I was very impressed with Justin experience and knowledge on the BMW. I felt great trust even just over the phone with their advice. But my newly purchased dash cam failed after a couple of weeks of operation and had to be returned for a re-inspection. They claimed wiring is correct and can't diagnose the issue. I was told they need to replace my new cam system with theirs to resolve the issue. I took it for a second opinion before departing with my money. Another provider was able to fix the issue for under $100. The problem was a wiring one. SoundsGood should change its name to SoundsBad Auto.

Then he went on to not being able to answer even simple questions like do you have room to fit my boat, I don't know... I'm like okay I guess it's in, and he hung up. Really great way to attract customers. Maybe don't let children who know nothing of your business to answer your phones or allow them to speak to any customers. I'll take our fleet somewhere else where rude children are not allowed to speak to anyone.
