Avoid this property. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We checked in around 9:00 PM after a long day of travel with two young children. The room we were assigned did not match the photos or description on the listing. The windows were completely blocked, leaving the room feeling fully enclosed. This was never disclosed before booking. I have claustrophobia, and upon entering the room I experienced a panic attack. I immediately informed the property and requested that the reservation be canceled because I could not safely stay in that room. Instead of showing empathy or offering a reasonable solution, the staff were rude and dismissive. I also contacted Booking.com while I was still at the property. Based on the guidance I received, I left the hotel and had to urgently find another place to stay late at night while traveling alone with my two young children. This caused significant stress and unexpected financial loss. My biggest concern is that this type of room is not clearly disclosed in the listing. Guests deserve accurate photos and descriptions, especially when conditions like blocked windows or enclosed rooms could have a serious impact on someone with claustrophobia or other medical conditions. I strongly urge future guests to read reviews carefully before booking this property. Transparency and guest safety should always come before misleading listings. I hope both the property and Booking.com take this seriously so that no other family has to go through what we experienced. read more

Update: The host response below is bot. It posted 2 minutes after my post and just the same template response. Booked a suite at Palm Place. This corporate-managed unit is the worst of both worlds: zero hotel support and zero private-host hospitality. Despite requesting early check-in, the room wasn't ready at 2:00 PM. I returned at the 4:00 PM check-in time and still waited in the lobby until 4:40 PM to get inside. Inside was a disaster. The room was dirty, the Wi-Fi was broken, the toilet was clogged, the curtain was stuck, and the bathtub wouldn't drain. The host told me to contact the hotel, but hotel staff came up only to declare it a private unit and say they couldn't help. They passed the buck back and forth until I sent an angry message, only to be told maintenance wouldn't arrive until after 11:00 AM the next day. Infuriated, I stayed up past midnight with Airbnb support just to switch hosts. Unbelievably, despite the unlivable conditions, they had the audacity to charge me over $300 for a partial stay and a cleaning fee. Easily the worst stay in my travel history. read more

I love the Strip View Suites..this is my 3rd time booking with them at my favorite Vegas hotel the MGM Signature. They give the best price rates for staying at the MGM Signature. The room are always clean and up to standard when I arrived. I get all the perks from the MGM Signature and the MGM hotel. You don't get daily house keeping, but I'm a clean person and don't kept my room messy. They supply lots of towels and stuff for a 7 day stay. If you need more supplies or any service their phone number is posted in the room. I will be booking with them again in the future. read more

We booked a Suite at Palms Place for this past week through AirBNB that was managed by Strip View Suites. ***To be clear, this review in no way reflects our experience with Airbnb or Palms Place. Both companies addressed our concerns and offered timely, appropriate assistance. This review is solely about Strip View Suites, whose standards for customer service and property quality were far below what we know Airbnb to represent. We specifically booked this listing to stay in a particular suite. However, we were not notified in advance that our room was unavailable. Instead, we were informed upon arrival by the Palms Place front desk -- not Strip View Suites -- that our unit could not be released due to a power issue. This resulted in a 1 hour and 17 minute delay at check-in. The replacement unit was not comparable to what we booked. It had visible stains on furniture and pillows, a peeling headboard, a sink that did not drain, a bathtub that was dirty and would not seal (making it unusable), and a TV with severely pixelated and blurry picture quality, etc. Despite repeatedly raising these issues, Strip View Suites never resolved them. We were continually told the situation was "under review," promised that a manager would contact us, and assured a full resolution prior to checkout -- none of which happened. No manager ever reached out. Ultimately, the refund we received came almost entirely through Airbnb, not the host. We later learned through Airbnb that waiting until AFTER checkout limited the host's ability to provide more than a partial refund. Given the repeated delays and lack of urgency, this was especially disappointing. We chose Airbnb specifically to select a particular room and receive attentive, individualized service. Instead, we experienced last-minute changes, poor room conditions, and a complete lack of accountability from Strip View Suites. We would not recommend this host. **EDIT** As noted by the owner, we did receive a partial refund from SVS only after involving Airbnb. SVS did not attempt to resolve the issue until after checkout, which limited their responsibility to a 30 percent refund based on the nightly rate, not the total amount paid. In reality, the $85.50 refund amounted to approximately 18 percent of our total cost. SVS charges fees for early check-in, late check-out, and even unexpected delays, yet offered compensation far below those standards for THEIR unexpected delay. While we understand that unexpected issues can occur, the problem was not the issue itself but how it was handled. We were never proactively contacted by SVS, despite them knowing of the change, and only learned upon arrival. Promises of manager follow-up and resolution before checkout were made and never honored. The lack of communication, urgency, and accountability is why this experience was handled so poorly. read more

My husband and I did a staycation for our one year wedding anniversary and we utilized a studio at The Palms Place provided by Strip View Suites. The studio was clean and this particular room was conveniently close to the elevator. The price was so much better booking with them directly instead of through third party apps. I will definitely utilize them again. My only complaint was the mattress was not very comfortable for the type of bed that they have in the room, I woke up very sore and felt like I slept on the wooden planks that were underneath the mattress. Stayed at the Palms Place this weekend for a birthday celebration. I booked my reservations through American Express travel. Unknowingly, my room was reserved with Strip View Suites. The experience was absolutely terrible. From check in to check out. The room was not functional, filthy, and smelled the pungent stench of sewage. Strip View Suites at Palms Place wanted to know about the experience, and it was absolutely awful. Here are pictures! There are plenty more to share. From broken TV's, broken bathroom fixtures, all appliances in the kitchen not working, ripped curtains. The list goes on. Not to mention, Crystal refused to help, hung up on me when I called, then sent my call to voicemail each time I called back. I do not recommend this business or the Palms Place. We should have stayed at the motel 6, as the accommodations would have been much better! read more

