And he fixed ours in a SINGLE DAY! Imagine a nice landscaped pool, out in the Texas Hill Country, with lots of trees and shrubs around it. Now fast-forward three years - with no swimmers, no chemicals, and no maintenance. And dozens (maybe hundreds) of froggies - from big bullfrogs to little fast ones to tadpoles. And a dark murkiness that made the bottom of the pool impossible to see - though it was full of sticks, leaves, and long-gone froggies. (And then there was the smell... 'Nuff said.) Yuck. Now imagine "Splashie" and his crew pulling up in their truck full of pumps, scrubbers, power-washers, and cleaning supplies. "Splashy" was un-fazed - said he had seen and fixed much worse situations. He said this would be fixed up today. (This was eerily similar to a Chuck Norris movie where the whoop-azz is about to happen...) We had to get some groceries in Kerrville, so left Splashy and his crew to do their thing. AND WHEN WE RETURNED, THE POOL WAS DRAINED, CLEANED, BRIGHT, AND FROGGIE-FREE! He worked over the pump and filters, then got the chemicals balanced out just right. And he returned the following day to add a little more sparkle to the decorative tile work around the edges. His price for the initial de-gunking was fair, his work was excellent, his attention to detail was great, and his communications and followup were exemplary. This man knows pools. And this man solves pool problems with some wicked/awesome pool voodoo. We were so happy, we signed up for his pool maintenance program - and now we can be Splashin' in the Hill Country until it gets chilly (October?). Absolute five-star recommendation for Splashy's Pool Service. And he's got a Website, offers online payments, has a Facebook presence - and answers his mobile phone!! Check the auto fill due to overfilling-came right out to fix The only negative I have is when doing the quarterly LLSP I haven't seen a report for quality of items, chemicals added, updates on what they've done. However, the last visit with the female and male personnel (last week) were outstanding and was showing me everything in addition to addressing concerns. I appreciated them doing this and hope they get made aware that they did a great job! Overall experience with KZP has been great! No complaints and don't regret any decisions made by going with this company...true to word every step of the way! Yes, may not be cheaper than others but please review the "quality and warranties" when reviewing the contracts. Definitely do some research prior to signing, learn which equipment is one versus another, structuring of the pool (pipe installed) etc. Understand the reputations of companies, Ie, Houzz app, BBB, google reviews etc. We plan to renew warranty as we have had several things happened and want to be covered as we have experienced great service for getting items addressed and can only imagine the cost if not covered.
