A cute little closet/getting ready area.

I mean...how cute is this little hotel? If you want to stay in the heart of the strip comfortably for less, this is the place. But the real draw is how sweet the owners are. You literally feel like you're family. Both husband and wife are lovely. You can tell how proud they are of their first hotel endeavor. The bed is big with comfortable linens. Very comfortable and bright design. There's a place up front that has breakfast and lunch but don't think there's room service. Coffee in registration after 7A. Good Wifi. Good amenities in the bathroom though less counter space. My main critique would be the lack of charger next to the bed. There was some sort of plug in the side lamp but that didn't work for me. Overall, lovely stay. Recommend!

(My review is also posted on Google) When my flight home got cancelled, i decided to get a room for the night at the Nirvana Hotel rather than having to pay to extend my stay at Mandalay Bay. I had seen a YouTube review about this place by JacobsLifeInVegas, so i knew it would be decent. But honestly this was the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. Plus probably the only strip hotel to include a mini fridge for personal use. It's just a quick walk from Nirvana to Mandalay Bay or Luxor. It even offers some pretty good views of the strip. Plus a zen garden. You can tell this building is old, and that it was originally built to be a motel, but the current owners have definitely put a lot of effort into making this place a quant, clean and safe place for visitors not looking to spend an arm and a leg.

Close enough to the action but far from the chaos. Quiet. Breakfast delivered to your door. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again.

My stay was short and I was out in the early AM. The room was as comfy as could be. Itsmelled good due to some fresh eucalyptus. plenty of toiletries and the AC worked well. Old School block walls!!! so Quiet. Close to a liquor store. Close to the airport. perfect location for my trip. great folks.

Newly Renovated hotel close to the airport with a zen garden and lots of special touches. New owner is delightful and eager to please. Breakfast was delivered to the room in a super cute picnic basket with breads, fruit, eggs and juice.

My husband and l stayed only for a night but it was enough to leave a great impression that we'd come back. We were greeted warmly by the staff especially the owner Sandy. She let us know that if we needed anything to let them know and that breakfast would be delivered in the morning. She introduced us to the chef named Alon who runs the onsite foodtruck named Blvd Eats/Shishlik Grill. He invited us back for happy hour to enjoy pizza and wine in the zen garden. The room was cozy and clean. It being a newly updated hotel, the mattress and linens were new. Nice plush robes were available with a lovey accent eucalyptus branch tucked in. I loved the added touches throughout the room and bathroom as well. We returned to partake in happy hour and requested a whole pizza with white wine. We sat in the peaceful zen garden while enjoying music playing while eating our pizza which was by the way, delicious! We retreated back to our room for the night. We slept soundly and breakfast was brought to us by their chef in a cute basket. A variety of appetizing items were delivered and the best were the delectable eggs that just seemed to taste better than your usual hotel eggs. This came with perfectly seasoned potatoes and slices of bacon. We were offered to pick up fresh coffee if wanted. Overall, the stay, food and hospitality were above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

    Nice quality robes

After a long flight, stepping into Nirvana was so peaceful and I felt instantly relaxed. My fiancé and I didn't know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, hospitality, and amenities.

When I arrived, by rideshare, I was dropped off at the front entrance. It was super busy and there were a whole lot of cars. I walked into the lobby with my luggage and went to the registration counter. The person who checked me in was awesome. After receiving my room keys, I made myself up to my room. I had to walk through the casino, and there were a lot of people inside. It seemed like a very lively place to be. I got to my elevator area and it was great because they have guards verifying that only hotel guests are entering the room towers. They have a scanning machine where you scan your room key to verify that you are a valid guest. This made me feel very secure and happy about where the conference chose to host us. I had stayed at the Palazzo before and I was super impressed with that property in this resort. Let me tell you the Venetian was five or six star to me. This place is super luxurious and well appointed all throughout. My room was absolutely fabulous, very clean, smelled awesome, and I didn't itch at all during the whole week of staying in this room and sleeping in this bed. The marble floors of the bathroom were phenomenal. The shampoo, lotion and conditioner, plus body wash was amazing and smelled wonderful. I will happily stay here again and I signed up for their Venetian rewards before I came. Unfortunately, my $1700 stay did not make it onto my Venetian rewards account for some reason, I even paid 2 months in advance. I went to the Front Desk of Venetian rewards when I checked out and they were not able to help me to apply the $1700 stay to my Venetian rewards. This was super disappointing and so I should have taken a star off for that, but the stay experience was awesome. The pool complex is amazing as well as the conference center. Everything at this resort is fantastic and I highly recommend going to the: Grand Canal shops to peruse, enjoying the gondola rides, the wonderful shops, being able to go to the Wynn property, and the Palazzo property, from this location, was all awesome. ( I'm a fan....so ) but wait!... the scent as you walk in, very slightly there, and I can't even name it, but it's PERFECT. We got a room facing the strip for the night lights, however the sunrise was the real show stopper. There are some really comfy chairs to sit right at the floor to ceiling window to take it all in ... or you can see it from the comfort of your bed. What was missing was a coffee maker and robes in the room. I like to have a cup when I wake up. We are not big gamblers, more people watchers, so we walked through the casino. I did not notice one cocktail waitress on the floor. Is this a new thing? A few ( and only a few) people had drinks. The bathroom is spacious and has all the things!!! I love a tub in a hotel and this tub is the perfect size and angle to lay your head back for the ultimate soak. There is a tv screen in the mirror for your morning news or music videos.... Or a window shade that can go up or down for privacy or to look directly through the room out to that view I mentioned. Ahhh. If you come, be sure to visit baby cakes ( they're in house sweets shop- conveniently located on your way to the elevators ) for gelato or ultimate baked deliciousness or coffee drinks omg it's dangerous.... Overall, a lovely hotel off the strip ( but close enough) at a great price. We will return!

