I have to give them another 5 stars again because let me tell you, I am having The Most MF'in exhausting day/week of my life and I feel like I'm about to drop from not being able to squeeze everything in in time on days of zero sleep and this is the one place that is just saving my ass. I love their first come first serve no BS straightforward fast efficient and cost worthy approach and Juan knows what he is doing, he also knew exactly what to do versus what not to do on my car before I get my 3M crystalline and tints installed so I'm glad I don't have to worry about any of that. George is also super knowledgeable with windows and modifications as well. Did I mention they are fast? So for my basic wash it was only $30 and now I'm scared everyone is going to start coming here making me have to wait Lol jk (actually not really lol I don't want that to happen!! Hahah but I will still be happy for them to have the business) but I'm so thankful for this place that's so close to me esp when I'm tired AF and low on time and it's not even worth going back home just to come back because by the time you order the pupusas and aguas Frescas in their lot (which are all so delicious btw, in fact their name is literally Deliciosas Pupusas, or at least that's what it said on their card? lol and they have salvadorian tamales and burritos and breakfast and everything else) and take a few bites well you might as well stay cause that's how fast everything is here with the car wash, and the food and refreshing aguas frescas on a hot day will make you want to stay anyway. I ordered THREE large aguas frescas lol. The cucumber lime is my favorite. I'm trying to finish it fast too lol. I found my new car wash! I got the regular car wash and it was extra dirty so I paid a total of $35. They did such an amazing job on the exterior and interior of my car, I felt like I got it detailed! Also, I feel like they really took their time with my car and went the extra mile. Staff - everyone was so incredibly nice and friendly! I have never been to a gas station where they actually talk to you, and ask you how your day was, so that was lovely. First off, let's start with that. You can get fresh pupusa's Agua Fresca, and your car wash at the same time. Yeah you got enough start for that alone, but this is a small business and the guys there are so friendly. They get your cars done like truly hand washed. They seem to take pride in the work that they do and it just seems like a pretty good work environment among the team. I'm pretty satisfied with my car when they're done with it my tires always gets shine. They clean the trunk they vacuum everything I think maybe one or two times that I've gone. It wasn't up to par because they were super busy. I'm pretty understanding so I don't complain much over all the cars like pretty clean. They also usually get my car done within 20 to 30 minutes so I appreciate that and I get a good space to sit in and good food to eat so I can't complain. I have an SUV so it's about $60 for inside and out They also give you an air freshener option, which I love. I always usually get the Victoria's Secret. It's best though that you bring cash or they'll take Zelle. read more

For $30 I think this spot is a great value for a hand car wash. The last couple of times we've come we've waited about an hour, which makes sense because there's usually a line on the weekends. They do a great job with the wash though. The best part is you can enjoy the delicious and fresh pupusas while you wait! Seriously these are probably half the reason I come here. I love how you can tell they are made fresh instead of being premade. My only qualm with this place (and the pupusa spot attached to it) is it's cash only. They do accept Zelle which is helpful but it's rare that I carry cash these days and I wish they would take card to make it a bit more convenient. read more

