I didn't find out till after work while I was rushing to get there. then every time I call to make a new appointment, NO ONE EVER PICKS UP!! how is it that you cancel on me, then never call me back to reschedule and every time I call (during their work hours) No one is available to pick up the phone. Completely unprofessional. If someone has an appointment at least call a day in advance to reschedule your client. Not call 2 hours before you have to leave for your appointment, when people are at their own jobs working. I am so disappointed.

Kopec, MD Would Squarely Land Given Her Treatment Of Me and Others I Know. There were virtually no decent dermatologists in Bayonne, NJ. when I first sought care. My 1st. office visit with Dr. Anna Kopec was in 1990. A friend and colleague of mine was seeing her. She was my treating dermatologist for many years. I found Dr. Anna Kopec's demeanor to be rather off-putting. She seemed to be terminally virtually ill-tempered. She never smiled and was borderline nasty. She always seemed like she was playing what I would term "Beat-The-Clock" -- always treating you with one foot out the door, she would race to get as many patients in and out as possible. I overlooked her ill nature and behavior for many ears, but in the latter years, she grew nastier and became abusive in her behavior. It was then I decided to terminate her as my treating dermatologist. I now knew why my friend and former colleague, a former patient of Dr. Kopec, told me 20 years prior that she "she could not stand Dr. Kopec".

They took a biopsy and said my results will be ready in about a week. The next morning, I wake up and my rash has spread basically all over my body. I call Spring Street derm MULTIPLE TIMES AND LEAVE MULTIPLE CONCERNED VOICEMAILS AND NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME FOR THREE DAYS. The rash is spreading very rapidly at this point. The only way I was able to get a response from them was to physically show up to the office and demand that Dr. Wu call me at her earliest convenience. Dr. Wu called me back immediately and we set up an appointment for the following day, but no one from her staff had even alerted her of my concerns about the rash spreading. I'm really disappointed in this practice because I feel that if they had returned my calls earlier or taken my illness seriously, I wouldn't be dealing with this insane full-body rash right now. There is truly no worse feeling than dealing with an illness and feeling like nobody cares. This experience has honestly been so disheartening. The two stars I'm giving go to Dr. Wu who was great.

Dr. Clark managed to take what was virtually a bookkeeping error following a 10 minute appointment and turn it into two years of aggravation during which she made the worst business choices and behaved as badly as she possibly she could have and directed her staff to do the same. This culminated in my having to sue her in small claims court. I just received a check from Sheryl Clark in full settlement of my claim. If the doctor had just owned up to the mistakes made by her office and herself over the past two years, it wouldn't have had to come to this. Even if she were a capable doctor, I could hardly call her a decent human being. Would you believe the doctor actually tried to get me to sign a non-disclosure agreement just to avoid having me write a post like this. It would serve the doctor well to remember that New York is a city with an abundance of dermatologists - some of whom actually behave with integrity and treat their patients with respect. Put her name in the column marked "Not worth the trouble."

Her team of assistants and receptionist are super friendly, and make an effort to know your name and learn more about you. She offers great in office treatments but is not overly pushy. Dr. Brandstein assured me that I could call anytime if anything went wrong. I was hesitant at first and even told him I didn't want to bother him, but he insisted. So, when I called to explain my worsening condition, I was shocked by his response. Instead of the understanding I expected, he was very angry and unkind. This reaction was the complete opposite of the reassurance he had given me earlier. This left me not only feeling physically worse but also emotionally drained. It showed me just how important it is for medical professionals to maintain respect and care in their interactions. When trust is broken, it's hard to move forward, and this experience was a stark reminder of how much words and attitudes matter."

She comes in all disheveled and looks like she was partying the night before. She also can be heard on the phone yelling and screaming. Its shocking that she doesnt care about her customers waiting in her office. One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble of going there.
