Outside of the initial estimate the entire project fell short in professionalism, responsiveness and ultimately in completing the job successfully. This company will happily take your money and go weeks without responding to messages. The quality of service is sub par. When I identified several issues during the roof install I immediately contacted multiple members of the RoofER team. I was assured that these items would be taken care of and assessed during the final walk through. When it came time for the final walk through that turned out to not be true. When they replaced the flashing on one of the skylights it was offset and looks awful. When I flagged this issue, their response was "for the skylight we reflash it we have to take them out and clean up underneath of it and place them back in place. We do our best to make sure it's done seamlessly but in older homes it's very hard. Any interior work is the customer's responsibility, it is sealed correctly." They admit it is not flush, but refuse any responsibility in fixing it. This perfectly sums up the entire experience with this company.

However, a few days later some debris/garbage from one of WGH's neighboring jobs ended up in our yard as it was a windy day, and the cleanup wasn't as thorough as it should've been so debris was left in our yard. Not a great situation, but what happened next really stood out. Martín, the owner, responded quickly, took full responsibility, and even came by in person to make sure everything was properly cleaned up. He was thoughtful, professional, and clearly cared about making things right. We appreciated the follow-through. Overall, it left a really positive impression.