It was my first time at this car wash. From the very start, the staff was not attentive to their customers. I asked about their pricing and any packages and the gentlemen who assisted wasn't all that helpful. The prices are fair! I was okay with paying what they were asking, but when I got my vehicle back, I failed to check that the work was more of a lower price and very low attention to detail service. My rims, roof, entire car, and interior looked like the work was half done and or done with very little effort. I was very disappointed in myself for not checking before I paid. I've been to this place a few times and have had no problems in the past, but I noticed the last couple of times the guy who takes your car and you tell what type of wash you want automatically up-charges the price, when I questioned him, because their prices are listed, he replied that it's his call & does the pricing...so when I questioned him on that he came back with "you don't want your mats cleaned?"...seriously, the interior is/should be included in the price, then he mentioned water usage (they recycle their water). I had them wash my truck anyway & upon finishing I mentioned it to the person who accepts the pay & she agreed with me that I shouldn't have been charged extra & refunded the up-charge then said she would mention it to the manager. I'm giving them 4 stars because they do good job, 1 star less because of the pricing. They used to be very good and my go-to car wash since I live in the neighborhood but their quality of work has certainly gone down. Not sure if it's the employees or just lack of attention to detail that they used to have. Waited for an hour and a half to have my car detailed this morning and when it was finally finished they did not even wipe down the dashboard or door panels. There were still dust and smudges everywhere. The windows and rear view mirror was not even wiped down and still had dirt and streaks all over. I am very disappointed. I'm really disappointed in the service lately. I have been coming here for a few years and used to be happy with the service but lately they have gotten really sloppy. First off they raised the prices. Which wouldn't be a bad thing if the quality was worth it. The last few times I've gone they have neglected the inside of my car. Today was the worst experience. The inside was so sloppy. Nothing was wiped down. None of the windows (inside) and side view mirrors were cleaned. The back seat wasn't properly vacuumed. Really good quality HAND car washes at this joint. I had my previous car ceramic coated and was strongly advised to stay away from any wash that puts your car through the brushes, and let me tell you that it is HARD to find a good quality hand car wash. They take their time and do great work. They clean the interior well but I don't think it includes the trunk. They can also thoroughly wash your mats at an extra cost. The price has increased with inflation over the years but it's still worth it. It also helps that there's an authentic pupusa spot here. With my new car having PPF, I look forward to coming back here for my washes. read more

I strongly advise against visiting this place. My first red flag was the pricing; I opted for the $30 wash, but they charged me an additional $5 for "extra dirty" cars. After inspecting my vehicle, I noticed that the touchscreen was still covered in dust, and the dashboard was also dirty. It looks like my car wasn't even washed properly--there are water marks and dirt all over. My rims are smudged, too. For the prices they charge, the service is subpar. Originally, I came here to wash my front passenger seat because my homie barfed on it. He had too much to drink. It seeped over the seat to undereath it. So I had to find a cleaner for it. I was limited because A) I only got only find full detailing which is really expensive B) willing to partial clean for bodily fluids but still charge more because bodily fluids damages equipment However, this place was willing to do it for less than 100 and the next day. Took them maybe 2 hours and my car was pretty clean. Car smelled like soap for a few days but can't tell it's been soiled ‍ Additionally, I have been here to wash my car's. They use a machine to wash and hand dry as well. They're 4 stars because the cleaning could use more details. I estimate they get 80-90% of the dirt and muck. But for $25 I'll take it since it takes them ~45 minutes to wash, clean, vacuum (?), Wax... I'll take it. I just chill in the shade on a seat or I could be eating a pupusa. They have stamp cards for when you visit. They have lunch hours. So plan accordingly. read more

Really wanted to try out this car wash, but could not find it. Used GPS to drive to the address and it's a residential neighborhood. Drove around the block 3-4x and there was zero sign of any car wash. Called the location to inquire about the address and they repeated the same address on Yelp multiple times. I asked 2-3x if it was in a residential neighborhood and where to turn in. They just kept repeating the address and were unable to provide any additional guidance. Huge disappointment as their reviews are decent, but the car wash is not visible from the street, I didn't locate any signage, and whomever answers the phone couldn't provide any guidance. read more

