When everything goes right it is great but it might mean you just got lucky. It was about an hour and a half wait, despite making an appointment ahead of time. Instead of providing a timely service, the "manager" performing the inspection was talking on the phone repeatedly. After the long wait, he claimed rear lights were needed and the emergency brake needed to be tightened. I then questioned the results of the inspection and stated that the brake works on a hill, which is its purpose. Instead, he goes to the car and presses on the gas with the brake on, the car moved forward about an inch. I also asked to see the lights he claimed were burnt out. Of course, he could not find them. I then repeatedly asked to speak to his boss before leaving the location and he would not comply. He would not even supply his name and phone number. I took the car somewhere else and completed the inspection with no issues. Terrible experience and waste of time and money.

Instead, Scott misdiagnosed the issue and performed an unnecessary repair that ultimately caused additional damage to my car. Within 24 hours of leaving the service, all of the oil had leaked out due to an incorrectly installed part. As a result, I had to take my car to another mechanic, who was able to properly diagnose and fix the problem--something Scott was unable to do. When I contacted Scott to explain the situation and request a refund, he initially refused. After pressing the issue, he said he would "get back to me," but never did. I made multiple attempts to reach him via phone and text, all of which were ignored. I have still not received a refund and am now pursuing further action to address the damages caused. This was an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