I went to M for a concert and was greatly disappointed in the whole experience…read more I understand that M is not entirely responsible for every aspect of the concert experience but there are a few things worth mentioning. I'll start with the parking and the way traffic was directed. For this specific concert it was very confusing, and the lack of signage did not help. Getting out of the parking garage was the most difficult and it took about 30 minutes. Also, when the concert was announced online, there was no mention that it would be held at the pool. So this concert was held by the pool in 107° weather and it was not fun at all. I could be wrong about this, but the band only played 1 hour 20 minutes and I think it's because it was so darn hot. And I was not happy about this at all. If I was overheating being in the audience, I can't even imagine how much hotter it was up on stage with the lights, smoke, leather pants... lol. So in the future, if there is a concert held at the M I would make sure to research and make sure that it's not at the pool in summer. So basically, I paid $175 per ticket to go see a band at the pool totally not worth it especially since they only played less than two hours. For those who wanna know I saw Stone Temple Pilots and unfortunately it was not worth my time or money. After this experience, not only will I probably never go to the M resort to see a concert, but I also will never again go and see Stone Temple Pilots. If you're gonna pay almost $200 per ticket and spend three hours of your time preparing and driving there you gotta at least give me two hours of your time for it to be worth what you're charging. The other thing I want to mention is the security guards and customer service staff weren't very efficient in crowd control. People were just gathering right in front of us who paid $175 for their tickets and it took about 30 minutes to get all these clowns out of the way so the rest of us could enjoy the concert. In my personal opinion this might've been one of the worst concerts I've ever been to and it really left a bad taste in my mouth concerning STP. Sadly I believe STP died the day the original front man died. RIP Scott Weiland. You are greatly missed.

There are separate elevators going to the Reserve Rooms. However, it is still shared with some of the upper floors from Park MGM. I know that other hotels on the strip have separate elevators exclusively for separate parts of the hotel. I really enjoyed my Atelier room. It was a little bit larger than the standard room. The distinguishing factor about this room is really the bathtub in the room. However, the bathtub itself seems to be a liability for the hotel. I have to say that someone can easily slip and fall in the bathtub. Use extreme caution when using the bathtub. I loved the European french decor. The toilet was a little far away from the bed, but I suppose that is good if you are traveling with somone so when they went to the restroom, it would be less noticable (more privacy, less noise). Since they are hardwood floors, I can hear chairs being moved around from the rooms above me during my stay. I was a little bit irked. Other than that, my stay was quite enjoyable at The Reserve.

Speaking of location this place is in a very good location putting many establishments within a short walk or inexpensive rideshare. This is one of those hotels where there is plenty to do within the walls of the hotel........except gambling. There is no casino in this hotel as with many hotels and I enjoyed that aspect. The great part is that this location is located near what was once known as CityCenter and is now known as the Aria Campus. This is where plenty of newer buildings are located and plenty to do in this area. Check in and customer service were spot on. Of course, this being the Waldorf Astoria there are aspects of customer service you expect to find here that goes beyond other hotels. I especially like it when all your included amenities are explained without having to ask or even explain it to the front desk. The hotel staff comes early in case your room needs a refresh but if you leave your room later, they will leave a nice little paddle on your door to let you know they stopped by. It is very easy to reschedule a time for them to come back and may not be needed since they clean your room everyday. I mentioned to the front desk that I needed something and from the time I spoke with the front desk to going to our room on the 17th floor it was already in the valet door. A good stay but there were a few attention to detail aspects that could be worked on. I noticed there was a significant accumulation of dust at one of the vents. Also masking tape was used to keep the shower door sweep in place. Not something you would expect to see in the flagship brand within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio.
