What arrived was a wilted, haphazard mess that looked nothing like the website. * Missing Essentials: There was no Mother's Day card and no ribbon. It was just junk thrown in a vase. * Customer Service: I called multiple times on Sunday and was ignored. When I finally got a hold of them, they were incredibly unprofessional, making excuses about their driver's hourly pay instead of taking responsibility for the 15-hour delay. * The "Refund" Insult: They told me I had to drive the flowers back to them to get a refund. Based on our current fresh inventory, there will be some substitutions in your arrangement. Note from your floral designer: "Can we offer you a bouquet instead of corsage please??? " Which I responded, I'm sorry but I need a corsage it's for my son's prom and this is two days before I am picking up the order which is very last minute. Which they responded with: Ok, no problem then I will make it. I was just wondering coz it's mother's day weekend and we have been busy lately. No worries, I will make that one ready for you Thank you I ordered this five weeks early, I paid for the upgraded corsage and today my son picked up the corsage and this is what he brought home. They didn't even give it to him in a container to carry it in. I also included what they advertise as their 'basic' white rose corsage.
