I have been to this office several times now so I feel like I can make an honest review of my experience so far. Dr. Audrey went over a plan on what she thinks we should do & where to start. One of my teeth had to be pulled & I couldn't even sleep the night before my visit. Just because of previous experiences with other dentist. But the Dr did so good! From the beginning of the tooth getting pulled till the end it was probably one the easiest times at a dentist office. I was told very clearly the after care & what is required to heal properly. I haven't had any pain at all what so ever! I have future appointments already in the works. The prices I paid I must say have been higher then previous dentist I have been to & plus I drive from the panhandle to see her. But other then that I am glad I picked this place. I had developed a fear with dentist but the staff & the Dr have helped me big time with that. read more

Literally the worst dentist I have ever been to for multiple reasons. Dr. Audrey lack's the ability to build a rapport with patients. She has a little patience or tolerance with pediatric patients or her staff. I have never seen any professional chastise their staff in front of patients, but I have seen Dr. Audrey do it more than once. Her irritation with her staff is understandable, as they struggle to do their jobs competently. There is one tech there that is good, but she is surrounded by mediocrity. The front desk help are no better, the paper said $103, he charged me 130, and there was no actual money due or owed. I do not recommend this dentist, unless you prefer a dentist who communicates with a critical condescending tone. read more

Garbage establishment. Say that insurance will cover it but it doesn't. Charge you $60 for cancellations that are out of your control. Communication is awful. Invoicing is vague and awful. Tell you one thing, hear something else from another employee. Should be called Proud to Charge Family Dentistry. Serving isn't in their playbook. Sorry for short form sentences. The front desk is very rude and unreasonable. She incorrectly tried to charge us fees and cancelled our appointments even though my wife took off work. Dr. Audrey says she didn't tell her to cancel, so someone is being dishonest, and neither was interested in facts while we were there. Then Dr. Audrey threatened with collections by text if we left negative feedback. In light of such disrespectful and poor treatment, we decided to leave negative feedback anyway. Thankfully, we keep good records, and if you go here, you better too, as they may not have the integrity to deal with you fairly otherwise. No accountability, blaming others, including former workers, seems to be the mantra. read more

saw Audrey for periodontal work and a filling in the left side. had the work done and when the numbing wore off the pain was so bad I couldn't even eat mashed potatoes. I went back soon after and told Dr Audrey that I suspected I had an exposed nerve. she told me I was wrong and that my bite was off and ground down my tooth and told me to come back in 2 weeks to finish my work. since she didn't take me seriously I went to my old Dr and they actually took the xrays that she didn't bother to take and confirmed that I had an exposed nerve. I was so traumatized and in pain I didn't immediately contact Audrey's office to inform them of the issue and wen ahead with a root canal with old Dr. who ended up unable to finish due to abnormal tooth anatomy. so fast forward to the last 3 months almost a year later I am having to see a specialist and I contacted them to ask about malpractice I strange and getting help with my root canal. We had an hour long phone altercation because I kept telling them what happened and they kept insisting Audrey didn't or wouldn't make a mistake like that. she said mt dentist lied about my xrays that the xrays they took before starting my work somehow proved that. they I formed me that they would not help me fix her mistake because they won't take responsibility to the fact at all to begin with. they told me if I couldnt afford to get a root canal to have the tooth pulled and that it was my fault for not taking care of my teeth that I have an exposed nerve. my periodontal case is very minimal and only on about 6 of my bottom row of teeth.. my entire right side of my mouth is further damaged and I havent been able to get any work done further due to not being able to afford the root canal she caused me to need. on top of severe trauma I now have of going into any dentist for any work. I panic every time now. do not take you, your friends, your kids or anyone to this woman. she is not capable of taking responsibility for her mistakes and she doesn't take her patients concerns seriosuly. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! My children and I have had the worst experience going here. This woman should not work with children and shouldn't even be in business. She has made each one of my three children feel uncomfortable and treated differently which I'm assuming has to do with the color of their skin. She never showed in an interest in her patients or getting to know them. Their office staff is terrible and completely unprofessional. They wasted my time and gas driving from Yukon to Norman multiple times for appointments they were "not scheduled correctly" by their scheduling staff but at their patients expense. We were also given bad advice by the dentist who then later denied and said we were lying about. Her dental assistants are different every visit and is always students who don't ever seem to know what they are doing. In conclusion, this dentist has been the worst experience ever. I chose to drive 45 min to an hour just to go to her because she was supposed to be a more natural dentist. There was absolutely no remorse for the wasted gas and time they made us drive for appointments they messed up scheduling. Overall, this dentist wouldn't engage or even speak to my black children, she made a comment about referring my children to a soonercare dentist (which they have regular insurance) assuming because they are black, she would accuse my children of acting out or not cooperating, which they never did, but was probably said because they are BLACK. This dentist is racist, she is prejudice, she is rude, has not customer service skills, she is unprofessional and she doesn't care about her patients whatsoever. If you choose to ever visit this dentist I strongly suggest reconsidering! read more
