Bobby Sue, the owner, responded to our request for housecleaning services and confirmed and assured my mom she would be able to help last Friday, however she never showed. We sent numerous text, and I personally called and left a voicemail asking if she was still planning on coming, and if not, politely asked for her to call us back to let us know. We heard nothing back and she never did show. Unreliable and very unprofessional.
