I will set the scene by saying that my appointment and service took place four and a half years ago. I have wanted to post a review in that entire time, but misplaced the invoice and could not remember the company name. We were new homeowners who had never gotten our sprinklers serviced in the few months we had lived there. We were expecting to pay 500$+ considering we thought underground pipes would need to be replaced. Kevin was here for several hours, made many fixes that have lasted this entire time. We are stupendously happy with the work done by Kevin and his team. We recently purchased a house in Ormond Beach and the irrigation system was in disrepair (it wasn't helped that I cut a line with a shovel). Marcus came out, install a new well valve, then inspected our entire system to maximize its coverage and make recommendations on options in the event we want to add more landscaping. Certified Outdoor Solutions has done a great job helping me with my sprinkler system. Their employees are hardworking and very polite! There were a few of the sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced and a couple of minor tweaks that needed to be taken care of, as well. They had everything on hand and it was taken care very quickly. I originally called them at the start of May, a very busy season, and they fit me in their schedule right away. They weren't able to make our original appointment because it was raining, but they came out the next day. I did have to contact the owner to verify that they weren't coming and also make sure they would be able to stop by the next day, however. I wish they had taken the liberty to contact me about this first. However, I understand this is a busy time of the year and they are a small business. Kevin came for the repair for the sprinkler system, he said it would cost approx $150.00. 2 hrs later after 2 times asking for the amount and told he did not have it together yet, it was $450.00. He did more then ask to do and replaced sprinkler heads that I just replaced within 6 months. Watch him he will take you for more then you ask for. read more

I spent a few days trying to find a service company for our sprinkler system that wasn't working. I asked for recommendations from Nextdoor website and was given a few company names. The first company never showed up for the appointment nor replied to my message asking why. The second and third companies that I called and left voicemail messages never responded. I contacted Kevin White who not only answered the phone but arrived at our doorstep within the hour, on a late Friday afternoon. Kevin not only explained the problem in easy to understand terms, but offered suggestions of ways of saving on water usage. He went to work right away to fix the problems we had with the system. Even though Kevin came during what other companies would call "after hours", his pricing was more than reasonable. We wasted time by calling other companies and waiting for responses which never came. We wished we would have called Kevin first. read more

I live out of state and had a sprinkler repair job that couldn't wait until we visited. I contacted this company based on reviews. He did the work but inconvenienced my neighbor because he looked at the job and then left and came back later. Why? Because it was lightly raining. It was one broken sprinkler. He ended up doing three sprinklers and charged me $226.00! When I asked for details he said it was three guys, but they don't break the bills down into labor and materials. Three guys for three lousy sprinklers? This company vastly overcharged and when I asked for a detailed breakdown he got nasty and said I could have my old sprinklers re installed. Owner is a real jerk. I guess he thought my being out of state gave him carte Blanche to gouge me. I will not be using this company again. read more

Promt service during a very busy time and we are from out of state and didn't have much time. Check the system and found broken pipes. Repaired the pipes and was working right in no time. Very courteous and saved the day for us. Highly recommend. read more
