I have a late model BMW and wanted to get the entertainment system updated and upgraded. After doing some research on my own, I reached out to Certified about installation. What I got was tremendous patience at understanding my needs and explaining my options. Justin and his team gave me a fair estimate and great advice. I was very impressed with Justin experience and knowledge on the BMW. I felt great trust even just over the phone with their advice. In the end I went with the ZZ2 to add CarPlay capability bringing my 2010 BMW up to modern times. They also recommended me onto. Thinkware dashcam that exceeded my expectations. Their work was of a level of quality that really impressed me. And what really stood out was their transparency and giving me updates along the way so there were no surprises whatsoever. Not impressed !!! Its now going on the 4th attempt of getting a Kenwood head unit working in my car. 1 weak fm station is all it can pick up... 3 times the steering wheel controls have failed in less than a couple days, various other problems. And they talk down to you while giving excuses why it doesn't work. Where were these excuses when you sold me the system? I would've walked away had I been given any of these excuses beforehand. Driven Audio is one of those retailers you can trust! Jeff Wong one of their audio experts helped me pick out a Pioneer deck to replace the factory cd/fm/am deck in my 2004 Chevy SSR. Now I have Bluetooth, the new deck supports Apple CarPlay so it mirrors my iPhone for music, Nav and even reads and dictates back texts, how easy is that?? I drive a lot for work and I take frequent camping trips during the summer months. I needed an immersive audio system that would let me enjoy my tunes and integrate with my iPhone seamlessly. I went to Ralph's and other places first, but the lack of selection and the sheer lack of passion and expertise was enough that I had almost given up on buying a system at all. I was recommended bad products at a huge markup. Not good customer service, secretive in giving quotes over the phone. Prior to calling this business I gave a call to a Burnaby located business , they asked me of the model of the camera, my vehicle ( front and back camera one unit) and gave me a quote of $85 guaranteed. Knowing what would be the cost I phoned this business in Abbotsford to save me the trip . They guy on the phone said they do not give quotes, did not ask what camera I have or be helpful in any way. Asked me to go to their business with my vehicle( though I told him the model and year). Conclusion: they will not have my business. will go to burnaby. Not recommended, vague,secretive and not helpful. I can imagine the bill. read more

Even though I live in Richmond, I do travel to Abbotsford every so often, and since I was in the market for a much overdue upgrade of my 2004 Subaru Forester's factory stereo, I popped in there this weekend to check them out. It turned out that they had the exact model that I wanted (on sale!), and even though it was an hour before closing, they offered to do an install the same day. They were friendly, helpful, professional, and I felt like I was treated fairly and respectfully, even though I am an older female who drives a "mom" car. So beam riderz was always my fav stereo store but there not really around anymore so I had to find a good shop.i went to driven audio and was so impressed. I do all my own stereo setups in my cars but I had some component issues. So they brought out there tester and went through it and found the problem then helped me pick the perfect replacement for a good price without trying to force the installation on me.and they didn't even charge me for the diagnostic,which they could have.that proves there not gonna over charge u. And I'm sure there installation prices r rite where they should be as well as the quality of the work. When I got home I pulled the faulty distribution block then replaced it with the new block and "BOOM BOOM" They have a big selection with all the top tier brands for all vehicle and marine audio systems.id recommend anyone in the lower mainland to shop there for all there stereo needs.Best Buy,future shop, audio video,visions even beam riderz r no contest.perfect shop for DIY's or installations,il be doin a head unit upgrade next and il b shoppn there for sure and probably the install too.so check them out b4 u order online or drive all over the place to find other shops and there very easy to locate.they r 100% a 5 star rating. read more
