Mike is a nice enough guy. I was referred to Gruene years ago so tried using them again only to…read morefind out they've been removed from Thermospas recommended repair list. Long story short he installed a balboa controller that would only handle 4 pumps, problem is I have 5 pumps and a blower motor so I would have to have no blower motor and one of my seats not working or the wave on the lounger. Told me I had a blown #2 pump only to find out after Bell Pool and Spa actually repaired everything Mike didn't have power to the pump, thus not working. End result was he gave up removed the balboa controller and reimbursed my money for the new controller and left me with a NON working spa. All this after I think 5 different visits to the house to try to get the controller working. I would recommend Bell Pool and Spa that actually fixed my spa.
