They overcharge every set, once paid in cash and instead of asking if i wanted to tip just took all the cash and said have a good day. one time i didn't want them to rip off my grown out acrylics so i did it on my own at home and when i went in they judged and laughed at me telling me that's not okay, when they would've done the exact same thing. She not only said it once but twice!!! How management (whoever you are) allows such behavior is beyond me, it's not funny, it's very unprofessional, and disrespectful for a consumer to watch. My tech stopped partway through my set to tell me to relax.... The feeling of relaxing is far from the truth, and how can someone relax. Never once did the nail technician apologize or say she was joking for the comments she expressed today!
