I have consistently noticed that the station is poorly maintained and does not meet basic cleanliness standards. Specifically, the pavement around the pumps is disgusting covered in grime and debris, littered areas, filthy and vandalized pumps. Given that there is a school right behind the station it's concerning to think about the safety and well-being of the students who stop by in the mornings for snacks. This place is not only uninviting but personally dangerous. I can't recommend this gas station to anyone, especially with kids in the area. It's in dire need of cleaning and maintenance. I believe maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is not only crucial for customer satisfaction but also for public health and safety. Horrible staff especially the Assistant Manager by the name of Gloria De León who stereo type customers accuse my son of putting something in his pocket when I in reality he could not make up his mind what he wanted so she assume that he was stealing. Mind you prior to her accusation he had made two purchases in the store and rang up by the so call assistant manager Gloria De León . I had been coming here for years not no more and if you don't want to be accuse of false assumptions I advise you wouldn't either . With that kind of service I would not recommend it to my worst friends . This is the nearest Shell to where I live, but it is also the cheapest Shell in a 15 mile radius. If you join the Fuel Rewards program, you can also get 5 cents off a gallon. Other must know this too because it can get crowded at times. I haven't bought anything at the mini-mart and I pay by credit card so I don't usually interact with the employees unless there is something wrong with the pump (like it doesn't take my credit card or it can't print the receipt). I've never had a problem with any employee though. The automatic car wash seems really expensive so I definitely never do that. read more

We all don't expect perfection from drive-thru carwashes. It's a an in between meant to give off the illusion of a washed car until we can do so by hand or pay for a hand wash. This stations wash is garbage. I purchased the top wash, 10.99 and it does a once over pass on drying. That's just ridiculous and a scam job. The hose lines connecting soap/water valves do not close/work.. They leak. Instead of the rinse you get soap. In turn you get a soap spotted half ass drying attempt. Save your money, do it yourself. I had a bad experience at this gas station before, but I am not one to jump on yelp to cry about it the first time something goes wrong. Now it's the second time so I do have to take some time to let you know about this gas station. AVOID IT! The first time, the same man who claims his name is Armando and would not give me his last name (dark skinned, speaks broken English) took my 2, twenty-dollar bills and says THANK YOU! I go and start pumping gas and the pump stops at $20 only! I was like, WTH? So I go back in there and tell him, I paid for $40 of gas, where is my other $20? He goes, no MY LADY you only pay $20! I was outraged by his straight face while LYING HIS ASS OFF! I said, listen, I am NOT stupid! I paid you $40, I gave you two, twenty-dollar bills, and YOU KNOW IT! He then goes, no MY LADY, you didn't give me $40, you gave me $20 only! Pissed off beyond belief, I got close to him while pointing my finger at his face and said, listen, LITTLE MAN, you either give me the other $20 I just paid you, or I am calling the police right now! They will make you let them watch your stupid surveillance video and they will make you give me my money back! Not until then he goes, okay, I will give you another $20 in gas, but I know I am going to get in trouble! Ha! Needless to say, I have asked for a receipt every time I pay with cash for my gas after that one! No matter where I go, now I always ask for a receipt while they are counting my money! I go to the late-night window, I count my money before giving it to him and in his face so he knows I know exactly how much money I am paying him, I also buy the SUPER PLUS WASH for my car which costs $10.99, I ask him for a receipt for EVERYTHING, and this time there is no confusions with any amounts. The code for the carwash I bought was printed on the receipt so I drive up to the carwash after gassing up. I sit in my car while the machine washes my car. It never washes my tires, and it only put soap on it ONCE that's it! I was like, WTH? So I get the green light to get out, I go park on the side, and once again, I have to deal with Mr. THIEF! I go, listen, the carwash machine did not give me the wash I paid for. You can come look at my car, it had bird poop on the side window, and it's still there! At first he goes, I cannot go out there, the cameras are watching me and I am not supposed to go outside! I go, okay, then I will take a picture and bring it to you. I do, and he goes, oh okay well, you need to call the manager when she's here, I don't know what to tell you! Can I give this place NO STARS? I went in around 10:30am (6/5/14) and a mid twenties early thirties women with bad blonde hair & tan skin took my $20. How is it that I only get $7 of gas??? I go inside and she says "it stops at the amount" NO SH*T. I tell her I gave her $20 and she's behind the counter acting up. She says "I'll be right out" and I thought "okay she's trying to be courteous" NO.
