not be recovered will have to file a police report with Santa Fe police for my property being stolen. In response they were extremely passive aggressive and said I was "bold" for accusing them of taking my property and that they would be "thrilled" to help me find it if it was in there property. I'm attached photos of my stuff stolen. When we arrived then morning all the pampas grass was taken from my arches and vases with pampas in it. I sent hours putting this together and about $400 on this decor and for this to be take on a day that is supposed to be so special is just disgusting and unprofessional. Not to mention they catered the food it was gross and the beds are hard as a rock. I'm also not saying the venue itself stole my decor but the staff themselves.. just seeing how Todd the bar manager behaved shows me the establishment does not mind disrespecting people. The place is gorgeous, but not worth this headache. The pictures are of the property I haven't been able to recover. (ALL OF MY PAMPAS GRASS) and emails.

Their water was easily accessible at the front. I like the decor here and the staff were all really friendly. I think the only downside is the sound proofing is quite poor here. We kept getting woken up by people walking down the hallway and hearing folks talking by their doors. That did not make for a good night's sleep. I'm somewhere between recommending this place to a friend and not saying anything at all. I think if you know what you are in for and don't mind the noise or that their rooms are not the most update to date/modern, it works!

The AC/heater does not have a temperature control monitor so you can only turn the dial to heat or cool fan modes which may end up making the room too hot or cold. The room was equipped with all basic amenities including TV, coffee maker and toiletries. The morning breakfast was decent including bagels, muffins, instant oats, apples and burritos. They also had coffee and hot water in the lobby area throughout the day but it happened to be empty whenever we went to get some. The staff was nice enough to refill the hot water when we asked for it.