Me and hubby was there for the holiday weekend Fri- mon Check In was pleasant quick and easy. We had the PH studio suite with balcony on high fllor which is nice and I must say it was clean, roomy. No issues.. I believe the room with had was private owner. Didn't come with housekeeping bc of private owner however the room was well equipped with lots of extra towels, blankets, sheets and pillows. Also had a jacuzzi tub and kitchenette. There was a iron and board that's a pluse. I love on the outside foyer area you can close doors to hallway. We really enjoyed comfy beds. The room was everything and more. We will definitely be back. There is also free 24 hrself park and valet. Valet close at 130 AM in tower 1 however there also valer at Tower 2 n 3..here a tip when they tell you valet full just tip them they will look out for you. I hope others enjoy the stay as I did. I've booked with Strip View Suites since 2022 staying at the MGM Signature Towers multiple times a year in different suites. I feel they offer the best deals on suites in Vegas. Have there been issues with units? Sometimes. However, when I see something, I always message them and they promptly reply and take care of any issue in a reasonable amount of time. I like the fact that you can either call or text them and they respond promptly. One constructive feedback I'd like to provide to the company is that they should try to reduce the the amount of paperwork/emails you receive when you book directly with them. I feel a single email with a request for all requirements should be provided instead of multiple emails being send one after another with different requests. That being said, I've never had an issue with any of my bookings. read more

This was by far the worst stay I have ever had. Me and my husband travel to vegas on special occasions and we only enjoy staying at the palms place. This time we booked strip view suites through Expedia. It was the worst decision we could have ever made. I have never experienced anything like this, it was worse than a motel. There was visible mold and dirt on our comforter and upon contacting stripviewsuites for a new comforter they told us that housekeeping said it was not mold or dirt and that what we had pictured was feathers from the blankets (housekeeping never came - this judgement was made from a photo) I only was requesting a new comforter, not any other type of compensation and I was still declined a new comforter. On top of all of this, I requested a late check out and was told there would be a 50$ fee. I have never had any of this happen to me through any host through the palms place. This was a great house. It had everything that we needed. They were very responsive with any questions we had. There were some minor things that could've been better but weren't deal breakers. The laundry room's light needs to be brighter to actually be able to see in there and the master shower had some mildew. I would maybe suggest putting in a pool or at the very least, making some improvements in the backyard. But overall the place was great. I would rent from Strip View Suites again! read more

OK, sweet room. Suite @ the MGM towers, 2 rooms with a common outer door so they can be independent or shared, everyone had a key that worked both doors. Great view, and the place was clean and comfortable. But the amenities were perplexing. They had like 4 coffee makers and they provided Nespresso pods (both types), but no Nespresso coffee makers. There was no cream or sugar, just the face stuff, but a whole bag of coffee. There were almost no regular glasses, but they had champagne flutes. One side had and kitchen and the other a kitchenette, but the kitchenette has no pots or pans and 1 lid (?). There were no where near enough towels, the soap dispenser was nearly empty. On a recent girls trip to Vegas, my sister booked our room through Airbnb. Upon arrival, desk staff were welcoming and helpful, allowing us to leave our bags at bag drop until our room was ready for check in at 3pm. After a few hours on the strip, we came back to check into our room at 3:15, and were shocked when we walked in to see that the housekeeping cart was still there, the bed had linens thrown on it, and there were remnants of potato chips on the floor. There was a lady from housekeeping cleaning the adjoined room, and she called a supervisor to see what happened to the original cleaner for the room. She ended up cleaning it for us, and was extremely friendly and accommodating. This service needs to make sure all rooms are ready and available when guests are checking in to avoid wait times longer than check in time. The delay caused us to be late for our dinner reservation at 5:00 because we didn't have access to our room until after 4pm. read more

the access to all the towers was very nice. getting discount on show tickets for being a MGM property was great. All the amenities was a plus. A clear list of what is expected for us to do with excess garbag, what they ex us to clean up would have been great. When checking in late if there is a problem having someone to talk to and not just a number to call ( having them say they are closed) would be great. The room was very comfortable and had all the essentials for our 3 night stay. One thing we liked was the room had vinyl planking instead of carpet which made the room appear cleaner. Stayed at strip view suites for 4 nights I personally loved my experience the rooms were very nice and spacious bed was comfortable and the view was amazing i was on the 35th floor and got the king room suite with the mountain view. My only complaint would be that some neighbors were being very loud blasting music and also the parking was a little far unless you're using valet parking which is free. But over all the value and quality of the hotel is outstanding definitely will be staying here in the future again. read more

I recently stayed at The Jockey Club Strip View Suites and was pleased with our suite for the most part. The location was excellent, right in the middle of the Strip, and our room had a great view. While the room was simple, it was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. All of our interactions with staff were very pleasant, and anything we needed was addressed quickly. My only complaint would be the noise. The window was not sealed well so I could hear everything outside our room. There was a beep, such as from a delivery truck backing up, throughout the night that often kept me awake. Otherwise, I had no complaints about our stay at The Jockey Club. read more

Rented a room at Palms place . Now, I had no idea what strip view suites was as I got the room through hotels.com. I could have done a more thorough job looking up the company. So you will get a slightly, and I mean slightly lower cost room then you will just booking a regular hotel room through Palms place. Granted, there are no resort fees but .... there is a $140 property fee which I assume goes to maintaining the place. However, my unit was definitely lacking! First thing I needed to do, dust the place. So much glass you can see it just sitting there!!! We were reminded several times we would not have regular housekeeping but this was a bit much.
