The mechanic that answered some questions for me was very nice. Everyone was polite. Finance and sales always answered my questions even after the sale, including when I decided to cancel the extended warranty. They provided Car Facts on the cars. The not so good, but not unexpected either: Long wait times. Some possibly tall tales, like "we just can't find the keys to that car" and "the car you wanted was JUST sold." Overall: Pretty okay place. If you're not auto savvy bring someone who is, read the fine print, and don't be in a hurry.

I told him what I wanted in a car and that I was hoping for a cheaper car payment and he looked at me and said "that's not realistic" I understood but wanted to see the car as I was ok staying around what I was already paying. I had to much I still owed on my previous car to get a cheaper car and stay within my budget. So what did Javon do? Show me a 2025 Chevrolet Trax with over 30k miles on it that was not within my budget. When I said no I couldn't afford it they told me I could cancel one of my coverages to lower the cost. I said I wasn't sure and asked if I could think about it. Javon looked at me and said "what is it going to take to get your business today" I told him I needed a lower payment and he brought in Tito to talk to me and try and convince me to get this car. I was there for about 3.5 hours at this point and just wanted to leave but felt pressured to leave with something so I said yes. I regretted agreeing to it before even signing the paperwork but I did anyways. I left that dealership with a fake smile and a sense of dread and I sobbed wishing I never went in that day. I left the dealership at 3 and called the same day at around 5-6pm told the receptionist I did not like the car and would like to come back and get my old car back. She said that should be fine but Javon was already gone and I would have to come back when he was in to get my car back. I went up on Wednesday at around 6:45 (I bought the car Monday) I stood for around 20 min till Javon pointed me to his office again and a manager named Tony came in and asked what was going on. I told him I didn't not like the car and would like my car back. He said it wasn't possible, they don't have a return policy and they have a whole sales guy who comes and gets the car almost day of and my car was already gone. He had no idea why a receptionist would tell me I could come back and get my car and that she might not have even been on site and has no idea why she would tell me this wouldn't be a issue. She knew Javon's schedule and she knew exactly who I was when I called on Wednesday morning. I asked if he could call the wholesaler and let them know about the situation. Tony said he would call me the next day after hearing from him. He shook my hand repeated his name and the time he would call then asked me "what's my name" which I felt was condescending (especially since he called me by the wrong name when I first walking in). He called me the next morning to let me know my car was gone and its already been sold and that I was stuck with the Trax or I could come back and trade it in. I let him know I was hoping for a car payment that was around 350 or less (I was paying 358 a month before) and he said "that's not mathematically possible and there was only so much they could roll over." Now I am stuck with a car I never wanted that they knew was out of my budget and now I may have to get a second job just to pay off the extra $4,000 dollars of negative equity they gave me since the Trax they sold me for $22,000 is only worth about $18,000 if I'm lucky. They are predatory and pushy and act like they are doing you a favor while actively setting you up for failure

I'm sharing this because I hope it helps someone looking for a vehicle find a dealership they can genuinely trust. Two weeks ago, I visited another dealership with every intention of purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting experience turned into a disappointing one after I encountered what I felt was unethical behavior from both the sales and finance teams. I left frustrated and discouraged. While I needed a car, I knew I couldn't do business with a company that lacked integrity, regardless of how much I liked the vehicle. The most frustrating part was that my car search had to start all over again. Determined to keep looking, I started searching online and came across Bommarito Honda. I noticed they had two Honda CR-Vs on their website, an EX and a Touring, that caught my attention. I called the dealership and spoke with Rachel, who was friendly, professional, and transparent from the very beginning. She confirmed both vehicles were available and scheduled an appointment for my husband and me to come see them the following day. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt different. We were immediately greeted with smiles, handshakes, and genuine hospitality. The staff introduced themselves, welcomed us, and even offered us drinks, snacks, and ice cream (which happens to be my favorite!) while we waited for Rachel. It may seem like a small gesture, but it's those little things that make customers feel valued. When Rachel came to meet us, she was every bit as pleasant in person as she had been over the phone. She was prepared, organized, and had both vehicles ready for us to test drive. What truly impressed me was that Rachel wasn't just along for the ride during the test drive. She knew the vehicles inside and out. She could answer questions about the vehicle history, maintenance records, tire replacement history, and all the trim-specific features. One feature we particularly loved was lane assist, and Rachel took the time to patiently walk us through how it worked until we felt completely comfortable using it. At no point did we feel rushed, pressured, or like we were being "sold" a car. Instead, we felt like Rachel genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision for our needs. She answered every question with honesty, showed incredible patience, and most importantly, demonstrated something that can be hard to find these days: integrity. We decided to purchase the CR-V Touring and I couldn't be happier with our decision. After the disappointment of my previous dealership experience, Rachel and the entire Bommarito Honda team restored my faith that exceptional customer service still exists. I left feeling valued, respected, and confident that I had made the right choice. More importantly, I drove home in a vehicle I love, knowing I had been treated fairly every step of the way. Rachel, thank you for your kindness, professionalism, patience, and genuine care for your customers. And thank you to the entire Bommarito Honda team for creating such a welcoming and trustworthy environment. You truly made what could have been a stressful experience enjoyable, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. We just brought our CR-V Touring home yesterday, and we're already loving it. It looks great sitting in our driveway, and we've already had a neighbor stop by to compliment us on it. More importantly, every time I look at it, I'm reminded that we not only found the right vehicle, but also the right dealership and sales consultant. If you're like me and want a dealership that values honesty, integrity, and customer service, I highly recommend Bommarito Honda. My experience with Rachel and the entire team exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Instead reached out to my husband and ignored all of my communication even though I told them my husband would not be paying for the car. After that I was done. Do better Bommarito!!!!

This dealer is corrupt and deceptive!!!…read more I wish I had read all the bad Rennsport and negative Google reviews before buying a car from these charlatans. I purchased a Porsche that they had listed on eBay. As an out of state buyer they ended up doing the deal directly so I no longer had eBay negative feedback protection. I'm sure they plan it that way so their eBay feedback doesn't change. Once the car arrived, it had mechanical problems that Schmitt failed to reveal. When I went back to them to sort it out, they sent me a copy of the "As Is" page basically saying buyer beware and it's not their responsibility. I tried multiple times to contact Daniel Schmitt to appeal and solve this matter but he refuses to take my call. I hope I can save another future buyer from the misery!!

The crappy part came after we had already hashed out a deal and I had even signed a purchase order agreement. They were going to give me 205k for my trade and the car I was wanting was listed at 190k. I still gave them a $2k good faith deposit on Friday to hold the car until a PPI was done on Tuesday but they sold the car out from under me anyways on Monday after I told them I wouldn't buy it without the PPI which I was also paying for ‍. They sold it to someone willing to buy without a PPI who had come into the dealership after I gave them the deposit. I told them if they were truly not worried about something coming up on the PPI then they should have nothing to worry about, it was a done deal. We had a deal and they couldn't just wait one more day and actually follow through with it. Money over morals I suppose. I'd recommend Tim but definitely not this dealership.
