I own a small business in Santa Rosa (25 employees) and have traditionally done all of my own interviewing and hiring. This has always been a time consuming and frustrating task. Certified Employment is the way to go if your looking for a job and need help. They are professional and polite and make you feel as if you have been friends for a long time. I never heard of them until they found my resume on another web site. I've been to my first interview and it's going great. Last time I was unemployed for 15 months because I only went through the News Paper and Job Link. Neither of them help. This time I've ben unemployed for only 1 1/2 months and even if I don't get this job I feel very confindent that I will be employed sooner then later. Check them out!
