Then suddenly Renee informs me I'm out of network. Couldn't have told me this before? Especially considering I've been loyal to this office for 10 years?! I called to question it and they said they might've charged me for my DADS exam or something. I haven't been under his insurance in years. Renee was out of office so the girl told me they would call back and refund some of it. This was five months ago. Needless to say that refund never happened. Thanks okc smiles, I won't ever be back. From the receptionist to the dentist. Unfortunately, he's the husband of the other genius and KIND Kelli Prescott. I had a bad experience a few weeks ago and again today. The first time was mostly the receptionist being extremely rude and when I gave them a second chance, the dentist used my time to put me in his chair, place a bib on, and then began to berate me over my poor review of my experience on google. I went back because it was mostly the receptionist who made it bad the first time. But the dentist topped her behavior with his own. You don't put a client in the chair with a bib so you can tell them you will not be doing the work as previously discussed. He doesn't do extractions, so i went elsewhere for that part. That's where the trouble began and i never should have given him and the clinic another chance. I really did think he'd probably be good because of how excellent his wife always was. There, Dr. Williams, together with his faithful attendants, among them Grace, Taff, Delaney, Diane, and several others, along with the gracious ladies of the front office, receive each patient not as a stranger, but as a cherished kin returning home for a Thanksgiving feast. In all my wanderings through this mortal life, I have not found an office so rich in kindness, so abundant in warmth, nor so devoted to the comfort and care of its patients. I've been to plenty of metro chiropractic businesses, but this is by far my favorite. The staff is…read morepersonable and professional. The doctors encourage asking questions and honest-to-goodness don't mind being asked questions. I'm not a terribly inquisitive person, but if you're going to hold my neck in your hands and potentially kill me like a bad guy spy in a movie--I want to know that you know what the fruitcakes you're doing. The doctors have different methods of adjusting you. If you don't like one method, they have several other methods that won't make you feel odd. (Example: I don't personally like it when a doctor decides to body slam you on the table to crack your back. Instead I lie face down, and I'm perfectly content.) They use e-stem, a roller table, an adjustment by a doctor, and 22 minute massages (yes, you read that right. Massages.) to keep you happy and healthy. All of this is covered by insurance for me--even the massage. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they seem to have a high turnover rate. I've had three masseuses tell me it was their last day (they were excellent. I really liked them)...and I've only been here for about two months.

But when I gave the lady my information to get it updated on Friday, she told me it would be done on Monday. In my opinion it should of been done on Friday when I called the 2nd time. First time their system was down. Ok that is completely understanding. But when you already have dental anxiety, you shouldn't have to worry about your paperwork when the system is working. I should not have to keep calling back to see if my paperwork has been done or not. This is Completely unprofessional on their part in my opinion!! So yes. I will a new dentist and never coming back here. My suggestion is if you do go here, to never get new dental insurance or anything that needs to be updated because they're going to take forever to do it. Not patient/customer friendly at all. Not sure what happened but 2 years ago this would not have been an issue.
