I scheduled a private showing for the car I inquired about and did a long test drive with my sales guy, James, in which I brought my family of 4 and he made us feel comfortable the entire time. The sales process was very smooth and all done within an hour or two. No back and forth or long drawn out paperwork/pitches you get at a regular car dealership. The car is gorgeous and was priced very competitively. Even after the sale, they have been extremely responsive with phone calls and emails with questions we had about the car. I've been looking for an used car and checked 10 cars at a few different dealerships in 3 days, and everywhere I went, the dealers had some "extras", some .."car service" they've done outside of the advertised priced, the usual BS and so now you had to pay for it, like it or not. But not with Jimmy. He isn't your average overly aggressive or sleazy snake oil salesman, that gives a bad name to many dealerships ..you know - the one breathing on your neck and pushing you to buy the car. Jimmy was very nice, relaxed and patient, allowing me to talk and ask questions. He answered any questions about the car, educated me on things I didn't know - what to look for in an used car and then left me to look at the vehicle and take photos. Eventually we went test driving without any pressure and rushing. He not only had a great price tag on the car I liked, but was very honest about the fees and there was nothing "extra" hidden in a small text. And since I am moving out of state in a few days, Jimmy advised me on the out-of-state transferring process, thus saving me bunch of money on the registration of the car. He is a very down-to-earth, honest, hardworking fellow, owning a small business and who works very hard (..including his son Cory) to keep a great name for himself and he's know for his honesty and great priced vehicles. I would buy more cars from Jimmy in the future, but I am sure the car I got from him is in such a great shape, that I probably won't see him for a long time.

Submitted a detailed request describing repair needed when appt scheduled online. Clarified when I…read morearrived the items needed because the rep had written down the wrong part. Confirmed cost as well, then left the car there for 6 hrs to get an oil change, change the battery for the emergency on call system and complete a software upgrade to remove the message on the dash. Picked car up & was told they couldn't clear the message & I should go to Volvo & pay $400, and tte mechanic literally asked how he was supposed to know the required repairs & upgrades for every car... I don't know, maybe the same way I did it - online research! So he said he changed the battery, so I bought a $ 14 cable & a3day membership to VIDA for $85 & did the upgrade myself, which took 4 minutes to complete... I believe I was speaking to the owner; he assumed when I described the repairs needed that I didn't know what I was talking about, misquoting repair amount & couldn't even do the job because he didn't care to research it. He wrote those charges off, but didn't address replacing the back brakes as requested either. I don't understand why he had my car for 6 hrs and failed to do half of what was requested. Won't go back .
