I attempted to use my Asurion insurance purchased via Amazon but they wouldn't repair the phone. They only wanted to refund me. So I contacted the shop and brought my phone in for an estimate. Most of my interactions were with Charlie. He was so helpful and professional. He provided me with a repair estimate and all the information I needed to go through my credit card insurance instead. They were able to repair my screen and I only ended up paying $100 out of pocket. They gave me a estimated repair time of 2 hours but completed the job in 45 min. I did have to return the next day because after my repair, my speakerphone wasn't working. They quickly took my phone and fixed the issue within minutes.
