Communication was poor, and I felt like I was getting nowhere. Since then, the dealership stepped up. They refunded the full $1,500 and worked with me to resolve the underlying issue. I appreciate them standing behind the sale and making things right. I'm happy to update my review to 5 stars. I've always been loyal to Toyota, and because of how they handled this in the end, I fully expect to buy my future Toyotas from this dealership.

We tried something used, but everything in the price point had more miles than Her trade was presenting that was just fine with 51k miles. We were helping Her build and get at least Apple carplay ! LOL... Not only did we hit the budget number for Her , we were able to reach a little more for a really nice Altima SR with premium edition in the exact color She adored. No games from Jeff and Jimmy. You can call and try to speak to someone that gives you pricing and over the phone information that doesn't required a Dentist extraction on the phone or text. What a received in a 30 second phone call was what we received. I leased a second car for my son at Mount Holly Nissan dealership for no other reason than it's easy to roll over. That's it. Not because this dealership is special or they employ super personnel there or their 24k car is better than Fords 24k car. It was just easier for me, my time is valuable. DO NOT BUY from this dealership if the DETAILS of your signed paperwork matter. This is the second time over two separate leases thaT EITHER at the signing moment /day and time something was not on paper the way it was presented , or that post delivery of the car some issue that is not and SHOULD NOT be your responsibility is now going to cost you the buyer money out of pocket. I would NOT send a friend or member of my family there if details matter to that person. My situation has still not been resolved as of March 15 2026. If they do the right thing , I'll gladly retract this review.
