Established in 2022.

Bake Me Happier is a biscotti bakery in Gallup, NM. We love distinctive flavors, regional cooking and sharing with others. Our flavors are not like any you’ve seen in biscotti baking before. Bake Me Happier specializes in uncommon tastes, like Mexican Choco Loco and NM True Blue Corn. We also offer more traditional biscotti, like our Classic Almond and Cranberry Craze. Even though we offer distinctive, non-traditional flavors our biscotti are made in the traditional way. Every loaf is hand rolled, hand sliced and baked twice to create the crispy cookies you’re hoping for. Clients inspired me to start the bakery! People sample my biscotti and their faces break out in smiles. Their eyes get big and they say, “Wow! That’s really good!” Then they run to find their mom or text their partner or BFF, so they can taste it, too! That’s what it’s about. Giving people that WOW experience. ​This year Bake Me Happier participated in the SW Chocolate and Coffee Fest. We had an amazing time!

Meet the Business Owner: Debra E.

Hi, I'm Debra, the owner of Bake Me Happier. I started baking when I was a child. My grandma influenced me, and I was fascinated by her flour sifter and Kitchen Aid mixer! I'm food handler certified and am currently home-based. I write my own recipes and enjoy using local flavors to create a unique biscotti experience. But there’s more to me that you should know. I’m also a nurse and a wife. I’m fascinated with nutrition and healthy eating, so I use the best of ingredients. I've worked as a wellness coach and try to eat healthy foods myself. And I am determined to give my customers the same. I hope you explore our menu and try our biscotti. Bake Me Happier wants to help you celebrate the moment. Because YOU matter.