When you first pull up, drive into a parking spot. From there, they will take care of your car as you sit in the outdoor area that is very clean and relaxing. They have music and you can enjoy some tacos, snacks, and drinks. The cost is $20 for a regular wash for cars and it goes higher the bigger car you have. The exclusive (regular) includes vacuuming, hand wash, dusting, and spray wax. The time is probably about 20 minutes if you are first in line. Results: I thought they did a very good job vacuuming compared to other places. It looked like they vacuumed the seats even thought they weren't visually dirty. They also got the majority of the car on the outside. The only thing complaint I have is that they missed the word "hi" written on my trunk and didn't dust the dashboard area in the driver seat. Most HONEST Review. I wanted to try out a new car wash, and so I decided to give this place a chance. The pros: I liked that they had a place to sit down and relax in the shade. They also have a food vendor, and the food smelled good. The car wash employees were polite and had good customer service overall. Cons: As you may see in my pictures, there were a lot of minor mistakes. It looks like the car was not cleaned properly all the way because there were dry spots everywhere. Unfortunately I was a little dissatisfied with the car cleaning because it looked like my car had been washed a few days ago when in reality it should look completely spotless. I believe instead of 25$ they should charge 20$ for regular wash. And I only write this review because this place has a lot of potential and can improve just a little bit. I purchased my friends car that had been garaged for 4 years, so the car had a pretty thick coat of dust on it. I was too lazy to wash it myself so I drove here to get it done professionally. I got here around 4pm and there was only one car being worked on at the time, so they got around to my car pretty quickly. The guy behind the counter asked if it was my first time here so I said yes and he said he'd hook it up (nice!). So I paid and went to chill out in their patio area while they worked on my car. The did the exterior wash pretty quickly but it was a good clean job and then they went to work on the interior. THis part actually took a while, which I was hoping meant they were doing a thorough job on the car. ANd you know what it was pretty thorough but with some caveats. LIke after they cleaned the car and I went around to pick up my car, I did a quick inspection of the car. One of the guys left his beats earbuds in my cup holder, which i told them about and returned. They also found a white plastic dessert tray under one of the seats, but they left that in the back seat of the car after they had finished, so that was a bit careless. Everything else looked good. And then I drove home, but on the way I needed to park my car so I went to check grab a quarter. They went through the change tray and stole about 3 dollars worth of quarters, so I didn't have the change I was expecting to use for the parking meter. But they left behind a weird beaded ring in the change tray. I didn't think that I'd need to hide my change (especially $3.00 worth). They did leave behind the dimes , nickels and pennies (thanks i guess?!?). SO overall the job they did was pretty ok, I did notice that there was some washer mitt dryer lint thing on like my driver door and they weren't super thorough with the glass cleaning on the interior, there was still some spots that were like dusty/greasy. Overall, I'd say it's a wash, it was a very dirty car and it did look a lot better, but the whole leaving things behind in my interior and also stealing my change was kinda weird. If I ever come here again, I guess i'm gonna hide my change or at least make sure there's no quarters. read more

The Ming guy at the entry gave me a price for my car , that is the size of a Corolla. When they watch the Karma the daughter gave me a price for Mid size car, and charge the extra for extra soiled . This is my go-to car wash place whenever I want it hand done. The guys do a really great job making my car look shiny and clean! I pay $20 for a regular wash -- which includes vacuum/dusting of the interior. I went here last weekend and my car is still looking fresh. I haven't seen my tires look this clean in a while. They have food available for purchase while you wait by the chairs/picnic tables and complimentary water bottles. I've ordered the pupusas before, and they were good! I would typically bring a book with me to pass the time or I just watch them do their thing and track to see what stage my car is in (easy viewing). They'll yell out the model of your car once its complete! Remember to have cash on you for payment and tip! Pay inside the little door where the tip container is at -- inquire about the stamp card! My poor baby needed a wash and I happen to be in the area on a Tuesday afternoon. You enter in a short driveway off Alhambra Ave, between Dorchester Ave and Covina St, and they have a sign noting to wait before pulling into a stall. I was greeted promptly, and the only car there at the time. They have canopies so that your car is washed in the shade. The guy hand washed using a high pressure hose and washed the car very quickly. They then pull it into a different area, also shaded, for the vacuum and wipe down. There was only one car that arrived shortly after mine, but they had multiple people working on each car to make it quick and efficient. They announce your car is ready (make and model) over the speaker. They accept cash only, and there's a tip jar just outside their office and I was told they share the tips. I paid $20 for the basic hand wash, which includes wash, wheel clean, vacuum, interior dusting, window cleaning, tire shine, spray wax and air freshener. There's a nice shaded outdoor waiting area with benches, chairs and umbrellas. There's also a taco stand but it didn't seem to be open at the time I was there. You'll exit from the back alley. All in all, prompt and friendly service and I would visit again. Only cons were that I don't think I got the air freshener (they also didn't ask which scent I wanted), and I can imagine on a busy day, it could be a little crowded and a backup entering from such a short driveway off a busy street. read more
