I selected to go with this company because not only were they willing to help me deal with my homeowners insurance (Which wasn't much help) they also gave me multiple options to choose from so I could determine what I was willing to pay out of pocket. The others all just immediately went for complete roof repairs instead of looking deeper at my issues and my wants. They thoroughly explained each option along with the pro's and con's of each and did not try to persuade me either way which I enjoyed. Once I made my selection they kept me up to date on the supplies and when they would arrive as well as scheduling me as soon as possible as it is hurricane system and lets face it... it will continue to rain and could get worse. Overall, an enjoyable experience and I will be recommending this company to all my neighbors in my community.

There was a serious problem with the front door to my unit and swing-patio doors that open on to my side terrace. Over several decades the original doors had rotted and warped, water was leaking into my unit, destroying the hardwood floor near the side door and tiles near the front door, and creating a health hazard. An engineer friend of mine recommended 'Roofing & More.' I called them and from the outset dealt with courteous professionals who made clear they were committed to solving my problem expeditiously. Promptly they sent two experts to my house who skillfully assessed the problem. They spent considerable time with me explaining what needed to be done, thoroughly answering all my questions in terms a lay person could readily understand. Later they sent an expert to take exact measurements. In short order they wrote a detailed proposal breaking down the costs--to replace the front door and its frame and replace the 3 panels of the swing-patio doors on the side of my unit. The detailed proposal contained exact costs for the materials and the charge for installing the replacements. We agreed on the reasonable terms. They quickly ordered the replacement doors crafted to the exact dimensions required. When the replacement doors were finished they promptly scheduled the date for installation. In setting that date they were exceptionally accommodating of my busy schedule. On installation day, their team arrived exactly at the start time. They carried out the work of removing the old front door and old side swing patio doors with great skill. They installed the new replacements with professional care. The crafted replacements fit perfectly. They devoted time to testing the frames and threshold seals they installed ensuring they were watertight. They replaced the part of my hardwood floor that had been damaged by water coming through the old doors. The team did their tasks with consummate professionalism. Sheets of plastic they installed kept dust out of my home as they replaced the doors. They removed every scrap of packaging and any other debris resulting from the installation. They demonstrated to me the action of the new doors and it was clear that the installation was perfect. The workers on the team were obviously experts at their craft. The supervisor was friendly and the entire team was courteous and worked together admirably. The removal of the old components and installation of the new doors was completed in 5 hours. It was impressive. I had an expert engineer/architect look at the work the next day and he described it as outstanding. Given the high quality of the work, the total cost was reasonable. During the morning, while stripping the roof of its spent surface, the roofers used shovels, a leaf blower, or their hands to litter the old roofing onto the ground below completely without care for the surrounding area. They didn't even look before pushing things over the side and in one instance I was showered with roofing material from three floors above. When I tried to address it with one of the workers, I received an insincere apology delivered with a smile. I also overheard the supervisor say to the workers to let him know before they started laying the roof tiles so he could "show [them] how to do it." So you've hired roofers that don't know how to install roofing? No fault to my neighbors, of course. But it's clear that the company does not hire or train its workers to be skilled or courteous, so I would caution others when considering hiring them.

But in July 2025, the roof started leaking again. Since the roof and they work they did had a warantee, we called ASA to come repair. Twice, they scheduled with us to inspect, and never showed up. They finally did after weeks of numerous calls, voicemails and emails. However -- we never heard back from the inspection, and now, in September 2025 (months later) we had a big leak again. We emailed them to come back out and to hear the results of the July inspection, no answer yet (two days later). Not a great experience with ASA. Our initial experience, a full home window replacement, was excellence from product quality, installation, value and customer service. Once again, this has been our experience. A call to their Chantilly office, Sheryl had Joe scheduled for a consult the next day. Our vision: a sliding glass door to replace a pair of windows, allowing backyard access. Elimination of the adjacent window paned entry door and egress, enlarging our family room living space. From our vision, Joe proposed an alternative, balancing remaining windows and transom with a custom size ProVia sliding glass door. His revisions made significant enhancement to the room's footprint and allowed us to move forward with replacement our front entry door. Their quote was very competitive and we ended up going with them. On the day before installation, I got a call from Unicorp to confirm times and everything was ready. On the day of installation, the installers came within the time window and were very professional and efficient in the door installation.
